MMinglihuagongThe room was clean, tidy, and comfortable! The facilities are brand new! The design style is also very appealing! I had some items that were difficult to carry, and the front desk staff helped me mail them back to my hometown. I had a delicious breakfast of rice noodles. I accidentally left my laptop, which is my lifeblood, on a chair in the dining area! I was so embarrassed, but I couldn't lose my laptop! After I'd already arrived at the train station, a hotel staff member called to ask if the laptop was mine. I'm incredibly grateful! This hotel's service is excellent; you can see their dedication to running the business and treating every guest well in every detail. They even gave me a welcome gift. The location is very close to the train station, and I will definitely book this place again when I return! The front desk staff asked me to leave a good review if I was satisfied, and I absolutely would have given a great review without even being asked! This is the first time I've written such a long review, please excuse the length.

Service: Excellent. The staff were very patient in handling issues. We had an early morning flight, and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and offered us a simple breakfast.
Kunming Changshui Airport pick-up and drop-off service: Very convenient, perfect for early morning flights or layovers.
Food: The rice noodles nearby were delicious, and there were many small eateries to explore and try out. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time this trip.

They even have robots that can deliver takeout, which is pretty smart. AAnonymous UserThe Wanda Realm Resort Kunming is a standard five-star hotel. While the facilities are high-end, the rooms are a bit dated due to the hotel's age, but still perfectly functional. The service is excellent, and the breakfast is great, especially the coffee. The hot spring pools are a real highlight, with over 20 outdoor pools, all clearly marked with their water temperature. Surrounded by tropical plants like coconut and palm trees, it's incredibly relaxing to soak in the sun. The hotel also offers dedicated butler service, which is very attentive.

LLanxiaoguoyaI was going to write a review and then realized I didn't take a single photo of the hotel the whole time 😂 I usually like to document my life, so the fact that I didn't take any pictures probably means there wasn't anything particularly captivating about the place. The only photo I have saved is a screenshot of the hotel information from when I ordered takeout, just in case I filled in the wrong room number.
Our three families traveled together and booked three rooms. There wasn't much of a view outside the window, and overall, it was pretty standard. The front desk service was neither overly enthusiastic nor bad, just average.
The most frustrating part was that we arrived around 6 PM, expecting to check in smoothly and rest. Instead, we were told the rooms weren't ready yet. After a tiring day of traveling, not being able to check in immediately was a really poor experience and definitely put a damper on our mood. Hotels usually have a check-in time of 2 PM at the latest; this was the first time I've ever encountered a delay where we couldn't get into our rooms even by 6 PM.

The shuttle service to/from the South High-Speed Rail Station was excellent. Overall, the service was truly impeccable, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby.
