"I stayed in the lower deck. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. I stayed for a night and didn’t have breakfast though it was free. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed having a hot shower."
"Fantastic hotel, highly recommend. We came here from France, the service, quality of breakfast, facility, location is so much better than the hotel in France. The room and toilet are spacious, a large variety of food is offered for breakfast, a lot of visitors check in and out everyday. Location is very convenient, within 5 minutes you will get to the metro/bus station. A lot of restaurants nearby and the supermarket (Sainsbury's) is just a 3-minute walk from hotel."
"Charming hotel with character and in a great central location. About 10 mins walk from Victoria train and coach stations. Friendly staff at reception. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the whole hotel and my room. I was expecting my room to be quite old-fashioned, but far from it. A heads up to people who like their quiet though. The walls and floors are thin. You can literally hear a conversation from next door quite clearly. Also you can pretty much hear anyone in the room above. Doors slam outside quite loudly and, although there is a ”Shhhh” sign you can hang on your door if you want guests around you to be quieter, it all really depends if the guests are considerate or not (mine weren't!). Also my bed was a tad too soft. I prefer a firmer mattress. But I can't complain as I was comfortable and slept reasonably well. As a solo female traveller, I also felt safe. Would definitely consider it for future trips if ever I need to be near Victoria again."
"Near to Victoria Train Station and Bus Station. If you like theatre show such as Wicked- is just around the corner. Can easily find places to eat around the area."
"Hotel's location was the most important to me and it is very central with public transportation within minutes from hotel. I am thankful for feeling safe, and comfortable after the long day out and able to quickly return to hotel since it is connected to Victoria train station. Very nice architecture of the building and a beautiful and impressive hotel lobby. All the amenities are well stocked and high quality. It is costly for me to stay here but worth it for the peace of mind and proximity to transportation and attractions."
"Z Hotel Victoria was amazing!! The location is really so convenient. And the staff are really the best. We had nowhere to go during Christmas and were afraid that our train will be cancelled. They actually held on the room for us and they were so incredibly warm & sweet!! Especially the girl that looks like Barbie. (Margot Robbie) Will definitely book this hotel again if I’m back in London! :)"
"Always enjoy staying here. Central location. Just a short walk from Victoria station and coach station. Excellent customer service. Staff are welcoming every time"
"The staff was very welcoming. I booked two separate nights, and they even arranged for me to stay in the same room! They even upgraded me! The breakfast was excellent. It was also very convenient to Victoria Station and Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace."

Great
GGuest UserThe staff and service provided was top tier. Lee and Abhir were very friendly and supportive with any needs. The hotel is in a great location in walking distance to many places or easy to catch public transport. Amenities provided were great. Only think I'd add is some wooden spatulas as opposed to metal as the pan provided is non stick so pan was scratched up from the metal utensils provided. Again this is a very minor issue majority of the experience was so lovely and we would definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserGreat hôtel ( amazingly comfy beds)and great staffs JENNA at The reception is extremely smiley and lovely. We love the proximity of the malls transport places to eat . It was our 3rd or 4th time here and we will come back and stay here next visit
GGuest UserLovely Hotel,, staff very welcoming and checked us in early. Room and bathroom very clean, toiletries provided which was a nice touch. Good location to tube station, plenty of food outlets/restaurants and close to Kensington. Would stay again.
GGuest UserAmazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.
GGuest UserEverything was great, as always! It’s not my first time staying here, and I keep coming back for a reason. The room, bed, and pillows are super comfy, the staff are excellent and always do their best to accommodate requests when possible. Great breakfast and an overall lovely stay — highly recommend!
GGuest UserA very pleasant stay. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and efficient. The setting of the hotel and its public areas were all very good. The brasserie restaurant and especially its breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the beds were large and comfortable (slightly firm) but the general decor of the room was a little tired and the lighting and sockets were poorly laid out. The bathroom was clean and well stocked but the fabric of the room was very tired.
GGuest UserThe Reception was very helpful for checking in . Arranged 2 rooms on the same floor and arranged an extra-bed for us . The bed is very comfortable . Location is very convenient .
GGuest UserGreat Location, Comfortable Stay – but Get Ready for Some Stairs! We stayed at Berjaya Eden Park London Hotel and loved its fantastic location, just steps away from Bayswater Station. It made getting around London incredibly easy – ideal for both first-timers and frequent visitors. The room size was decent, perfectly suited for two people. Comfortable and clean, it offered all the essentials for a pleasant stay. However, one thing to note – reaching the room involves navigating quite a few stairs. If you're traveling with heavy luggage, be prepared for a bit of a workout. There's charm in the old building’s layout, but accessibility might be a consideration for some guests. Overall, great value for the location, and a solid choice if you're okay with climbing a bit!
GGuest UserMy stay at the Britannia Hotel Ilford was good overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to transport and nearby shops. It’s a decent place for a short stay — nothing fancy, but it served the purpose well. Overall, an okay and good experience.
