The friendly staff at Ingagi Lodge went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Gideon, my room attendant, built me a fire in the fireplace each evening and some afternoons too. He took away my muddy boots and clothes after our various gorilla and monkey treks to have them cleaned, and returned them promptly. The food was always good and plentiful, with the staff making special meal accommodations to fit with our schedule of activities. However, the Wi-FI did not extend to the rooms, but was available in the common areas (bar/restaurant/lounges). All in all, a great experience!

The staff were very friendly and attentive, We had some walking sticks that we had purchased and they helped wrap them up securely for transport back to the states. I had come down with a head cold, and they made an herbal tea for me to help with the symptoms. Each evening they started a fire in our rooms. They cleaned our muddy boots after each gorilla trek. The food was excellent. I highly recommend Ingagi Park View Lodge.

We had a terrific experience at the lodge when we stayed while doing a gorilla and a golden monkey trek. The lodge itself is quite a fabulous structure with very comfy sitting rooms and bar upstairs with terrific mountain view. The staff is wonderful— very friendly and attentive, really nice people and the service is excellent. We loved the foot massages and having our boots cleaned after hikes. The food is excellent. And the rooms are great— stone floors and fireplaces in each room, and nice porches. Spectacular setting. We highly recommend this lodge.

I spent a wonderful three nights here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The food was amazing. The location was excellent and the grounds were filled with beautiful plants and flowers. The hotel was able to arrange gorilla, trekking, hiking, and viewing of the golden monkeys, as well as transfers to and from Kigali. They arranged a wonderful guide George for me. This is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting volcanoes National Park and the hotel can arrange everything for you directly.

We stayed in a twin bed room which was very cozy. We had someone assigned to our room to come and start our fire each evening and fill up our hot water bottles to keep us warm. The staff are all very friendly and eager to assist in anyway. The food was delicious and each meal was fantastic.

Thank you to everyone at Ingagi for everything you did for us to make our visit to Rwanda, and the gorillas, so perfect. I am home now and spreading the word on how wonderful you and your team are, and how beautiful Rwanda and her people are. Our trip was perfect from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, and everyone from beginning to end was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you again, and if we are ever luck enough to return, I not dream of staying anywhere else.

The service and staff are second to none. The food is amazing. The rooms were spacious and the lighting of the fire place in the rooms also the hot water bottles in the beds every night to take the chill off was a nice touch. After all excursions they take your boots and clean the mud off them also give you a foot massage. The small details that they give and pay attention to makes the visit all the more memorable
