Location is good. You can walk to the beach in around 5 minutes. Room is quite big, has couch, table suitable to work with laptop and even small kitchen.
Area around hotel is quiet, not much people on the beach. Beach is very good, clear water, not much waves. Its suitable if you like quite vacation, no load music, bars or sex workers around.
20 mins to airport.
No 7-11 around but have local convenience stores.
Even though room has kitchen, it doesn't have plates, forks and spoons. When we asked hotel staff to provide us with cutlery, they say it would cost us 100 baht NON-refundable charge, which I find very strange. I mean why you place kitchen in room but zero plates.

Unfortunately this “hotel” is actually in the centre of a very busy construction site. Very very noisy from 7.30 am to 7pm every day , even on Religious holiday.
We had chosen to stay in ground floor pool access which was good but the pleasure was destroyed by noise and construction workers looking down onto our patio.
The manager was helpful and offered us a free shuttle to airport which was good but our final 6 days in Thailand were ruined.

Easy and friendly check in. A few steps from the beach and all local amenities. I booked half board and had a good choice of three courses freshly cooked. Breakfast was also a very good buffet. Room was spacious and thoughtfully equipped with drying racks on the balcony. Pool was good for a few lengths. Only downside is the expansion and construction work which doesn't cause any disturbance but blocks the view from the ground floor.

I like the area because of the beach. The hotel is ok for the money, but the audibility needs to be improved! You can hear everything from the corridor and the next room!
