Check-in was easy. They were very kind. We checked in at 1:40 pm and they said to go and get something to eat as the restaurant was due to close. We then went back to reception and checked into our room. This was all playing sailing and everybody was polite and helpful. Got to the rooms. We had booked Seaview and they were absolutely gorgeous immaculately clean and very large with amazing view of the ocean. Our maid was perfect in every way she made us little towel arts every day and always gave us a hug. Couldn’t ask for anyone better there’s a picture of her in my review. Let’s talk about food well the first three days the food was repetitive and cold. I like to sort this while I’m at resort because personally I could’ve checked out however the restaurant manager Saif couldn’t do enough to help us. He spoke to the chefs. He spoke with the top managers and the food, quality and temperature improved massively. I understand we were out of season. After he had sorted everything out, the food was really really nice, and I couldn’t fault the waiter Nizar ❤️ he went that extra mile, making sure we had drinks, topped up and knew exactly what we drank. It was my friends birthday while we were away. There’s pictures he decorated the table and made a real effort. Nothing was too much for Nizar. Bar staff Ala and Mohammed we’re absolutely amazing. They were really funny, too always had a smile on their face couldn’t fault them. The hotel itself is absolutely immaculate, the staff really do make this place and I would love to return when the season is in full swing. Being out of season, the pool was too cold to swimming in, but it was nice just to relax on a lounger Entertainment, staff, Sam and Torres made us laugh, and made us feel really really welcome The question is, would I return? Yes, if the price was right
