This is the first time I booked a hotel on Ctrip.com. I came to Lijiang with my girlfriend. There were too many hotel introductions on the Internet. Finally, after seeing the reviews, I chose Jinjiang Inn Qixing Street. After checking in, the first impression was that it was clean and tidy, and the service was warm. Especially when we went to Dali, we could store our luggage for free. In short, the service was quite good.

The hotel did not recognize the free upgrade provided by Ctrip, and the upgrade was not given on the first day of check-in. The next day, the hotel said that the system on the second floor was upgraded, so they asked me to change rooms and offered a free room upgrade. There is no real difference between the new house and the high floor. The mattress is still so soft. It’s really not like a single room with 60,000 yuan for soft furnishings.

The hotel is very clean and the front desk service is friendly. The lady at the front desk also upgraded the room type for free and gave me free breakfast. It is also very convenient to eat next door. I highly recommend it!

This is my first time to review a hotel. I really had a very unpleasant stay. I originally made a reservation and left two days early. 1. The listing details are shown on the 5th floor, but it is actually on the 2nd floor. Because it was a bit noisy on the second floor the day before, I wanted to change to a higher one, but it was still on the second floor. Downstairs is a commercial street with many people and cars, and there are people honking their horns even in the middle of the night. There happens to be a speed bump so every car passing by can be heard. 2. We went back to the hotel to wash up in the evening and the toilet was clogged. We contacted the front desk and they said that we could change to a standard room under option 1. However, we booked a three-bed room priced at RMB 300+ and the standard room price was RMB 180+. There was no mention of refunding the difference. The second option is to use the public bathroom on the first floor, which is obviously unreasonable. I asked to upgrade to a suite, but the front desk refused my request because the price difference was too big (70 yuan). If the toilet is clogged and the hotel fails to contact repairs in time, shouldn't it be held responsible? During this period, there was no apology. Instead, the three of us were allowed to live in a standard room or use a shared bathroom. 3. What’s even more outrageous is that another room on the same floor was arranged for us to use the bathroom. The toilet was obviously stained and the water was turbid. It was suspected that someone had used it and no cleaning was arranged. 4. In more than 300 hotels, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, and the toothbrushes are of hotel standard; there is no individually packaged shampoo and shower gel, which is a two-in-one; there are no cups in the room, and the mouthwash and drinking cups are disposable The triple room only has two sets of towels and toothbrushes.
