It was almost 20 minutes to be taken into account in the row at the entrance When they arrived, they asked me 100% of the value of the credit card stay and was booked by travel agency, One week later I still contest to get the value back, and I was given the key to a room that was already busy, with the risk of finding another guest inside. The cards that open the door of the room demagnetize most of the times you will use, even away from the cellular, stored in the wallet. The room is small and dark and after it is all over in the dark, you find the first switch. The pad was opened in the room, the maintenance resolved after it was started, the breakfast has the main options, and when a few minutes left, open a window behind the dishes and collect everything.

I loved the service, the amenities, and the facilities. I could not take my breakfast because of time and personal activities. anyways I enjoyed my stay in that hotel. furthermore, I like the idea of having coffee since 3 a.m.

I had the opportunity to visit this hotel in September and everything was just outstanding from emails before arriving to checking out. Let's start with the room everything was comfortable from the linens in the bed to the amenities in the shower thanks to the housekeeping lady she did an amazing job! The front desk team was also very helpful in providing extra keys when our ones stopped working and accommodated my friend to check in before I did because he had reached the hotel earlier than I had and also because they spoke English because he was visiting from LA! The F&B team's special thanks to Gerardo, the entire kitchen team, and the front-of-house team as well. The food was good for the breakfast buffet although it was sort of the same and I stayed for 4 nights I didn't get bored of it. Thanks to the lady who made my eggs every morning at the hot station. Everybody was super nice and accommodating. Thank you as well to the chef who was assisting on behalf of the executive chef for the dinner provided for us. My only recommendation would be that management focus a little bit on the pool area because we did use it but no service was there I think after some days we checked out I saw on their social media page that they had service opened it with the bar available at it. The hotel is pretty new and even though it had a low occupancy it never failed to impress on service. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best Hyatts I have stayed at and I travel a lot for business. From the reception staff to the kitchen staff—you will be taken care of! This is a gorgeous, new and modern Hyatt with beautiful rooms! Our room had mountain views. We had the best breakfast every morning, from handmade omelets, scrambled eggs with chorizo, to a delicious verde vegetable juice! Chef Alfonso and Tania not only make the omelets but always greet us with a smile, bringing our eggs to table. Word is out, because breakfast is quite busy and Staff was always on top of it, providing excellent service even when it was packed. The manager, Carlos, sets the tone for the whole Front desk Staff, who are all very personable. Carlos took care in solving hot water issues in our room. Highly recommend this hotel! The hotel is located just two streets from Cintermex and Fundora Park. I think it is one of the best options if you need to go to these places, not only for the neighborhood, but also for what is the new hotel, because it is located in a square that is still in construction. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are very friendly, they are following appropriate health measures and the cleaning of all facilities is very good. I recommend it and would be my first option in the next trip to Monterrey.

Very beautiful hotel that still smells new. The small lobby kind of threw me off, at first I thought I was at a residency but luckily there was a staff member waiting for me to check in. Room was amazing, very large. Sadly I was on the back so the view was not that great, had booked a King size bed room but got a double bed room at first. They managed to fix it for me right away. There were still some constructions going on but it didn´t really bother me. Everything was just super clean and looked great. One of the best hotels I ever stayed at, staff was very friendly and helped my girlfriend out with the valet service and walked up to the road for me to open the taxi´ doors too. One of the best hotel stays I ever had. Perfect for a business trip/meeting at the bar or for a couple looking for a luxury place. I didn´t have the breakfast included nor did I have dinner at the restaurant but I´m sure this was arranged fine by the looks of everything else. They were renovating the restaurant the last two days of my stay so I´m sure it must look very nice by now. Views from the terraces are very nice too. There is one on the right side that was kind of hidden, perfect view on the Cerro de la Silla. 9.5/10 would definitely book again. Kind regards, Davey

I stay in this hotel for an entire month and I appreciate a lot. The staff is very friendly, specially Obed who works in the restaurant and also Gabriela ursua that helped me to find a lab to make a PCR-COVID-19 test. Thanks a lot
