Hotels near Ratchaprarop Station, Bangkok

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at Hotel Kastel Bangkok. The rooms were neat, clean, and very well maintained. We were pleasantly upgraded, and the room provided was absolutely beautiful, which made our stay even more memorable. The location is excellent and very convenient. The staff members were polite, professional, and always ready to help. Thank you to the entire team for such a lovely experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

The staff are friendly and accommodating! The place is clean and a good value for the rate! Accessible to the market and Central world! I will book here again.

The room was small, but it was very close to the airport express line, so I extended my stay for a few days. The hotel is located in a very narrow alley, and when I took a taxi there, the traffic was incredibly bad. It took an hour and forty minutes to cover less than five kilometers in the taxi! The alley where the hotel is located is a dead end, so cars can't drive straight through and have to turn around. Although it's inconvenient, it's quiet with fewer people. I'd recommend that anyone planning to take a taxi walk to the main road intersection beforehand. The hotel rooms are spread across two buildings. Check-in and check-out are both handled in the main building, which has the 'KC' sign. We were assigned to the annex building across the street. Once inside the annex lobby, there's a flight of about eight or nine steps. After climbing them, you need to swipe a key card to access the elevator area. When we checked in, a staff member helped with our luggage. However, when we checked out around noon, everyone seemed busy, and there was no one in the annex to help us. The room was very small, and the facilities were old, especially the shower. The holder for the showerhead was broken, so I had to hold it the entire time I was showering. Even though the bathroom was tiny, it had a window for ventilation and still managed to have a glass door for wet and dry separation. Despite the outdated facilities, the hotel's location is excellent, the hygiene is acceptable, and the service is decent. It's very convenient for traveling to and from the airport.

The location is good, within walking distance to Siam Center and close to the market, so it's very convenient for grabbing a bite. However, the facilities and environment are really poor! It's not as nice as the pictures, very basic. There were ants in the room, I didn't even dare to open my luggage! Lots of Indian guests! The soundproofing is terrible! Our room on the 7th floor had a connecting door to the next room, and we could hear every cough from there.

The best part of that hotel is the Market choices around...else the service level is not that up to expectations...

The room is clean and meets the basic needs, but guests have to prepare toothbrush and toothpaste. The location is quite convenient to transport to other places. Staff are helpful and welcome.

Good place to stay, it’s in Pratunam Market area and very convenient. Only thing that not suitable is that beside front door lobby of building 2 there’s ***** store and smoke ***** there. If bring children might not really a good choice to stay Building 2. And there have some small ants running around the hotel table in room but no big deal.

Apart from quietness, good breakfast and comfy room, the stuff is nice and welcoming. I'd stay again. The hotel is popular so of you see a good price then I advise you to choose it.

Great hotel in a great location, super close to lots of restaurants and about 5 different 7-Eleven's within a few minutes walk. Staff were super helpful and friendly, we had an early start one morning and they prepared a breakfast box for as we were leaving before breakfast. Only criticism is the toilet in the room isn't a proper door (a few gaps and its frosted glass) and its on one side of the room with the sink on the other, so you have to walk through the room to wash your hands. Just an odd design choice

Pros: the room was clean and it's very near a train station, very easy to go to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Cons: very noisy, Grab never gets the right address, they ask for a 1.000 TBH deposit, which is not convenient if you are about to leave Thailand.
