I've been to Macau many times, but this is my first time staying on the peninsula. Coincidentally, Trip.com was offering a great deal on a room voucher for this hotel, so it was excellent value for money! The hotel is almost a hundred years old and was renovated a couple of years ago, giving it a classic and elegant style. The location is fantastic, with plenty of buses nearby to get to various places. Both the Ruins of St. Paul's and Casino Lisboa are very close. Dining options in the area are also very convenient. I hope Trip.com offers more promotions like this. The service was also top-notch!
YOHO Treasure Island hotel, a landmark situated in the center of the transportation hub in the peninsula of Macau, boasts breathtaking views. The hotel features rooms with a sophisticated luxurious design that captures some of the most iconic landmarks, such as the stunning views of Nam Van Lake, the dazzling Nam Van Lake fountain, and the renowned Wynn fountain. As the sea meets the sky, the lake blends with the city, forming an unforgettable scenery. YOHO Treasure Island hotel provides long-stay apartment-style suites with fully equipped kitchens and washing machines, allowing you to feel at home while away. And located in the key area of Macau peninsula, the hotel is right in front of the largest bus transfer station in Macau and is connected to nearby Grand Lisboa, Hotel Lisboa, Wynn Resorts, MGM Macau, StarWorld Hotel, and Bank of China Building via pedestrian tunnels, offering convenient transportation while surrounded by stunning views. At sunset, the sunset paints the sky orange, reflecting on the lake surface, creating a romantic and beautiful scenery. When darkness falls, experience the dazzling city landscapes up close and bring home an unforgettable experience.

The Yoho Treasure Island Hotel has an unbeatable location with a wide range of shopping outlets right on-site, which makes for a very convenient and enjoyable stay. Having previously stayed at its sister hotel, the Yoho Roosevelt, which was absolutely amazing, I did find this property didn't quite measure up in comparison. My room had a faint damp smell, and while the breakfast was okay, it became repetitive and wasn't worth the price. Still, with its great setting and potential, the hotel offers a solid experience-though it falls short of the excellence I've come to expect from the Yoho brand.
The hotel offers 259 stylish rooms with multifunctional furniture designed to increase comfort and privacy during your stay. Rooms are fitted with strategically placed power outlets and USB ports to support multiple device usage. You’ll enjoy a comfortable bed, a refreshing shower, office-style and leisure accouterments, and a Chinese and Western-style breakfast buffet — all created to allow for a relaxed, easygoing travel experience.

For the same price, this hotel offers much better value than staying in Hong Kong. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to walk to tourist attractions. The cleanliness is also top-notch, and it's very quiet. The bedding and duvet were comfortable, so I slept really well. I've stayed at Holiday Inn Express hotels in other countries before, and they're always good. The decor is Bauhaus style, and I really love this blue color scheme. The service was fantastic; they even upgraded my room type, which was great! 👍🏻

The location is excellent, right across from Grand Lisboa, just a 2-minute walk. I stayed on the 11th floor; the room was very clean and tidy, with no strange smells. The bathroom was well-equipped with soap, a shower cap, and lotion. The bed was comfortable. There was only one UK-style power outlet near the dressing table, and the one by the bed was a USB charging port. The soundproofing could be a bit better. It's super close to the 21A/26A bus stop and the famous Lao Day Beef Offal, and Senado Square is also very nearby. Overall, it's great.

The hotel's exterior looks a bit dated, but the interior decor, both soft and hard furnishings, is very upscale. It's exceptionally clean, and the doorman proactively opened the door and helped with luggage. The staff were all very warm and attentive. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but for someone with simple needs like me, it was more than enough! The afternoon tea had a rich and exquisite variety. The restaurant staff were all incredibly enthusiastic and meticulous, promptly attending to every customer's needs and responding immediately. Overall, it's excellent value for money and highly suitable for bringing older family members. Recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful! Seeing that there were three of us, they kindly upgraded us to a family suite for free and even brought up extra toiletries without us asking. The room itself was huge! The beds, I'd say about 1.5m by 2m, were incredibly large and comfortable. After using a Trip.com discount, we got the room for around 300 MOP a night, which is an amazing deal. Calling the front desk for service was also super prompt. It's really rare to find such good service in a crowded place like Macau Peninsula. The hotel is right next to a bus stop, making transportation very convenient. If you're looking to explore the Peninsula for a day or two, Hotel Rio is a perfect choice – highly, highly recommended! It's less than a 10-minute walk to Senado Square, making it easy to get anywhere on the main island.

