民宿位置很棒，離一號觀景台很近，看日出日落都很方便。房間設施齊備，乾淨衞生。老闆娘很熱情，做飯超級好吃！現殺的泉水雞，肉香湯鮮，當地的野菜也很清甜，絕對讓你回味。

名宿位置離韶樂觀景台很近，3分鐘就能到。房間非常好，眺望就能看到遠處梯田。老闆娘炒的菜好好吃，味道剛剛好，值得推薦

房間乾淨，老闆娘熱情，飯菜做的好吃，離西山昭樂觀景台非常近。當地人開的民宿，如果開車來需要走20分鐘左右的路程才能到，是觀看日出的首選地。

客棧在一號觀景台附近，風景不錯，上下山老闆會接送，這點值得贊一下。但是，作為服務性行業，老闆娘服務和情商有待提高！自身遇到的具體情況如下：
1.亂收費。民宿內有麻將桌，我方提前詢問是否可以使用，老闆和老闆娘都説可以使用，但是使用前和使用過程中，都沒有告知需要交電費（一共大概打了4小時麻將）。在店內用完晚飯，結帳時卻被告知要收每人10元的電費。這屬於違反《消費者權益保護法》和廣西商用電費收費標準。（廣西最高標準也會8毛一度電，此處已經不管梯級收費了）。
2.房內不提供礦泉水、燒水壺、空調遙控。作為一家民宿，不配備礦泉水，也好歹放個燒水壺吧？而且，夏天還不放空調遙控器，你説很涼，但每個人體質不一樣，還要問了才給，還説以為我們不需要？！
3.陰陽怪氣一流。其一作為消費者，我有權選擇不在貴店飲食。我可以選擇叫外賣，如果老闆娘您覺得我在房間進食不好或者會增加清潔難度，您可以建議我們在露天餐桌進食或者保持房間潔凈，而不是一上來就説別弄臟房間，弄臟了要加收清潔費。其二，吃飯用了3個紙杯，説我們用了5個，後面發現沒有房間裏沒有水，下樓諮詢是否有水可裝並再拿3個杯子時，又被陰陽説“我們吃飯時用的紙杯子太多，一個紙杯子要1毛多1個。”您這邊資源這麼緊張建議備燒水壺和玻璃杯哦！
您作為一個服務行業人員、民宿老闆，應完善自身服務和相關配備，而不是在陰陽客人。（如果您是槓精或者有鍵盤俠，儘管槓）

不上不下的住宿位置，距離停車位置有點距離，停車場位置需要一點膽量才能到山頂！離觀景台還有一點點距離，就是店家的房子，房間隔音差蚊蟲叮咬沒水喝，窗口沒有風景可言，就當作是住宿一夜就行，不要過多期望！

老闆是紅瑤族，做的米粉和竹筒雞都很美味。木房子近一號觀景台，很方便，在房間裏可以看日出。也可以聽到鳥鳴和溪水的聲音。下次有機會還來這裏😊

推開窗就是梯田，環境很不錯，位置在一號觀景台跟二號觀景臺中間，很棒！老闆跟老闆娘人都不錯，不會亂喊價，也很熱情，做飯很好吃，竹筒飯跟竹筒雞都好吃！推薦！而且下山的時候，老闆還送我們到約好的拼車點，謝謝老闆的照顧！玩的很開心，還划算！
