1.衞生差。這就是你們打掃完的房間嗎？茶杯不洗 鞋子不收 進來就疊了個被子，啥也不幹，那還要保潔幹什麼？
對面房間打掃開着門正好看了一下，保潔人員開着電視 一邊看一邊收，看到好看的還停下看會兒電視，真的誇張！
2.服務態度極其不好！國內期間坐地漲價，前台主管和經理兩個人，昨天説好的價格第二天就不認賬，第一次見這麼多人來 沒賺過錢是吧？就該被工商管理局嚴查！
3.早餐難吃，品種少，特別一般。好歹也是個高檔酒店，怎麼會做的這麼難吃的！！
4. 裝修老舊。
綜上 這家要不是因國內訂不到酒店，堅決不會來的一家店！這趟旅行非常不好的體驗有一半是酒店造成的！

應該是一家有點歷史的酒店了，大堂氣派。房間裝修當年應該也是下了本的，不過現在看就覺得過時了。衞生情況還不錯，服務員也熱情。酒店位置可以，離老城區和萬達都不遠，開個電單車幾分鐘就到。布草舊了些。

春節去北海自駕遊，經過泉州，入住還是比較滿意的。就是有晚上睡覺點熱。旁邊就是小吃街，雖然過年期間，物價也還好。

房間比較乾淨整潔，每天打掃衞生比較滿意，就是房間整體色調偏暗，剛開始不太習慣，這幾天一直走廊有煙味，還會飄進房間，不太滿意。服務很滿意，幾乎有求必應。地理位置還可以，不過離景點都有點距離，不能説很近。

房間挺舒服的，還有個沙發椅可以躺着。有點驚喜的是這個酒店裡的洗護套裝，一聞到這個味道我以為是歐舒丹，我蠻喜歡馬鞭草的味道，家裡也有她的馬鞭草系列。搜了下是這個是格瑞保的品牌，絕對可以是歐舒丹的平替哈

酒店不在西街附近，但是離西街不遠。停車方便。
酒店的設施還是不錯嗯，洗澡水超級大，很舒服。
馬桶也是衞洗麗。
雙床房是很安靜的，推薦。這個價格性價比還是很高嗯
早飯沒有包，旁邊就是一條小吃街，麪線糊也不錯嗯
