酒店位置不錯，計劃6月24日從衢州機場乘早上的飛機，所以提前幾天在網上選訂了該酒店的23號住宿，由於提前3天接到航空公司的訊息，我乘坐的航班被取消，於是改簽到6月23日下午航班；我也提前3日在網上欲取消預訂，但系統無法取消。其實23號那天我本人中午曾經路過預訂的酒店門口，因為時間關係，無法按時入住，房費百搭了。
建議：如果提前取消預訂，即使房費不退，可以作為預存費用，下次入住時扣除，這樣比較合理。

設施：設施挺全，我訂的單人間，沒想到裏面居然還有電吹風
衞生：還可以，每天有人打掃
環境：酒店樓上有天井，房間就在天井這層，環境還不錯

房間雖然不是特別大，但是一個人住還算大小合適。房間衞生乾淨，前台服務很好。就是樓下就有KTV，稍稍有點影響。

設施還是講行過去的，基本的都有，就是感覺它曾有過輝煌，現在有點老舊。衞生是到位的。基層的員工應該説都能把自己的事做好，有問題，都能即時來處理，特別是清潔員打掃也認真。對一人旅行海內外幾十年且不挑剔的長者來説，我還是要正面評價這個大酒店。忘了説，早餐還是做得合情合理，不能説豐盛，但滿意（本人觀點），如果一定要找出些自己有些不自在不爽的地方，那就是入住客人必須扣一百人民幣在它的帳上，稱壓錢，問為什麼，説各個房內有消費品，離開時檢查，少了，就扣。壓金制度有，大多是對室內用品，而在國內外是用信用卡（信用卡在保護顧客利益上大大勝過付款寶，對不合理的帳單可以拒付）。我在想，絕大多數酒店是沒壓金的，而店家為什麼不可把消費品放在大廳（基本都如此做的，連鎖，星級）為什麼這家非要把一些商品放在各房間內，又強勢扣錢先，這不是無形中對客人缺乏信心和增加壓力嗎？！這些小商品有那麼重要非放不可？商家和客人的信任是相互相在的，少了這些，即便是最巧妙的行銷方式也是徒勞無功的

優點是地理位置很好，距離南湖公交站很近，很多路的公交車都在此站停靠，去市裡各個地方都方便，周邊吃飯也方便，還有大超市，購物也方便，缺點是，設施老舊了，這次住的迷你房間，晚上地漏往上返臭氣，衹能開窗睡覺。
