השירות חדרים היה לא טוב ביקשתי מהם מגבות ולא הביאו
ביקשתי מהם נייר טואלט ולא הביאו
וזה היה במשך כל השהות ככה
וכל פעם שהתקשרתי לשאול מה קורה עם זה ענו לי שעוד 5 דקות
ולבסוף הייתי צריך לרדת למטה לקבלה לבקש מהם

아침식사 깔끔하고 좋습니다. 프라하역에서 걸어갔습니다. 방은 생각보다 작았습니다. 2월이라 추울것을 걱정했는데, 난방은 아주 잘되었습니다. 구시가 광장, 천문시계 까지 걸어 다닐수 있어요. 그리고 호텔에 생수병 리필을 안해줘 호텔 바에서 샀는데 한병에 115 코루나 줬습니다. 그리고 트레블월렛 카드로 근처 KB ATM 에서 수수료 없이 400코루나 출금 했는데 현금 쓸일 없었습니다.

位置和早餐都挺好的，房間也夠大，不過毛巾好像是用了5年以上的舊毛巾，特別減分，也收不多的城市建設税，其它酒店是不收的！

Great stay, great location and easy to reach using public transport from the airport, 119 bus to Nadrazi Velaslavin (terminus) then green line to Muzeum and 5 mins walk.
Staff nice and pleasant, decent breakfast but could do with topping up the hot items bit more regular. Probably need another staff member working at breakfast to help out. Good room, plenty storage, fridge, safe and tv with toiletries in bathroom. Bit dated and very clean the bathroom, bed comfy, bar only open till 11pm at night.
