Excellent location for proximity to Royal Albert Hall. Staff very accommodating and we were able to choose a very quiet room which although had views over the back, was peaceful and very clean. Breakfast was buffet style and plenty of choice. Would definitely use again.

Our family of seven booked a three-bedroom with an extra bed, and the hotel generously upgraded it to a four-bedroom. It was a jackpot to be able to live in such a large room in the center of London, where every inch of land is valuable. Hyde Park is just across the street, and there is a supermarket just after turning left at the hotel, which is very convenient. The only inconvenience is that there is no socket in the bathroom, so you can only blow dry your hair in the living room. It is recommended to bring a portable makeup mirror when traveling

I stayed for 5 nights, and the lifts were out of order for 3 nights. If you have large luggage, please make your own judgment on whether to stay in this hotel.
The interior decoration of the hotel is exquisite. Although the rooms are smaller than chain hotels, they are quite comfortable.
Bellboys are very welcoming and take needs seriously. Overall, it's not a loss.

This hotel doesn't give a good feeling. I don't know if it's because it's in London, but the room is very small. In addition, this hotel should be a former residential building, with winding internal passages. The elevator feels crowded when there are more than two people. The most annoying thing is that the sanitation is very perfunctory. Of course, the price is relatively low. In addition, it's not far from Harrods, so it's very convenient to go out and buy some small things. What surprised me most was that I accidentally found a small Shanghai restaurant 800 meters away from the hotel, which cooked delicious food

Convenient location, about 5-7 min walk from High Street Kensington Tube Station. A good range of shops nearby such as TK Maxx, M&S, Whole Foods Market, cafés and restaurants (Italian, Chinese, Japanese, etc)
We were on 10/F so had an amazing view. Our room was spacious, bigger than most hotel rooms in London. It came with complimentary hot chocolate powder, cookies, tea bags, instant coffee and 2 bottles of still water.
The bathroom was equipped with toiletries (shampoo, hair conditioner, bath gel and soap) and a heated towel rack which was particularly helpful for doing laundry, since we stayed for 7 nights.
Gym is free of charge and is right next to the hotel. Size is decent with 4 treadmills, dumbbells and a few other machines.
Staff were all very attentive and professional. My husband had a small cut and housekeeping brought us plasters and wound cleaning wipes in just a few min.
Overall, great value for money. Would have been even better if a coffee machine was provided. Will definitely come back again next time we visit London.

This hotel offers decent value for money with standard amenities and satisfactory breakfast options. However, I was deeply disappointed by their post-check-out protocol regarding forgotten items.
During my stay, I left several opened and unopened food items in the room's refrigerator. Unfortunately, the staff disposed of or retained these items without attempting to notify me—a stark contrast to my recent experience at a rural Liverpool hotel, where the front desk promptly informed me about a forgotten perfume. While the financial loss here was minor (around £30), the lack of communication reflects poorly on customer care standards.
For a reputable establishment in London, such oversight is unexpected. I urge management to revise their policies: a simple message to guests about abandoned belongings would greatly improve trust and professionalism.

Located in Earl’s court which i love how convenient it is to many places in central london. Just 30mins from heathrow straight with Piccadilly line! The tube station n a bus stop is just 3-4mins walk away up on high street. Thats also where many shops n restaurants, cafes & supermarkets located at!
I book this hotel last min so im totally satisfied with the good price. My solo room located on 1st floor, although they hv lift, the room i was assigned still requires extra 10steps of stairs as u see on last pic. But im ok with that. N the room is very tiny but it got everything i need for a three night stay, window, heater, full length mirror, hangers, clothes rack, kettle, tea n coffee, shower gel n shampoo, tv etc. Also one thing i appreciate a lot is how nice the shower is, it has enough water pressure n hot enough for a winter time like this. Its my best time to relax after a long day before bed and keep me warm. Absolutely hv no complaint haha oh n their wifi is stable n staff is friendly for troubleshooting wifi setup :]
Oh n make sure u check out the masala shop n asian market close! They offer a wide range of food n drinks choices :]

As others have mentioned, hotel public areas are clean and well presented. Unfortunately, the rooms are in need of TLC. The location is near battersea park and power station with public transport links nearby. On arrival, I was made to use a third-party QR code to register and provide ID, I was told this was so they could find me if the room was damaged!
We stayed in a twin room on the 4th floor, and there was a smell of stale tobacco from the room next door (they appear to be a long-term resident leaving some of their oersonal belongings outside).
The room was a nice size with a large bathroom, kitchenette, and dining table. Unfortunately the spotlights in the bathroom didn't work and the tap leaked. The doors hiding the kitchenette were broken, the hot tap in the kitchen sink didn't work, the crockery was dirty, but washing up liquid and a dish sponge was provided so we were able to wash them in the bathroom sink.
The window had a note advising it was waiting repair and not to open it. It was cold outside and there was a draft coming through it. I could not find the hairdryer. Looking in the wardrobe, i found an ironing board but no iron.Apparently, you have to ask for these, but we were not told this on check-in. There was a very dirty duvet in the wardrobe and the mattress was stained, thry msy want to consider cleaning and using mattress and bedding protectors!
As we were only staying 1 night, we didn't cause a fuss and reported to reception on check out so they could make repairs.
Overall, this could be a great hotel if room maintenance improved, but in its current state, it's an ok stay for the price. I gave a thumbs up because its not a bad hotel, It's similar standard to other budget hotels, but with a kitchenette.

