"The room was spotless and tidy, and the service was attentive and warm. The housekeeping staff even thoughtfully delivered two bowls of Tremella soup to each room, along with a heartwarming note. The Tremella soup was the best I've ever had! The breakfast was abundant with a huge variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel. For a five-star hotel, the price is incredibly reasonable. This price point truly offers so many pleasant surprises. My daughter even specifically brought her swimsuit and enjoyed the pool for an hour. At check-out, they thoughtfully gave us a panda-themed small charm. Getting around from here is super convenient, and the parking lot even has EV charging stations. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Chengdu. Strongly recommend it to everyone!"

"I specifically chose this 8-bed female dorm for my trip to Chengdu, and it totally exceeded my expectations! First off, the location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Tongzilin subway station. It's incredibly easy to catch high-speed trains at Chengdu South Station or explore the eateries on Yulin Road. Plus, there are tons of great restaurants around the neighborhood, so you'll never have to worry about breakfast or dinner. Regarding safety and privacy: The common areas are equipped with surveillance cameras. I stayed for a week and felt comfortable leaving my laptop in the common area without any issues – everyone else did the same, so I followed suit. The Wi-Fi is also incredibly fast. The room environment is quiet, and the floors are separated by gender, with the entire second floor dedicated to female guests. Traveling alone, this made me feel especially secure. The 8-bed dorm room was much more spacious than I expected, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light, making the room bright and airy during the day. The most pleasant surprise was having an en-suite bathroom with a separate wet and dry area! No need to wait in line for a shared bathroom or trek back and forth – it's incredibly convenient for women. There's even a dedicated vanity table, perfect for organizing skincare and makeup. Hygiene was also a big relief. I saw the cleaning staff tidying up every day, and the bedding was spotlessly clean, soft, and comfortable. The bathroom was also impeccably maintained, with no unpleasant odors. The common area on the basement floor is also a great spot to hang out. It features a shared kitchen, washer/dryer, and a media room. If you don't feel like staying in your room after coming back at night, you can relax in the common area. The flowers in the outdoor garden are beautifully kept and make for lovely photo opportunities. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Chengdu!"

It's an easy walk to Daci Temple, and very convenient for a night cruise on the Jinjiang River or a visit to Jiuyan Bridge. The hotel features a swimming pool on the 7th floor, perfect for relaxation, and boasts a large free parking lot, which is a huge plus if you're driving. The guest rooms have panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, ensuring plenty of natural light and a bright, airy feel. The mattress is soft and conforms to your body, providing a great night's sleep, and the bathroom is spacious. The front desk staff are attentive, and the check-in and check-out process is smooth and efficient. Overall, the facilities are excellent, and for its prime downtown location, it offers incredible value for money. This is definitely my top choice for a trip to Chengdu!"

"Overall, it was a very good two-day experience. The water park was incredibly fun. During the day, the 'Big Horn' and 'Family Fun' slides had long queues, but other attractions had almost no waiting time. If you're a hotel guest, catching the first wave of visitors or the last few waves in the evening means very few people, which makes for a much better experience. I spent about 15 minutes trying to find the hotel's underground parking entrance; it was quite difficult to locate, and the navigation even directed me the wrong way for a stretch before I could spot it. Check-in was extremely slow, and the facial recognition process for the water park was also very sluggish. This could easily be streamlined with a self-service machine. If the crowd flow were like Chimelong's, the slowness would be understandable, but there were only two groups of us checking in, and it still took half an hour for check-in and facial recognition."

"The hotel's location is excellent and convenient for getting around. The front desk service was fantastic, especially thanks to Ms. Meng and Ms. Yao. They were very welcoming during check-in, and their food recommendations were delicious. Any requests we had were responded to promptly. Manager Yang in the lobby also provided great service, helping my child pick out a small gift, which made them very happy."

"I discovered this hotel on TikTok (Xiaohongshu) and realized it was part of the Huazhu Hotel Group when I arrived. A quick check later confirmed it's considered a mid-to-high-end standard. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied! It felt like a five-star experience! The service was excellent, the environment was great, and the breakfast was unexpectedly varied and delicious – the chicken giblet noodles were amazing! On the day of check-in, we received a fruit platter, and the fridge in the room was complimentary. They also offer free laundry service for clothes, and food deliveries are brought straight to your room. The hotel even provides a photography service, with three free photos, and additional ones at a reasonable price. In short, I've already recommended it to many friends. Great value for money! A tranquil oasis in a bustling area!"

"The Crowne Plaza Chengdu Poly Park, once the first five-star hotel in the northern part of the city, is ideally located near attractions like the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, Chengdu Botanical Garden, and Manhua Manor. It's a great choice for tourists, as you can head straight to see the pandas right after breakfast! This stay, I was in a deluxe suite on the Club Floor, boasting a spacious 120 square meters. The living area was divided into a reception area, a dining area, and even an automatic mahjong entertainment zone. The TV was a bit too small, almost feeling like a decorative piece, but surprisingly, it came with a Bose soundbar and an embedded fireplace. The minibar was rather sparse, offering only one sachet of pour-over coffee and two tea bags, which felt a bit stingy. The bathroom featured a standard dual-sink design but lacked a smart toilet. The toiletries weren't the usual Bvlgari found in CPs; they seemed to be from a partner brand chosen by the owner. The executive lounge on the 21st floor is now completely closed. Guests with executive privileges need to go to a designated area in the all-day dining restaurant for happy hour, as afternoon tea is no longer offered. The happy hour quality was good, featuring five hot dishes, two cold dishes, as well as desserts, fruits, salads, bread, and soup. Breakfast offered a variety of local specialties, including Leshan preserved meat glutinous rice balls and freshly made pork buns, along with panda latte art coffee. The warm and attentive service was particularly impressive. Poly CP also boasts an indoor heated pool and an outdoor sandy beach pool. Beyond that, there's a large expanse of forested green space and artistic installations perfect for wedding photography, all excellent spots for a post-dinner stroll."

"Staying at The St. Regis Chengdu, I was completely won over by their butler unpack and pack service! Upon arrival, the butler proactively offered to unpack my luggage. Clothes were carefully sorted, valuables were neatly arranged, and the suitcase was tidied up perfectly. Before checking out, I scheduled the packing service, which was incredibly professional and meticulous. Clothes were wrapped in layers to prevent wrinkles, small items were categorized one by one, and the space inside the suitcase was utilized to its fullest. Their packing logic was even more organized than my own! Throughout the process, their movements were gentle, respectful of my personal belongings, and perfectly discreet without being overly intrusive. The St. Regis's signature butler service truly lives up to its reputation, and they even upgraded us to a St. Regis Suite. The service was impeccable!"
