Objectively speaking: parking is convenient, the room is relatively small, there is only one convenience store around the hotel, and nothing else. Some of the room facilities are aging. For example, the room we stayed in required a lot of effort to open the door. In addition to toothbrushes, there were no other low-consumption items in the room, which needed to be obtained from the hotel. Let me talk about what made us angry: the hotel service staff was particularly unprofessional!!! We checked in with our dog. When we checked out the next day, we asked a woman at the front desk whether we had to check the room before returning the deposit. She said yes, and then we strolled outside for more than 20 minutes. She said that she had checked the room. When I got home that day, I found that some clothes were left in the hotel. I called the front desk. After checking, they said that they had received the room center. I was very angry and asked the front desk why they didn’t tell us immediately that there were missing items after checking the room? He said confidently, "We don't check the room"!!! Then let me call the courier to send it back myself! I was very surprised. Is it possible that the working standards of the day shift and the night shift in this hotel are different? Or are they used to talking nonsense to guests? In addition, when we checked in, a cleaning lady followed us in and said that she wanted to post something. She stayed in the room for a few minutes before leaving! Shouldn't these be fixed before guests check in? ! Hotel management, please reflect on yourselves! I don't recommend this hotel!

The front desk service needs to be improved. When encountering problems, they will shirk responsibility and obviously sound impatient. The kettle is broken and keeps boiling water. The phone cannot reach the front desk. The countertop is not clean.

I have always liked Osmanthus fragrans. Whether it is the front desk service or the cleaning lady, they are all very enthusiastic. The night view is also very beautiful.

First of all, the hotel is clean and sanitary, and the breakfast is rich, which is quite satisfactory. Because of the traffic jam on the 16th, we arrived at the hotel at 11 o'clock in the evening. Because we ordered the special rice noodles delivered by the hotel, the front desk staff kept contacting me to confirm the arrival time. Even though the restaurant was past closing time, they still ensured that we ate the rice noodles delivered to the room as soon as we arrived. My hungry daughter praised it as the most delicious rice noodles she had ever eaten. This responsibility and service are really great!

We booked a family room, but we were actually accommodated in the Yiju Suite. Compared with the family room, the Yiju is similar to a suite, with two beds in the inner and outer rooms, but the outer suite is a simple steel wire single bed, but it is ok to sleep in. The Yiju room also has a separate cloakroom, and the bathroom is also very good with a bathtub shower and smart toilet. The hotel's breakfast is satisfactory (basically satisfactory), the transportation is convenient, and the subway line 5 is just outside the door, which is convenient to go to various places in Kunming. By the way, this hotel has a laundry dryer, which I think is very convenient, and dirty clothes can be washed directly.
