If you need to list before ten o'clock for continuous living, otherwise you will not take the initiative to clean. In order to control the cost. Breakfast is very healthy Western style, full of sincerity. Many small restaurants around are good choices. Two minutes out is the largest civic square pedestrian street, five minutes is the largest shopping mall in the local area, ten minutes is the train station, ten minutes drive to the highway.

The b&b is a little outside the ”main mile” and is therefore quiet - very good. However, everything in the city center is very good to foot reach - for non-footmen*in there is a bus stop in front of the door. Everything appears quite new, it is also just being built. The rooms are very clean and for a hotel of this category generous and bright. There is a small lobby with jobs for PC and others. The staff is very friendly and helpful, However, the young man did not know anything at the reception with my registration form ;-) Some small disadvantages: Since I was there at the weekend and had enjoyed the night life in Bochum many evenings, it was very bald at breakfast time 9-10°°, there is no room for it in the small breakfast room, i.e. it was also in the lobby breakfast and the blows on the small but fine buffet were long, This may be different during the week ... The rooms are not cleaned at 14:30, but it is not cleaned at 15Minuten, but more time is probably never left to clean. The staff were very hard to solve problems arising from the code transfer when you can book directly at B&B. There are enough parking spaces available. The very nearby motorway is hardly heard. The bathroom is very close and not very clean. Breakfast was a surprisingly ordinary contrast.

Nice hotel near the Bochumer city centre, super connection with public transport. Super friendly staff. Clean house. Parking. Wi-Fi. Small extras, such as fruit shops or free mineral water. Very cozy and family atmosphere. Corona hygiene concept really well implemented. I'm not sure I'm the last time here.

We loved it. The hotel is a converted fortified house from the 13th century with extensive grounds that made for lovely walking in the Easter sun. Breakfast is plentiful and there’s a good choice of food, and endless supply of coffee. The bedrooms are clean, the beds comfy, and super-quiet. If that was all I knew about this place, it would be enough to recommend it. But it is not all I know. There’s more. What sets hotels apart is attentiveness to detail. And this hotel has that - all the little touches that made our stay so much nicer, they pushed the beds together since they knew we were a married couple, they opened up quiet areas for us to sit and enjoy a coffee. But there’s yet more. Staff are all friendly, competent and always there for you. Particular mention goes to the night staff, Ann-Christin and Erdal, who were somehow always able to find time for a nice chat with us despite having to manage several things at once. Go there. It’s fun.

I was staying with a friend in a twin room for two nights, to visit a member of the Starlight Express cast, the Hotel is perfectly situated right next door to the Theatre. The Reception Staff were very welcoming and our room was esy to find, using a lift. The room itself was very clean, spacious and airy (it was a very hot weekend). Water (both Still & Sparkling), was provided. The bed was very comfortable and bedding crisp and clean. Bathroom was fine with a good Shower. Room would be improved by supplying Tea & Coffe making facilites and an extra mirror, as good mirrors in bathroom and one full ength on Bathroom door, but the room could de with another mirror in the main room, so that two people can get ready at the same time. The Breakfast was really good, with an excellent choice of Continental, with a smaller choice of cooked, but excellent all around and the Coffee was very good. The Courtyard area is a lovely area for coffee or a Cocktail and the restaurant staff were really friendly, professional, with all staff speaking English. I hope to be staying again next year- thank you very much team H!

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. The lady helped me alot when I was down from health. A nice business hotel in the heart of Dortmund. I have enjoyed my stay for 5 days.

Rooms,Eating, Service, Location, all points have earned the review excellently. Specially the lovely-styled rooms have liked us. The food card had a lot to offer and everything was of excellent quality as well as the rich breakfast. In particular, we met with friendly and competent staff at all times during our stay. So around a great service. The starting point for bicycle tours was good. We would be happy to come back.
