"• The bed was very comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. • The air conditioning did not have heating, but the blanket was thick enough to keep warm; the temperature that night was around 13°C. • The room was very spacious—enough to fully open two large suitcases on the floor with plenty of space left to walk around. • The bathroom included a hairdryer. • The shower drain seemed slightly clogged, causing slow drainage; we had to keep the water pressure low while showering. • No drinking water was provided in the room, but the front desk informed us that the tap water from the bathroom sink is safe to drink. • There was no kettle in the room, but you can request hot water from the front desk—they kindly provided it from the cafeteria free of charge. • Although the hotel is not located right in the tourist center and isn’t within short walking distance to major attractions, it has excellent transport links: there are both a bus stop and a metro station right outside and around the corner. • It’s very convenient whether you’re arriving from Atocha Station or heading to key destinations like Madrid Royal Palace, Moncloa Bus Terminal (for Segovia express), Plaza Eliptica (for Toledo express), or Estacion de Autobuses Madrid Sur (for Porto overnight bus). • The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On the day of check-out, we left our luggage there for free while we visited Toledo. When we returned around 6:00 PM, they even provided hot water for our instant noodles. We rested in the cafeteria for a few hours before heading to catch our overnight bus to Porto. • Their assistance made our trip much smoother and more comfortable."

"The hotel is in an excellent location. Lots of neighbourhood restaurants and cafes. Lidl is opposite. Busstop to town just outside. There's a big park close by. No kettle in the room though. Only drawback for me"
