My room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had good toiletries. It is easy to get to the airport but out of the main area for shopping and site seeing. However there is a metro about 20 minutes walk away, and a shopping centre about 15 minutes walk away. I really appreciated assistance from staff with good English for sorting out day trips and local directions. The air conditioning worked well and was much appreciated in the sweltering heat.

The hotel is so nice, but the location is not really well, it approximately take at least 50 minutes to Rome downtown or attractions.

No body shampoo, no hair conditioner in the bathroom. I will never stay this hotel again…

kettle and iron with iron board only provided if asked. claimed to have a swimming pool but the staff told us there was none

網上預訂顯示是4星香格里拉酒店，去了發現是個度假區，三層，關鍵是房型不大，電梯衹能一人一大件行李，還不開中央空調，給老闆登記後讓他們先去房間，我們登記完進了房間震驚了，房間温度31℃沒空調。趕快去老闆房間看，發現用椅子支着門，開着窗，關鍵是內部房間，空氣還不對流。看了一下温度顯示32℃，趕快去前台交涉，他們還不行，當時有個老外也是熱的不行，在交涉。隨後服務人員去看了一下，確實不行，給調換了房間。所以，千萬不迷信國外的星級。
