The location of the hotel is very quiet, even when you step out of the Whitechapel Metro you feel like you have traveled to Delhi and Islamabad! I booked a single room for 2 nights. The room was small with a single bed, but it was clean. On the second night, they did not clean the relatively clean room and did not make the bed. I thought the service would be like four stars. Even though the hotel room rate did not include breakfast, I still had breakfast at the hotel. Disappointed to find there was no skim milk and no sugar free jam! The hotel front desk is quite willing to help and quite polite. Overall ok by London standards...
