設備比較陳舊，損壞設備未能及時修復。衞生間牆面，吹風機電源線積灰，長期未清理。地理位置好，有免費停車位，是優點。

出門小吃一條街，粽子和飲品店比比皆是，走幾步就是萬壽宮，後方就是大型購物中心，距離地鐵站近，酒店相對來説比較破舊了，要求高的人可以略過。

各類別打了一分也不是沒有道理的。
衞生：淋浴下水道口的一團頭髮，不是我的，我剛入住就發現的，這是上個客人入住以後沒清理乾淨的，洗手池上的玻璃枱子，淋浴間的置物枱子，都臟。
設施：淋浴間的淋浴頭支架是壞的，衹能用手舉着。燈光很暗，給開的第一個房光線又暗又是黃光，找前台給換了一個，第二個房也很暗，好在是白光了。牀頭櫃是個枱子，它是斜的，放不了東西，容易掉到地上。
環境：舊舊的裝修本來沒什麼，但是衞生也不乾淨。
服務：第一個房燈光暗，喊了前台大姐上來看，她説燈光不暗，在我再三堅持下給換了房。早上寄存的行李放在他們一個雜物間裏，晚上取的時候我以為雜物間我一個外人進也不好吧，結果她也沒給我拿，看我還不動，問我怎麼不自己去拿啊。真是該實在的時候不實在。
寫在最後，這個房雖然是特價房，但是好歹連鎖酒店，衞生都做不乾淨我真是沒想到，我能接受價格低是因為房間裝修舊，沒窗户等等。沒想到是衞生不達標，燈也那麼暗。本來定了三個晚上，結果第二天早上我就退房換了酒店。希望大家避雷。

房間裝修有點破，而且還是有點煙味的，位置好，就在珠寶街邊上，晚上散步逛逛萬壽宮啥不錯，當然便宜還是便宜的

很普通地住了一晚 除了位置在市中心 八一館 萬壽宮都在附近 四周都是老舊居民區 房價虛高1/4 出門後很多共享單車

179還沒有水，衞生紙半卷，沐浴露一次的性的還半支，浴頭漏水，到處破破爛爛的，到處是灰，最噁心的是床上有血。上圖

酒店服務態度好，就是走路有點偏，，周圍一堆賣臭豆腐的門店，衞生還算過得去，如果配備一下洗衣機什麼的就好了。

老破舊，關門時天花吱吱作響，房間裏牆面有漬跡，地板松、翹起、不平整。被子一股怪怪的味道。（應該是被子沒有暴哂過，加上用的時間又長）。最重一點要隔離有個建築工地，從早上六點就開工。工人的説話聲、工地機器聲，根本無法入睡。店員還忽悠我們説：工人早上九點才開工。差評！
