"Honestly, this has to be the best hotel in the 300-500 price range around here. The facilities are great, but the soundproofing isn't the best. I think it's due to the room design – there's no real barrier between the entrance and the bed, so you can hear any noise from outside. Also, the parking lot is awful – it's tiny and really difficult to maneuver in."

"The location is fantastic, a standalone villa right in the city center. The entire place is very clean and tidy, with a beautifully landscaped garden. The common areas are spacious and highly functional, featuring an office area, a study room, a dining area, and even a 100-inch big screen for movies and games. The amenities are excellent, and the convenience of getting around is a major plus. The rooms are large with high ceilings, so they don't feel cramped at all."

"I had a very satisfying stay this time. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to dining, entertainment, and transportation. "This hotel boasts an amazing location, surrounded by scenic spots, making getting around a breeze. The room was spacious and bright with large, floor-to-ceiling windows letting in plenty of light. It was meticulously clean. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, quick to respond to any requests. Breakfast offered a rich variety of freshly prepared dishes. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, with good soundproofing and brand-new facilities. It's my top choice for accommodation, and I'll definitely rebook next time I'm in Chengdu."

"The room was clean and tidy, and the emotional value was definitely there. The breakfast was also very rich. Right outside the hotel, there's a direct shuttle that takes you to see the pandas, Dujiangyan, and Sanxingdui, so you don't have to worry about finding transportation. The location is excellent, just 200 meters from Metro Station C2 Exit. All the attractions are nearby, and the subway and shared bikes are convenient. Taxis are also very cheap, usually just the starting fare."

"Finally got to experience the hotel I'd been dreaming of! The room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped. We booked a family room on the ground floor which even had a small courtyard. The setup of a king bed plus a children's bunk bed meant there was plenty of space for our family of four. The kids' amenities were also a thoughtful touch – exclusive toiletries, small slippers, a play tent, and even stuffed animals – everything they could want! The children were so happy they didn't even want to leave the room. The hotel's location is also excellent, right next to Global Center and just across the street from SKP. But what I was most impressed with was the hotel's service. Despite its size, response times were very quick. A special thank you to our butler, Diana, for her attentive service during our stay, which made our family's visit so enjoyable. 👍 Next time we're in Chengdu, Global Intercontinental will definitely be our top choice again!"

"My stay at The St. Regis Chengdu was a fantastic experience. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the St. Regis Suite. The suite was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable…a true home away from home. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a great variety of quality options. The highlight for me was the dinner seafood buffet, the spread was really impressive and the addition of hotpot made it even more special. Absolutely delicious. Service throughout the hotel was outstanding. From the warm welcome at check-in to the seamless check-out, every staff member we encountered was attentive and professional. Gym team who took the time to walk us through the facilities personally was a small gesture that made a big difference. Highly recommend The St. Regis Chengdu for anyone looking for luxury, comfort and genuine hospitality."

"A pleasant surprise at this established four-star hotel! The buffet was incredible, and Manager Liu's service was even more heartwarming! 1. I gained 3 pounds after my stay! The buffet wasn't extravagant, but incredibly down-to-earth. They had authentic Sichuan delicacies like dry dan noodles and cold rabbit, as well as steaks and lamb chops that were freshly pan-fried! 2. Manager Liu's service was incredibly professional! From check-in to check-out, she thoughtfully helped me plan my route (even sharing tips for visiting the panda sanctuary). On my first night, I wasn't used to the combined bathtub and shower in the bathroom, but on my second night, Manager Liu immediately recommended a different room type, which was a perfect solution. Her responsiveness was incredibly quick and warm, like a sister in the family. Kudos to her! 👍 3. Other highlights: The room, while a bit dated, was spotlessly clean. There was a wide selection of pillows, including buckwheat, down, and latex. The front desk was also fantastic, not constantly calling me to check out after 2 p.m. I highly recommend other hotels follow her lead! The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of Chunxi Road and the subway station. This established hotel is a great value, with warm service and unique food. I'll definitely be back next time I visit Chengdu."
