The hotel room pictures were misleading. The room was advertised as having a partial sea view, but the reality was quite different. Instead of the beautiful view shown in the pictures, we faced the building next door throughout our stay. If you leaned over the balcony and looked to the right, you could catch a glimpse of the sea, but that was about it. I recommend the hotel to post the actual pictures of the room that the customer is booking to avoid confusion.
The more significant problem was that the next-door neighbor's balcony was incredibly close to ours, which made the situation awkward. Imagine walking out on the balcony, and two people are staring at you, closer than a hug's distance. It was beyond uncomfortable. Every time we were there, they were there. We could hear their conversations, and they could hear ours. Privacy fence anyone? The hotel staff was something else! We were extremely dissatisfied with their service, they literally ruined the vacation. It wasn't just bad customer service, it was non-existent. I have received better customer service at international customs but no joking. Don’t get me wrong; we weren’t expecting them to have a heartfelt communication with us, but a smile, a welcome or a bye! Nothing! You just get stared down I swear I had better service at an international customs, but no joking I would not recommend this hotel, until at least they get better customer service so you don’t go to sleep thinking the front desk will blow the place up