Very Good
MMaha AlshihaOur stay here was wonderful! The room was spacious, clean, had wide windows with a beautiful view from two sides with blinders that we can close at night.. the service was great, the food was good as well and the Thai restaurant at floor 1 was delicious! I love everything here and I would definitely visit again
AAndy NooGreat location close to Kings cross /St pancreas Station and not far from attractions, its 2 hotels in 1 that is predominantly used as a transit hotel for overseas tourist on day trips. The hotel is clean, and you need a room key card for the lift to move and also to get to the corridors of your room so security is good.
Downsides are that outside noise enters easily due to the old metal windows and rooms a very warm, it can be noisy throughout the night as people arrive and leave at all times. We had a room with an interconnecting door that the people in the other room tried to open at 1.30 am when they first arrived , they were also incredibly noisey shouting once awake which was at 5am due to sightseeing trips with the noise coming through the doors really easily, so it disrupted our stay . The breakfast was very good with a good selection of full English and continental foods, which set you up for the day ahead. Would we use this hotel again ....possibly
IIanOur normal IHG Hotel was nearly fully booked therefore the price was prohibitive. We therefore took the opportunity to try for the first time the Sutton Hotel.
All the staff that we met either on the reception or restaurant were friendly, helpful and professional. The Hotel has full amenities including swimming pool, and although we did not use any, except the restaurant, everything looked excellent. Our queen’s standard room was ok but there were a few marks and stains on the carpet, plastic cups in the bathroom, no box of tissues and few plug sockets. All these things are noticed in comparison to our normal hotel at Epsom Downs. It is however true to say that this Hotel had a very good restaurant on sight which Epsom does not. Therefore there is no doubt we will certainly stay here again in the future.
GGuest UserStay was great until I found out they took money from my bank for breakfast I didn’t take. I stated at check-in I didn’t want breakfast as I was at work early the following day.
I called the hotel for a refund, only to be told I need to send an email to the manager and they would check the cctv to ensure I didn’t attend breakfast.
GGuest UserHotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located perfectly for a visit to West Field shopping complex, 5 minutes walk away. The room we booked was the lowest priced available without breakfast included. It was clean and well presented as you expect for a Hilton. Tea and coffees provided as well as a fridge. The bathroom looked tired with heavy wear around the lower door and skirting given an appearance of shabbiness. That said it was clean. Also thankfully it wasn’t cold outside ( just wet ) as the heating wasn’t functioning.
大大食仔The location is good. The westfield shopping is nearby. There is bus stop just in front of hotel entrance. The two stations are within 5 minutes walking distance. Overall, the hotel is clean and tidy. The size of room is acceptable . There are supermarket, Macdonald, KFC, Starbucks, Subways nearby.
GGuest UserStayed here a night before a departure from Heathrow T5. The location is excellent, easy to get to by road from the M25 and plenty of parking. The hotel on the outside looked a somewhat run down affair but internally, although it was a little bit tired in places, was certainly clean and comfortable. A good choice of food in the restaurant, served up fresh to order and a nice size bar area to relax in was a bonus. Breakfast was good value and set us up well for our travels. Access to T5 is by the automatic pod service (cost £8.00) which is accessible from a collection point a few minutes walk (flat ie no steps or lifts) from the hotel, this is a 10min, extremely convenient ride straight to T5.
CChris134I'll give this hotel top whack, this time. Check-in is always very professional and the TV was working! My only regret is only booking one night as the breakfast is so good. I was in a bit of a hurry and wish I ate more!
I sadly had to complain about some seemingly disrespectul guests in the middle of the night but staff were helpful in sorting it for me.
The hotel is comfortable and very well stocked, for the price, and is right near Paddington plus some excellent restaurants (including the Italians on either side just up the road) so very convenient. I hope to book again some time (I thought my last stay was last year but it was in Feb 😂). Thanks!
CCHEE ZHI YANGWe stayed in a triple room which comes with a mini bar, an electric stove and a microwave. Walking distance to the shops and stores, easy access to both tube and train lines at Hammersmith station.
AAngelI am writing to provide feedback on our recent stay at your hotel. While the location was excellent, we found that the hotel itself was in need of some improvements.
Firstly, I would like to highlight the positive aspect of our stay, which was the great location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated near various attractions and amenities, allowing us to easily explore the area. This was definitely a major advantage during our visit.
However, we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The rooms appeared to be in need of a deep cleansing, as there were noticeable stains on the carpets and walls. Additionally, the furniture and fixtures seemed worn out and outdated. A fresh coat of paint and new beds would greatly enhance the overall appearance and comfort of the rooms.
Furthermore, we found the lack of a welcoming lobby person to be quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we were not greeted or assisted by any staff members. This lack of hospitality made us feel unwelcome and left a negative impression.
In conclusion, while the location of the hotel was excellent, we believe that improvements are necessary to enhance the overall guest experience. A thorough cleaning, along with updates to the rooms and furniture, would greatly improve the comfort and aesthetics of the hotel. Additionally, having a friendly and welcoming lobby person would contribute to a more positive and enjoyable stay.
P.S. positive side- I truly appreciate the staff at the hotel who made the effort to move us to a more convenient floor. Additionally, it's always a pleasant experience when the breakfast lady is friendly and accommodating.

(I paid too much for 3nights so I was expecting a good place to relax after 27hours of travelling with a toddler).
