"It was very comfortable, the surroundings were quiet, and the view outside was beautiful. The hotel is new but doesn't have any strange odors. I originally booked it for the free airport shuttle, but I was pleasantly surprised by the scenery too. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin."

"The hotel is quite nice. Very clean, quite modern and new. Breakfast was nice, the personell could not speak English but was helping wherever and whenever they could.
Unfortunately it is a bit far from downtown but definitely easily reachable with a DİDİ.

"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Originally, I booked it as a transitional stay between 1903 and Aoluguya. But the room gave me the impression that the owner only wants to make money in winter – is this really what you get for 300 RMB? The hardware is top-notch, and the bedding is super comfortable. You can tell there are thoughtful touches throughout the hotel, like the bathtub door that opens and closes to suit different guests, and you can even watch TV while soaking. The small courtyard is also lovely with a little pond, which I imagine would be fun for a dip in the summer. The slippers were comfy too. I actually missed breakfast because the bed was so comfortable I just slept right through it 😂.
There's one minor complaint: the sink faucet doesn't have an aerator, but the bathtub faucet does. It doesn't really affect anything though. The toilet isn't electric, but personally, I'm not bothered by those things, and a non-electric toilet actually fits the hotel's overall style quite well.
Overall, even though it was an upgraded room type, the biggest difference between room types is just the size, but the price difference isn't huge. I'm definitely willing to pay a bit more for a better stay.
Even though it's next to the street, it's very quiet. I'd definitely choose this hotel again in the future; it's genuinely good."

"As a frequent traveler, I often stay at Crowne Plaza. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and even upgrading my room. Their service was excellent. The front desk was very professional, and the hotel's location is fantastic, close to Sunac Land and a shopping mall. Plus, it offers amenities like a pool and a free gym. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated, and the rooms are well-lit with warm, comfortable bedding. The overall environment is lovely. It's a great choice for leisure and travel!"

"My stay here was incredibly comfortable, far exceeding my expectations! The moment I walked into the room, it felt very clean and free of any strange odors. The bed was just the right firmness, making for a truly restful sleep. The bathroom was meticulously tidied, and there was plenty of hot water, with a full set of toiletries provided. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient with the check-in process, patiently answering all my questions. The hotel's location is also very convenient, close to dining and shopping, yet still quiet at night with no noise whatsoever. There's a free shuttle bus to the park, and the surrounding area has everything you need for dining and shopping. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the lobby's fragrance is very pleasant. The delivery robot is efficient and fast, and the staff are polite and welcoming, treating guests like family. The hotel also has a beautiful back garden with a lovely lake view and a variety of room types to choose from, including popular family rooms. It's also a pet-friendly hotel! Highly recommended!"

"The environment here is absolutely top-notch! It's a garden hotel with extensive grounds, beautiful lawns, and lovely flowers and plants. The buildings themselves are also very aesthetically pleasing.
The service is excellent too; they proactively contact you to arrange check-in.
The location is superb. Directly across the street is the Ocean Polar World and a subway station. The entrance to Sun Island Park is just a few hundred meters away.
I originally considered staying on Central Street, but I'm so glad I chose this place instead. It's incredibly quiet, yet getting to Central Street is very convenient – you can take the subway from the Polar World or walk to the riverfront for a ferry ride.
The room was a fairly traditional standard room, and the amenities were all good.
The breakfast was very extensive, offering a variety of Chinese and Western pastries, congee, and side dishes.
I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next visit!"

"I arrived late at night and the receptionist very helpful. Even though i cannot speak chinese and receptionist do not speak english, he always ask Siri on his phone to make sure everything go smoothly.
The receptionist even help me buy bread and drinks at the vending machine that requires Chinese phone number.
Room is spacious, clean. All items working well, just lack of internet connection maybe my room located at the end of the alley.
The best part, breakfast included too in the room rate. So you don’t have to go outside find breakfast during this cold weather 😃"

"It was my first time here, so why did I give it a 3? Because these 3 points are for the hotel. If I only gave the hotel a score, it would definitely be full marks. First of all, the front desk clerk was very nice and the service was excellent. Then, the quality and cleanliness of the hotel rooms were the best I've stayed in Harbin! No complaints! The places to play were also okay, right? The worst thing was the place where you inflate the swimming rings at the entrance. To be honest, I've been to many amusement parks in Harbin, and none of them charge for it! Not only did they charge, but they were also very expensive. The slightly larger ones were 10 yuan, and the smaller ones were 5 yuan! And their attitude was particularly bad! When I went there, the service staff kept saying that their attitude was very bad! An air pump, with a bigger layout, or a lower price, to be honest, would have been fine, under 5 yuan!"
