The entire design creates a fantastic ambiance, with the horse theme integrated perfectly. The room is spacious and bright, and the double vanity bathroom is clean and elegant. It was a very comfortable stay. Lily, a staff member, provided excellent service. Highly recommend a stay here!"

"This is arguably the cleanest, most value-for-money, and most atmospheric hostel I've ever stayed in. Even though I've never lived in a villa, this gave me a taste of what it's like, haha. As soon as you walk in, you change into slippers that have been disinfected and are still warm. The interior is spotless too. The 6-bed female dorm has a separate wet and dry area for the shower, plus a vanity area – absolutely amazing! I can already imagine what a princess room in a villa would be like. Everyone was quiet at night, which was super friendly for someone like me who's a light sleeper. My favorite spot was the common area in the basement. It has a small bookshelf and a piano, like a miniature reading room. For someone who loves going to the library, sitting there and reading was incredibly comfortable. Before I knew it, it was 10:30 PM. I'll definitely be back next time, it was super comfortable!"

"My stay was absolutely perfect! ✨ The intelligent climate control throughout was super convenient. The hot tub was spotless, and the water temperature was consistently comfortable – all my fatigue just melted away. The room layout was well-designed with great natural light and ventilation, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Service was prompt and thoughtful, and the environment was elegant and quiet. It’s perfect for both a relaxing break or a short trip. Honestly, it's really worth staying here!"

"The breakfast buffet was definitely one of the highlights. There was a rich variety of options, and everything was delicious. I especially enjoyed the rice noodles with bamboo shoot sauce. The coffee was also good, especially the Americano. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent. The hotel is only about a 10-minute walk from Tianfu Square, the literal center of the city. There is also a nearby pet wholesale market where visitors can enjoy seeing beautiful fish, cute rabbits, dogs, kitties, turtles, and other animals. In addition, the Jinjiang River is just a 2-minute walk away, making it very convenient for an evening stroll. The only downside was that I was not given the option to select a non-smoking room. As a result, there was a slight but noticeable cigarette smell in both the corridor and the room. It was not overwhelming, but it was identifiable. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel for its excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and convenient location."

"The hotel boasts an elegant and tranquil atmosphere. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bathroom facilities are clean and functional. The hotel's tea tasting and incense making activities are quite enjoyable. The front desk staff, especially the young lady with the lotus brooch, was attentive and polite. Our guide to Du Fu's Thatched Cottage was also very lovely. The room has good natural light and excellent soundproofing. Highly recommended!"

"I stayed at the hotel in the largest building, and the room was much bigger than usual, making the TV seem a bit small 😂. The staff were very warm and considerate. Upon check-in, I was assigned a butler, Coco, who provided thoughtful reminders every day and quickly resolved any issues. The hotel is located in the high-tech zone, which is very convenient for those who enjoy cool city walks to places like Cypark, Yuan Ye Regular, and CPI."

"The hotel environment is great overall, and the facilities are all complete with smart Xiao Du controls. The room was super comfortable. The front desk service was incredibly warm and friendly. The breakfast tasted good, especially the noodles, which were delicious. It's also very convenient to get to the Panda Base from here, and there's a free shuttle service."

"A pleasant surprise at this established four-star hotel! The buffet was incredible, and Manager Liu's service was even more heartwarming! 1. I gained 3 pounds after my stay! The buffet wasn't extravagant, but incredibly down-to-earth. They had authentic Sichuan delicacies like dry dan noodles and cold rabbit, as well as steaks and lamb chops that were freshly pan-fried! 2. Manager Liu's service was incredibly professional! From check-in to check-out, she thoughtfully helped me plan my route (even sharing tips for visiting the panda sanctuary). On my first night, I wasn't used to the combined bathtub and shower in the bathroom, but on my second night, Manager Liu immediately recommended a different room type, which was a perfect solution. Her responsiveness was incredibly quick and warm, like a sister in the family. Kudos to her! 👍 3. Other highlights: The room, while a bit dated, was spotlessly clean. There was a wide selection of pillows, including buckwheat, down, and latex. The front desk was also fantastic, not constantly calling me to check out after 2 p.m. I highly recommend other hotels follow her lead! The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of Chunxi Road and the subway station. This established hotel is a great value, with warm service and unique food. I'll definitely be back next time I visit Chengdu."

"I was here on a business trip to the Polytechnic University. The location is super convenient, just about a ten-minute walk. I stayed alone, and I found the room quality to be excellent – very clean and comfortable. The public facilities like the gym and self-service laundry room were a huge plus for me as someone traveling for work. The lobby even offers business computers for use, and you can print too! All the rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, offering great views and a pleasant environment. The front desk staff were also very friendly, greeting me every time I came and went."

"First off, I have to commend how my booking was handled – they clearly read my notes, and the room arrangement was perfect! I was a bit worried when I booked, seeing some reviews about the hotel being older, fearing it might be dated. But honestly, as soon as I saw the room, all those concerns vanished. The hotel is incredibly well-maintained, even better than the photos. As they say, an old Ferrari is still a Ferrari! My overall stay was fantastic. The room was spacious, the bedding was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The toiletries were top-notch, smelled lovely, and worked wonderfully. Every little detail showed care. The high floor offered fantastic panoramic views through the floor-to-ceiling windows, and everything was spotless. The location is excellent – quiet yet central. The butler service was outstanding, available 24/7, with quick and friendly responses. The 24-hour complimentary drinks and snacks were a thoughtful touch and of good quality. The housekeeping staff noticed we were drinking tea and proactively left extra bottles of water during cleaning, which was very thorough – thumbs up! There are plenty of great dining options nearby. If I had to pick a flaw, it's that the shampoo and other bottles in the shower were a bit too close together, making them hard to press, but that's a minor point. The 6:30 PM sabrage champagne ritual added a nice touch of ceremony. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and for more than just one night!"
