Nearby are many restaurants, coffee shops and bars and the shopping of 5th Avenue is less than 10 minutes away. Enjoy our modern, flexible, pet-friendly rooms, and our fitness center.

Great place to stay and right next to Times Square. It is nice location as it is off to side street and won't be too noisy or crowded. Right around the corner is Krispy Kreme and the M&M shop. The room is decent, small but it has everything you need for a quick solo or couple travellers. The only thing I felt was a bit uneasy was the hotel room door, it doesn't have a double lock.

GGuest UserThe hotel has an excellent location with easy access to the city center. It was clean; however, the facilities were limited. The elevator was not very convenient, and the service—especially for breakfast and hospitality—was quite weak. In addition, basic amenities such as cleaning supplies, slippers, and proper bathroom equipment were missing.

KKitrynThis hotel is immaculate and absolutely everybody is above and beyond pleasant. Though not directly affiliated with the hotel, Inexpensive, super clean and very easily accessible parking is a two minute walk away at 25 Kent St. We paid $64 for 2 1/2 days of parking. The room was incredible. Exposed brick walls with super high ceilings, the bathroom had a huge tub and a wonderful shower. Pro tip: if traveling with someone that you do not want to see you naked, understand that it is not a one-way mirror over the bar and you absolutely CAN see into the shower While someone is showering. Luckily I was with my daughter, so this was not a real issue. The restaurant within the hotel and the Ramen place directly next-door are both wonderful. I did not make it to the rooftop bar this time but since I absolutely will stay at this hotel every time I come to visit I will check it out next time! The room was extremely quiet, temperature was easy to control. Now, a little too much honesty, I am an extremely “sensitive” person, and resting and hearing so much from the second I stepped into this hotel. I was never scared, as I definitely don’t typically get scared, but I had numerous very genuine and very obvious things happen while I say that this hotel, such as seeing things walk across the hall in both my room and the hallway, in the main lobby bathroom someone walked into the bathroom and into the stall next to me, but never left, and when I looked, there was no one there, and I was in the shower. I could hear several men talking to each other as if they were right next to me. I was definitely not hearing people from another room. I also heard the door to the stair well open, which is right next to our room and I was right next to the door so when I looked, there was nobody there and I pulled it shut again. Just out of curiosity, as to what was there prior to the hotel, on the way home my daughter looked up the history to the hotel. Let’s just say it was very enlightening as to why i was experiencing so much activity in this hotel, especially on the third floor next to what I will assume would have been a fire escape at some point. It also may explain why the first thing that went through my mind when I opened the front door of the hotel and turned to my daughter and said “I’m surprised the hotel gets away with door opening inward. It goes against fire code. Anyway, You can look up the history yourself and understand all that I have said. :-) either way, a spectacular hotel at a decent price and a very safe and beautiful part of the city. I will definitely stay here again!

SShuozoujiuzoudekaiwenThis hotel boasts a great location with easy access to transportation, and the shuttle service to LaGuardia Airport is a definite plus. My overall experience was fantastic. Firstly, the front desk staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, making check-in a breeze and instantly putting me at ease. The room itself was spacious and well-arranged, with a perfectly soft and comfortable bed. The cleanliness was impeccable, with attention to detail evident – no strange odors or dust anywhere. Restaurants, shops, and public transportation were all easily accessible nearby. My only minor suggestion would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast options, but overall, it's excellent value for money and highly recommended. I would definitely consider staying here again.

GGuest UserGood location, staff were excellent.  Nothing was too much.  On checking in there was an error, only showed we had one room, but when showing confirmation was rectified straight away.  Close to subway to get around the city.  Rooms are small but what you need because you are out and about.  However, rooms are modern and quiet.  Wardrobe door was broken but didn’t spoil our stay.  Paid $125 per room deposit, only down fall was on checking out had another charge on my card, for both rooms and unsure what this is for.  Didn’t receive any confirmation or reassurance I will get my deposits back.  But overall couldn’t fault the hotel.  Roof top bar, probably needs some work, tiles were lose and staff weren’t ready when we went up, so didn’t stop for a drink just went straight back down.

KKyle TanIt was seamless, from check-in to check-out. I was able to request for late check-out. Upon check-out I left my luggage so I could still roam around. Got my luggage back safe. Breakfast is okay. Not grand. But I was able to eat everything. I normally couldn’t eat breakfast from cheap priced bookings cause it’s normally bad, but here, I was able to make use of it.

HHarpoprahBe careful about their hidden cost, everyday you need to pay around US$50 for their all access fees(lounge, roof top, gym) which is mandatory! It is not indicated in the booking so I feel cheated that I have to pay for such fees which amount up to US$150 for my 3 nights there. And did I mention you have to carry all your luggages by yourself which I had to push the luggage trolley myself! Amazing location but I will not go there again!

XXiuxian0858The room itself is actually great value for money, but the facilities are basic. There's no paid drinking water in the room, and you have to go to the second floor to buy it, which is really inconvenient. Downstairs, there's a place to store luggage, but not overnight. The location is convenient; it's a 5-6 minute walk to the Charging Bull, and you can easily walk to the New York Stock Exchange and other financial areas. There's a subway entrance directly across from the hotel, with at least four platforms nearby, which is very handy. It's also close to the South Ferry. If you buy a New York City unlimited weekly subway pass, getting around is super easy from here.

GGuest UserThe price was quite a good deal for New York, especially with a discount. The facilities and decor are up to Hilton's standards, but!! It was incredibly, unbelievably crowded. Expect to wait about an hour just to park, with only one staff member working. Checking in at the front desk, buying coffee, and even storing luggage all involved long queues. It seems like a lot of airline crew stay here too, so definitely factor in extra time for everything. There are tons of hidden fees. The deposit was given as a voucher, luggage storage cost extra, and even the in-room mini-bar items were charged. Given the location and the total price of $150, I guess I'll just put up with it.

GGuest UserStart with the bad  Room was really cold even with the heater on full blast . There was a balcony and the balcony door was quite loose and draughty, the windows were not double glaze and you could hear a lot of the sirens and going on’s outside . The room was very dated but clean . No remote for the tv. Not many plug sockets and some did not look safe . The main door had a dent in the front and didn’t feel very secure .  We had 2 double beds and they were quite springy .  The good  Staff at reception were really friendly, the bell boys were really attentive . Breakfast was included in my price and it was just a drink weather it be hot drink , a pastry and a piece of fruit . I enjoyed. Plenty of lifts to the rooms. The room was spacious and plenty of room. Plenty of towels and the maid came in every day and replenished. The location was great and it was in the quieter area of Times Square.  The shower was good and there was also a bath. For the price we paid though was really good location and base. 30 mins walk to Maddison square garden . 10 mins to Central Park . 10 mins to rockerfella.
