This is very worst hotel in the city. If you wants to torture yourself and family than only select this hotel. Very dirty unwashed bedsheets, blanket, no hygiene. Staff is very rude and dirty with bad body odour, ***ners less, you can be cheated here. Hotel is displaying tarrif 799 per day but they charged Rs.4500 for a night. As compare to Saray and Dharamshala rooms are worst. I would not suggest anybody to stay here.

I don't see any professionalism in the staff. They have a person in the reception who is just an Ill ***nered guy. He kept staring at my wife which really made me very uncomfortable and the main thing is, they entertain house keeping staff to take the upper hand in speaking to the customer and there was a lady who raised her voice against me and my wife when I said that the rooms aren't clean as it is shown in the website.
