Taj Pamodzi staff are very well coming and able to coordinate with EPICURE Signature staff with regards to bookings , checking in and out for their members. All was done on time. Enjoyed my staycation with my 5 yo son. However, standards slipping a little compared to when we were there 4 months ago - no welcome drinks on arrival, check-in took 15-20 min although we were the only ones there (had to wait for housekeeping to ensure the room was ready, this is despite us showing up after check-in time of 3pm) no flower(s) in a vase in their premium room - was really lovely to have that before, no waste paper baskets in the sitting area or bathroom. Had dinner at their restaurant and again disappointing - ordered the mix seafood grill, and breakfast too was just bland. 4/10 for the food. Their restaurant staff may need a refresher training, they are also slipping compared to our last visit. the hotel was not busy so I'm unsure why service was not 10/10. Great gym and swimming area 10/10 for these, although the rain spoilt the latter on our first day there.
