The room is spacious and the surrounding area is very quiet. The access to transportation is good and there are no problems. I always stay here when I'm in Makati.Fantastic 😃see you soon 👍

The hotel is perfect for people who are on a budget but are looking for a comfortable stay. The room is clean, staff is friendly, and the location is also nearby stores and restaurants. However, they do not have elevators so it will be challenging if you are on the top floor LOL. The room also does not have a bidet but there is a water heater. Kudos! Will book again if I need to stay in Metro Manila.

Been booking here in the accommodations since 2022. Clean and super mura lang. Malapit din sa BGC. Pwede lakarin. May parking space for those na may motor and sasakyan. Nirecommend ko na din sa friend ko na magsstay in Makati this coming April. 😊

Our first impression of the room was good. It was pretty spacious. However, after settling in, we started noticing several issues that affected our stay. The AC wasn’t strong enough to cool the entire room, and we ended up sweating when we were sleeping. There was also a small gap in the window that couldn’t be closed fully, which made outside noise quite noticeable, especially whenever vehicles passed by. On top of that, there was an intermittent noise that sounded like a water tank or machine turning on and off. It felt unfortunate to be assigned in room 1002, especially since I added a note during booking requesting a quiet room. When I asked the receptionist if there were any other available rooms, they replied, “maingay po ba?”—which made it seem like they were already aware of the issue. Sadly, no other rooms were available, so we had to make do. We’ve stayed in other rooms at Havitat before, but this particular room also had a faint urine smell in the bathroom, which was disappointing. On a positive note, we really enjoyed the large TV, which allowed us to relax and binge-watch some shows despite the inconveniences.

I recently stayed at Nest Fort BGC and overall, it was a pleasant and convenient experience. The location is definitely one of its strongest points—right in the heart of BGC, making it easy to walk to restaurants, convenience stores, and major spots around the area. If you’re someone who likes everything within reach, this place is a solid choice. The unit itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the space felt cozy without being cramped. Basic amenities were provided, which made the stay hassle-free. It’s a good fit whether you’re staying for a quick trip or a short work stay. Check-in and communication were smooth, which I appreciated a lot—no unnecessary stress or confusion. Staff or host responsiveness also made a difference in the overall experience. That said, like most places in busy areas, you might occasionally hear some outside noise, especially at night. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I’d recommend Nest Fort BGC if you’re looking for a clean, accessible, and comfortable place in BGC without breaking the bank. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

I had a decent stay overall. The staff were nice and the location was convenient, which I really appreciated. However, there were a few things that could be better. Some amenities weren’t working, and the room wasn’t fully complete — there was no shower curtain or slippers. The walls were also quite thin, so you could easily hear noise from the other rooms. Maybe it’s because of the cheaper price, but I think there’s still room for improvement to make the stay more comfortable.

Top service, though rooms getting run down a little and it's not the same as it was before. At the shower the water stays up, smelly, not completely clean. Though it's a calm and good location, elevator, easy to communicate with the reception. Would stay again.

Toilet is really slippery but you don't have to worry, since it's narrow, you'll still be standing even if you slipped, elevator is out of order, good thing we've packed lightly, I can't imagine those who've booked here with full luggages, as the rooms are in the 3rd and 4th floor, they managed to fix it the following day. Don't expect much on the free breakfast. Cleanliness is okay, Service can be further improved, staff in the morning doesn't even greet you, I don't know if they're having a bad day or what.
