11389995****My flight was delayed, so I didn't arrive until 1 AM. I expected the hotel staff to be tired at that hour, but they were incredibly enthusiastic and provided excellent service. They patiently explained the parking situation over the phone. There were even late-night food options outside the hotel. Despite being close to the airport, I wasn't bothered by any noise and slept very well. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was extensive.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a great location, about a ten-minute walk from Cuihu Lake and also a ten-minute walk from Kunming Old Street, though in a different direction. There are many local eateries nearby, and shared electric bikes are very convenient. The room was very clean, no mosquitoes, and the hotel service was excellent. It was also quiet at night, so I slept well.

Our rooms are slidely above a restaurant thus quite noisy in the evening but quite after dinner rush and restaurant closure. Hotel has good self serve coffee and tea break at the lobby and very good selection of breakfast choice. Rooms are big and clean. Staff friendly and helpful as well.

AAnonymous UserOur family chose this hotel for our trip to Yunnan because it's quite close to the train station. The hotel is advertised as five-star, and upon arrival, the environment was indeed lovely and very retro. The lobby even had a Christmas tree, adding to the festive atmosphere. Once we got to the room, the facilities did seem a bit dated, but the service was exceptional. ARIADNE from guest services called us beforehand to ask about our room preferences and provided us with the best possible arrangements. ARIADNE recommended we visit Kunming Old Street and even helped us book a taxi. The hotel's location is actually really good; it only cost about ten yuan to get there, so it's definitely in the city center. Kunming Old Street was an excellent suggestion, with plenty of options for food, drinks, and entertainment. We had originally planned to attend a lighting ceremony at the hotel that evening, as recommended by DAISY, but we didn't make it back in time. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel. If we ever get the chance to visit Kunming again, we'll definitely choose this hotel.

GGuest UserA very warm treasure hotel. Our family received souvenirs and welcome tea as soon as we arrived at the hotel, which was very ceremonial. Because there were not many tourists, the hotel seemed particularly secluded. Whether it was the private soup in the courtyard or the Pu'er tea, they were all of very high quality. The children enjoyed feeding the seagulls every day. The food was a little simple during the Spring Festival. A male waiter in the restaurant (forgot his name) was very enthusiastic. The green vegetables were all from the hotel's own vegetable garden, which was very natural. The back door of the hotel leads directly to Yangzonghai Shijiazui Park, and the scenery is invincible. In short, I was very satisfied. Thanks to the housekeeper for his meticulous service. Five-star praise. Recommended to travelers who like to relax and get close to nature.

The front desk service is excellent; all my requests were quickly and clearly handled. I love Kunming so much; it was a fantastic travel experience.

LLuxiangbeibeiMy friend highly recommended this place, saying the area is fantastic and super convenient, and the shuttle service was a huge plus. The shuttle service to/from the South High-Speed Rail Station was excellent. Overall, the service was truly impeccable, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.