For my trip to Macau, Trip.com recommended the Holiday Inn. Upon arrival, I found the hotel conveniently located on Beijing Street. The front desk staff and lobby manager were all very attentive and welcoming, truly reflecting the high standard of service you'd expect in a tourist city. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, clean, and well-designed, and the room service is excellent. During my stay, I reported some noise from the surroundings, and it was addressed promptly. I was very satisfied with their quick response.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, with cultural landmarks such as the Lotus Square, Dr. Ho Yin Park, Macau Polytechnic University, and Beijing Tong Ren Tang all nearby, offering plenty of options for exploration.

Location: The location is excellent. It's about a five-minute walk to Senado Square, then another three minutes to St. Dominic's Church, and seven minutes more to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Next door is Yaohan department store, and across the street is Macau Square. The central shuttle bus stop is right downstairs. It's a five-minute walk to the old Grand Lisboa, and then another five minutes through an underpass to Wynn.
Facilities: My room type had a small bathroom with only a bathtub for showering. The toilet was behind the door, which made it a bit cramped. The mini-bar fridge offered two drinks, a beer, and a packet of crisps for free. However, only two small bottles of drinking water were provided daily.
Service: During the May Day holiday, they allowed a half-hour late check-out. I booked breakfast at the front desk the night before for MOP 88 per person. The Chinese and Western buffet, though not extensive, was decent.
The first time I visited, I stayed in Taipa. This time, I stayed on the Peninsula. If I visit for a third time and stay on the Peninsula again, I might choose this hotel.

Traveling to Macau with my 90-year-old father, we stayed at the Sofitel Macau At Ponte 16. The location was incredibly convenient for getting around, and our overall experience was excellent. As soon as we entered the lobby, we were warmly greeted and guided through the check-in process. The hotel offers a thoughtful taxi service, and the breakfast, in particular, was incredibly nutritious, abundant, diverse, and made with fresh ingredients. The elegant and beautiful restaurant environment also greatly enhanced our dining experience. It was a truly special stay, and I highly recommend this hotel as a top choice for anyone visiting Macau.
The Metropole Hotel Macau is located at the popular commercial and shopping center of Macau, surrounded by numerous major business and tourist attractions, handy to New Yan Han, the largest shopping Center in Macau.

