Hotels near BTS-Nana, Bangkok

Check in and out was good, the room was nice and big bathroom but no smart tv so no YouTube 😩 beds where a bit too hard and no PowerPoints next to beds👎🏻 The buffet breakfast was below par, poor choice and poor quality way to many people it was so loud I couldn't hear myself think🤕 it was very uncomfortable, pool was ok but saunas where locked😞 Over all the hotel was very old and dated furniture from the 40s and not clean, don't think I'll stay here again.

Don’t believe all that is reviewed, the staff were very friendly & helpful. Stayed in the old rooms which were comfy & everything worked. Just run down- these rooms would have been very grand in the 70s. Paid 1400 bht for a double room, then stayed an extra night -1000 bht if we were happy to stay in the same room. Bargain! They are renovating and expanding the Hotel, waking up to the gentle hum of core drills reminded me that I’m not at work! The rhythmic thumps from the pole-driver is quite soothing. Don’t miss the Friday afternoon cockroach races in the foyer, lost all my money on number 7, but it was a great night.

The room was bigger than I expected, which is a rare find for this size in downtown Bangkok. The rooftop pool is stunning, and having breakfast by the pool with city views is incredibly pleasant. The hotel staff are all very nice, always smiling, and exceptionally enthusiastic.

The layout is reasonable, and the bedding is comfortable, generally meeting the needs for rest. Some rooms offer city views, which are quite good. However, the overall facilities are slightly outdated, and maintenance is just average. 🧼Cleanliness and Facilities: Overall hygiene is acceptable, but there's room for improvement in the details. Some facilities show signs of age, and the experience might vary between different rooms. 🍳Breakfast: The breakfast selection is quite basic and limited. Great location, just a few minutes away from Nana BTS Station Hotel is in the quiet section of a busy street, no noises could be heard from our room (3rd floor). Bed is super comfortable an pillows are as well. Room is a good a size Breakfast is simple but good, you can order bacon, eggs and omelete. Very nice employees, booked us a taxi for our early morning ride to the airport. Would recommend!

Thanks to the hotel we had a great first experience in Bangkok. Location is great if you like to go out to. It is just a few minutes walk from Nana BTS station and 30 minutes from the airport BKK. The lobby is huge and our luggage was immediately taken on the trolly. At checkin we paid 2000Bath deposit but it was completely returned when we checked out. We had a spacious room 35m2 with a great bed/matrass and lovely pillows, corner with a table and couch, fridge a hairdryer shampoo, showergell, cotton buds, toothbrush+paste, showercap, thea, coffee and 2 bottles of water everyday. A bit outdated but all very neat and clean. The shower always had great pressure and hot water. Our beds and towels were cleaned every day and on our weddingday we even had flowers en swantowels on our bed. Also tv has severel internatinal channels and we had great internet during our whole stay. It has a pool to refresh yourself and a great gym. There is also a great boxing/muaythai gym where we took some private lessons from the headcoach(trainer of the year in Thailand) breakfast has a lot of choices too. On request you can choose different sorts of eggs. But there is also fried rice and noodles. Not to forget 7 eleven is just around the corner. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back when we visit Bangkok

I stayed here for one night with breakfast included, as I wanted to write a review of my experience. I stayed in room 5009, which had a window facing the parking area. The check-in process was smooth and convenient. I arrived around 11 a.m., left my luggage at the hotel, and went to a nearby meeting. I informed the front desk staff to place my luggage in the room once it was ready, as I expected to return late in the evening. When I returned around 9 p.m., I noticed that the corridor from the elevator to the room was quite narrow. Upon entering the room, there was a strong musty smell that irritated my nose, as if the room had been cleaned but no air freshener had been used. Since it was late and I was tired, I didn’t call the front desk to request air freshener. Instead, I mixed some shampoo with water and placed it in glasses on both sides of the bed to reduce the odor, which helped a little. The room amenities were as shown in the photos. There was no iron or ironing board in the room, though I believe these can be requested from the staff if needed. My booking included breakfast, and I initially assumed it would be served on the lobby floor. In the morning, when I went downstairs to have breakfast before checking out, the staff informed me that it was actually served on the 7th floor. Since I was in a hurry, I didn’t get the chance to try it or take photos. It would be helpful if the staff could mention this detail during check-in. The hotel did not require a deposit at check-in, but I was asked to sign a form acknowledging the non-smoking policy, with a fine of 5,000 baht for smoking in the room. Overall, the check-in process was efficient, and the staff were polite, but the room’s air quality could be improved to make the stay more comfortable.

Excellent city centre location. Fast wifi but didn't work for 2 days. Basic cleaning, no attention to detail, hostel needs a deep clean especially the aircons as they looked like they haven't been cleaned for years, there was lots of mould on it and on the pods that it was directly blowing into. The fans inside the pods are also super dusty. Not fun when you're allergic to mould & dust. Really bad health hazard. Some of the showers didn't have things to hang your stuff on, impractical & annoying. The 6th floor has a café but no staff the whole time I was there. Their excuse was understaffing. What is the point of it?! The hostel reception is with the noisy Turkish restaurant. Would have been better if it was separate.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The moment I walked through the doors, I felt the warm and attentive service. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was efficient and professional. They also gave us a detailed overview of the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the bed was so soft and comfortable, I never wanted to get out of it. The room decor was also very cozy, and all the amenities were well-stocked and of high quality. The hotel's dining was excellent too; the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the taste was simply incredible – every dish was memorable. The hotel environment was also very quiet, ensuring a peaceful rest without any disturbances. Plus, the gym and swimming pool facilities were new and well-equipped; it felt great to work out there in my free time. In short, this hotel excels in every aspect. I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

What a beautiful hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was generously spacious with some of the softest sheets I’ve ever experienced. 10/10, all day, every day. The gym and pool facilities were spectacular.  The rooftop bar and restaurant, Pastel, is an absolute must, spectacular views, excellent drinks, and great food to match. I couldn’t fault this hotel in any way and would definitely book again.
