"We had a fabulous time at the Londoner Macau. On the first night, we had a medical emergency and had to call a doctor in.  Mr Colin , manager-  guest relations was very prompt and had the doctor at our doorstep within a few moments.  Everything was managed extremely well and professionally.  The service at the hotel is exceptional. The decor of the rooms is very contemporary and modern. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous and had a wide variety.  Overall a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely book another stay at the Londoner in the future."

"Modern, clean environment. The staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful. Delia upgraded my room without charge ....what a bonus so i stayed an extra night in the same room. I rented a commute card, 50mop refundable deposit, topped up 50mop, used only 8mop. On checkout one staff helped me call a taxi. I said it was a shame to loose the 42 balance & she said i could use up my balance in a 7-Eleven store so i rushed over across the street & got myself a sandwich & redbull. My room was well litted, air-conditioned with great amenities. Highly recommended."

"This is the 4th time visit to Macau and staying in hotel Lisboa is always my first choice in Macau. The hotel location and excellent service provided are superb! We have a surprise upgrade to Royal Tower rooms to make our stay enjoyable and wonderful. "Friendly staff, great breakfast and love the location. It is convenient to go anywhere. Was told we have been upgraded so that was nice. Gym and swimming pool were under maintenance, would be nice if pre-advised earlier please do that. A pleasant stay."

"Excellent location by the beach, which is rare in Macau. Nice and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff. The manager is also very friendly and helpful. I didn't have time to eat the breakfast in the hotel so every day they gave me a take-away breakfast which was very nice. They also sent me free to my destination on my last day. Highly recommendable hotel wich excellent service and beautiful surroundings."

"It was beyond expectation and satisfying. The hotel hardware is luxurious and exquisite, clean and sanitary. The software service is even more satisfactory, and the butler service system is particularly considerate. From the moment I checked in, a butler was always available to provide considerate service. I had already added my contact information before I checked in. They added a bed for us as requested and gave us a lot of desserts. The bouquet of flowers to welcome us was also very pleasing. I would like to thank the butler Ken Zhang for his attentive and considerate service, and also thank the butler Lucas Lu for his enthusiastic company. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Macau."