Fantastic! The staff were so warm and welcoming, and the food was delicious.
I highly recommend the Kyoto Restaurant's double dinner set; it's incredibly good value for money. To be able to have such an amazing meal in Macau for around 100 [currency, assuming MOP or HKD based on context] is unbeatable. I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserThe Londoner Grand Macau – Suite Experience Review
Our family usually chooses suite rooms when we travel, as we value a good night’s rest to prepare for our next journey. Having stayed at many luxury hotels, we’ve experienced excellent service before—but what we experienced at The Londoner Grand truly stood out on a different level.
During our stay, Michelle consistently checked in on us to make sure everything was comfortable and that we had no inconveniences. Her attentiveness went far beyond standard service—it felt genuinely warm and thoughtful. Every small detail was handled with such care that it redefined what true hospitality means.
The suite itself was exceptional—spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The bedding was perfect, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful birthday setup prepared for us, which created such a memorable and heartwarming moment for our family.
We were also deeply touched by the personalized touches Michelle prepared. She is unexpected gestures that made us feel truly valued as guests.
The breakfast experience was equally impressive. The selection was outstanding, and even included caviar—something that elevated the entire dining experience and made it feel truly luxurious.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Regie, the Filipino staff member who warmly assisted us with our pickup. His kindness gave us a wonderful first impression and set the tone for the rest of our stay.
Having visited many hotels around the world, this is the first time we have experienced such detailed and heartfelt care in every aspect. Without a doubt, we will choose The Londoner Grand again on our next visit to Macau.
GGuest UserThis was my first stay at The Parisian Macao. I'd previously stayed at The Venetian and found it huge, but The Parisian is just as big, if not bigger! The hotel offers a shuttle service to the central district of Macau, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. Rua da Cunha is also nearby, offering plenty of dining options. The room was clean and tidy, and it offers great value for money. My only minor critique is that the perfume scent throughout the hotel is quite strong; I personally think it could be a bit lighter.
GGuest UserThis hotel is huge! They offer shuttle services to major attractions and the airport, which makes getting around super convenient. We arrived a bit past 1 PM, and the front desk was able to get us into a room early. Our room was spacious and beautiful, and the garden was absolutely delightful. The breakfast here is also excellent – I've had many hotel breakfasts, and this one really stands out (though I haven't tried any super high-end places). There's even a mall within the hotel with plenty of dining and shopping options, although it's so big my feet hurt from all the walking! It's also very close to the airport. I'd definitely come back if I get the chance.
SSteve120390I enjoyed my stay at the W. I like the facilities such as the swimming pool area with jacuzzi, steam room and saunas. The bars look nice but there is no DJ or live band or anything which is disappointing.
The only thing I would suggest they improve is checkin and checkout.
I’ve never stayed in a 5 star hotel where I must have a credit card. Not every body wants or has a credit card. So they do not take deposits from bank cards.. this meant I had to go to the ****** use my British bank card and incur fees and I’m left with a lot of HKD currency which I don’t need so I will loose even more money to exchange it. So check in to this hotel I’ve lost money.
And it’s the guest fault.. no apology, no upgrade or anything for the inconvenience. And I am now at a loss.
Also the checkout was very slow to get back a cash deposit and to pay for minibar items.
SShiny 831I chose to stay here specifically for the full L'Occitane amenities. The deluxe twin room was incredibly spacious, almost like a small apartment. It's a shame that for two people, we only received one complimentary set of amenities. The room decor had warm tones, making the overall atmosphere very cozy, and the bed was comfortable. One minor flaw I noticed was that the curtains felt a bit coarse and dated. After experiencing the incredibly thoughtful service of five-star hotels, the service here felt noticeably less impressive.
There are some complementary shops downstairs in the hotel, which are good for a quick browse and bite. The lack of entertainment facilities might be the hotel's biggest 'feature.' If you're looking for good value for money, this place is definitely a solid choice. It's right next to Grand Lisboa Palace, and you can easily take a car there. I didn't find it inconvenient at all. The area isn't that big. To get to central areas like The Venetian, a taxi ride would just be slightly more than the starting fare.
MMengmengda2024The hotel's location is fantastic! There's a bus stop right downstairs with direct routes to the airport, Taipa Ferry Terminal, various hotels in Taipa, and even the Macau Peninsula – super convenient. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was nice and soft, which was great for staying with a child. All the toiletries and slippers were provided for free. Plus, there's a whole street of great eateries just downstairs. It's a shame that Yang Zhi Jin Lao, a restaurant downstairs, was under renovation during my stay and I could only order takeout. All in all, this hotel offers excellent value for money and I highly recommend it.
MMaitangdoujiangjiangdexiaogegeWho on earth is praising this hotel? Because my company covers travel expenses, I used to always pay the difference to stay at places like St. Regis or Banyan Tree. This time, I saw this newly opened hotel for just over 600 a night, not much different from The Parisian, so I thought it wouldn't be too bad and decided to stay for two nights as a stopover. The experience was simply… indescribable.
1) I booked a suite, but when I arrived, I found there was no shower, only a bathtub where I had to squat to wash. I can't understand how a hotel could be designed like this. 🙄 I contacted the front desk, and they told me all suites are designed without a shower. If I wanted to change rooms, I'd have to downgrade without a refund for the price difference. That's pretty ridiculous. It's their design flaw, not clearly stated on the booking page, yet the customer is expected to bear the consequences.
2) The Wi-Fi signal was terrible, couldn't connect anywhere, whether on the balcony or by the pool.
3) The outdoor pool, forget about being heated, it was an ice-cold pool. And during my two-day stay, I never saw the water being changed.
4) The location is very remote. Although there's a shuttle, it only goes one way. I ended up taking taxis back and forth, and even taxis were scarce, requiring a long wait.
5) Ordering coffee by the pool incurred a service charge… St. Regis, Conrad, and Galaxy don't charge service fees, do they? There wasn't even a bottle of water by the pool.
This hotel is on my lifetime blacklist.
GGuest UserI brought my child to Macau for a competition and only stayed one night. This room type has one large bed and a sofa bed, which was perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. The room was clean and quite spacious. It's very close to the Border Gate and Qingmao Port, just a 13-minute walk away. Across the road downstairs is the Lai Lai Supermarket, and on the second floor of the hotel, there's a Chinese restaurant with reasonable prices, making it very convenient. Both the front desk and room service staff spoke Mandarin and were very friendly.
Ppeggy7758Our room was on a higher floor, so it was pretty quiet with minimal noise. Overall, the room was clean, though the facilities were a bit dated. The main drawback was the air conditioning at night; it was very loud and constantly rattling. Everything else was generally acceptable.
When calling a taxi from the front desk, there were often issues with the line being busy. If you urgently need a car, it's best to check if someone is getting out of a taxi at the entrance, or head over to the taxi stand at Galaxy, or use their dedicated ride service.
The location isn't right next to Galaxy, but it's still quite close. We were able to walk to Rua da Cunha (Taipa Village) in the evening and back from there without any trouble. The Grand Hyatt Residences are right next door, as is the Inn Hotel Yacht.
