The accommodation design, environment, service, and hot spring baths are excellent. The food is like an art feast. The environment is quiet, allowing the body and mind to relax and enjoy the tranquility. It will make people want to stay in other hotels under the Hoshino Resorts Group.

I stayed for one night, but as other people have said in their reviews, the service is very different. The most unbelievable thing was when I handed the key to the woman at the front desk when I checked out, but she didn't even say "thank you" in silence, let alone see me off. She just took the key with her head down and that was it. It was an unbelievable response. In addition, the staff who guided the guests to the room prioritized their own guests too much and had no consideration for other guests. The hot spring and the changing room were too small, so even with a small number of people, it was crowded. There were quite a few people who gave up at the entrance and left. The food was only decorated luxuriously, but the taste and the ingenuity were not so good. It was a semi-private room, but there were people with children who were loud and had bad manners, so I couldn't relax. I don't understand why the reviews are so good. There is a very good inn nearby and the price is almost the same, so I thought there was no point in choosing this inn.

I can't have rolled omelet in the morning, so I have to pickle a hot spring egg in soy sauce. Even though I was looking forward to the food, it was not fun, and I regret not telling them about my allergies. I've been to many inns in the past, and even when I told them about my allergies, they were able to accommodate me by changing the seasoning, even though the menu was the same. The renovated hot spring town has a nice a**osphere, and Kai Nagato's gate gives it the feel of a mansion! There was a dorayaki shop next to the gate, and I bought it twice, once when I arrived and the next day. The sale ends at 4pm on the day, so I checked in early and went shopping. There's a cherry blossom tree in front of the lobby, and I bet it's beautiful in spring.The staff are very nice and helpful. Calligraphy for the first time in a while with local music! I did something pitiful. I'd be happy if they could do something about it, but this is the reason I'm downgrading it by one star. This time, I arrived in Shimonoseki the day before, ate blowfish sashimi at Karato Market in the morning, and then crossed the Tsunoshima bridge to the world. It was a great trip, wandering around on the riverbed, strolling around at night, and relaxing in my room.
