First time to Nanjing, thought about booking one of these Shangri-la, Marriot, Andaz, Kempinski and Intercontinental. Decision was made - Intercontinental, the tallest hotel in the region, closed to metros and local shops. Free upgraded room with sensational view to Xuan Wu Lake, hotel team are all excellent from check-in to check-out. Overall, highly recommended hotel to tourist visiting Nanjing.

Hotel service is in place and breakfast is good. The rooms are fully equipped, all brand new, the room type is relatively large, and the layout is quite warm. Close to Southeast University, the scenery outside the window is also very good, will choose again.

I am so lucky to find a quiet place in the busy city! Secondly, the hotel is clean. It is guaranteed to be neat and clean every day. It will be cleaned during the extended stay without any special instructions, and no personal belongings will be touched. The public areas are also clean. It rained on the day of check-in and the day of departure, but the hotel The lobby is clean and refreshing! Finally, I would like to express my special thanks to the uncle at the front desk! He was considerate and enthusiastic. He helped me carry my suitcase and lent me a charging cable. I couldn’t extend my stay because my card was not swiped correctly. My uncle even sat on the edge of the stairs at around 11 o’clock in the evening and waited for me to come back. He also had strict requirements when I met him when I returned to the hotel on the night of check-in. The boy who accompanied the girl into the store without permission showed his ID card, which really made him feel safer! The aunt and the lady at the front desk during the day are also very friendly! This was my first time traveling alone for the sake of traveling. It was a very pleasant and unforgettable trip to Nanjing! Haha, the hotel is so good that I don’t want to leave. Xuanwu Hotel is an old brand with outdated facilities. I brought my mother to Nanjing for a visit. The revolving restaurant buffet offers a view of Xuanwu Lake and Xuanwu Gate. The breakfast is okay. There is no coffee machine in the room, so I only have two packs of Nescafe coffee. Five-star rating The service is lacking a bit

The staff are very helpful and so kind, we are so grateful they helped us a lot. Perfectly hot water. Toilet with bidet is a plus. comfy room and there is window sitting zone. Comfy bed, clean, spacious room. Nice location, walking distance there's of food, malls, coffee shops. Minus - it's cold in the room, its around 0-6'C when we stayed and hotel lend us extra heater. And it will ne better if they had a lighting above the mirror. Overall, We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

A comfortable hotel in a good location. Check-in was fast, professional staff and good room service. Although this hotel is a bit aged, nothing is wrong with it. Room is cozy and the city view is quite nice. Its a good choice for this price range, recommended.

The view was fantastic. The room was small but practical. They did not have on-site laundry, which was not helpful since my group is moving from city to city.
