Hotel was adequate for an overnight stay travelling South - arrived late at night and only needed a bed. We specifically chose this hotel because of the secure car park. We arrived at 11pm and took the last space in the car park which was not that big. Others arriving after us had to park outside. I'm also not sure the car park was locked - it was open when we arrived and still open when we left at 5am.
Also, we were charged on check-in by the hotel even though we had pre-booked through ********** and 6-weeks later I am still trying to get a refund!!!

Cheap and cheerful. But very basic. Large stains on hallway carpets was our first impression! Children screaming running up and down corridors until 03:00. Slamming doors and was very noisy between 23:00-05:00.

We stayed there just for one night luckily.
There was no airco so very hot at the room. It wasnt clean at all.

We, a family of four, stayed in this hotel one night in July 2021. In general the hotel quality is average. In a morning we were awaked when a member of staff (probably a cleaner) opened a door in our room. We were shocked such an inappropriate action of the hotel staff.

What was that? Carpets in the hallways full of big filthy stains, weird smell everywhere, smelly room, shower head clogged, only a few tiny streams of water came out. Minimalist Breakfast . Tired hotel!

Very welcome, clean and very nice hotel. Good a**osphere although the hotel was full with cyclists and other clients. In general all very well. The staff present is very attentive and available for everything.

To stay regularly in Ibis, Budget or Styles hotels, this is the first time that the stay has been so painful.
Reception staff who are not welcoming, who do not speak English...rather annoying for a job in tourism. A dirty shower cubicle, there were still hairs, a poorly used establishment with people entering via the emergency staircase.
Service problem, I had paid for 5 breakfasts, only 2 were recorded by the hotel
