"My family had a great 24 hours at the Holiday Inn Beijing Focus Square. We all really enjoyed the pool, the breakfast and service. Our only minor complaints was the heating couldn’t be turned off, and the air conditioning not available yet so the room was too hot. The hotel gave us four complimentary drinks on arrival which we enjoyed when we checked out. We would definitely stay again!"

"The staff were very friendly, and the front desk even upgraded our room. The room was new, equipped with a smart phone, and clean. However, the smart toilet in my room didn't work, perhaps because it was malfunctioning. If you bring takeout to the front desk, the staff will deliver it to your room, which is great. There's a street stall right outside the hotel that's delicious."
