"The restaurant is fantastic, with a great ambiance and excellent facilities. The breakfast selection is incredibly rich, even featuring Northeastern specialties like 'Guobaorou' (fried pork in sweet and sour sauce) and fried dough cakes, making it feel like there's no need to visit the morning market. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right next to Youyigong subway station, and the nearby alleyways are brimming with great local restaurants. The service is also top-notch; the front desk staff, both male and female, proactively greet guests and help with luggage. On our second day, the temperature dropped, and the concierge even advised us to wear more layers. When we checked out, they gave us a small gift – a fridge magnet! Harbin is truly a wonderful city, warm and beautiful, and the people from the Northeast are just adorable! I definitely want to visit again!"

"I tried to book this hotel last summer, but it was peak season and I couldn't get a room. This year, my trip was later, and I managed to book two rooms easily. When checking in, the short-haired lady at the front desk, who I assume was a manager, was incredibly helpful and upgraded both our rooms – instant great impression! The tall gentleman also kindly offered us three glasses of water.
By the way, the night before, my friend booked a different hotel across the street. After staying there, I really felt the difference – and it wasn't just a small one. The service attitude and response speed were completely different experiences. Choosing a HUAZHU hotel is definitely the right decision.
As for this hotel: the breakfast was good, with a decent variety; the location is excellent, making it easy to catch a taxi; and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff on the third floor were very friendly and always greeted us. However, there was one small issue: in the room I stayed in with my child, I could hear a continuous low-frequency humming sound from the bathroom. Once we fell asleep, it wasn't noticeable anymore, though. I haven't asked my friend if their room had the same issue.
Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

"The breakfast is the highlight, very abundant, and they even change up 3 main dishes every day, which my child loved. Plus, there's free afternoon tea and supper. The best part is its proximity to Central Street, the subway station, and Hongzhuan Morning Market, offering incredible value for money. I was very satisfied with the service; every staff member was kind and helpful, always ready to answer questions. In the evening, you could even choose your preferred pillow and have a staff member deliver it to your room."

"The hotel's location is fantastic, making it convenient to get anywhere. Central Street is just a stone's throw away, and the Flood Control Monument by the Songhua River is only about a 10-minute walk. More importantly, the hotel staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. On our second day, we were planning to visit Sun Island, and not only did a staff member explain the route to us, but one lady, who was just finishing her night shift and heading home, even took us to the nearest subway station before going home herself. We really don't know how to thank her enough. Harbin is truly made more beautiful by its many warm and friendly citizens, and we will definitely be back again."

"The room was incredibly clean. I was pleasantly surprised the moment I stepped in, it felt like I'd traveled back in time.
The service ladies at the entrance were all dressed in palace attire and were very welcoming. The managers were also very enthusiastic towards every guest, helping with luggage.
The service experience was absolutely perfect.
During check-in, they even explained and demonstrated the century-old elevator.
Inside the room, you could still feel that old-fashioned charm from back in the day.
The costume photo shoot at the hotel was also a lot of fun. I took some pictures with my mom, it was really entertaining.
You must try the pan-fried pork chops at the hotel breakfast, they were very tender.
Everyone was happy and enjoyed their stay here. I haven't been back to Harbin in a long time, but I'll definitely come again!"

"I specifically booked a room with a view of Saint Sophia Cathedral when I brought my grandma here. The room was incredibly spacious, with a separate wet and dry area and even a walk-in closet! The air conditioning worked perfectly for both heating and cooling, which was great for the large temperature swings between morning and night.
The hotel's location is excellent. Daoli Vegetable Market is diagonally opposite, and Saint Sophia Cathedral is right next door. It's about a ten-minute walk to Central Street and roughly the same to Hongzhuan Morning Market! Taking a taxi to the Monument, Railway Bridge, and Baroque is also only about ten minutes. It's very convenient for visiting the main attractions!
I highly recommend this hotel and this room type! The only slightly average aspect is the breakfast, which didn't have a huge variety and the taste was just ordinary, but that's pretty typical for hotel breakfasts, so it's acceptable."

"This is my second time visiting Harbin, and also my second time staying at the Country Inn & Suites. The location is truly excellent; Central Street is right outside, and it's a direct route to the Daoli Farmers Market and the riverside. The hotel provides breakfast and late-night snacks, though the variety of late-night snacks is a bit less compared to two years ago. The bedding is still very comfortable, especially the mattress which is just right in terms of firmness. A big thank you to the gentleman at the front desk, who was wearing glasses and a bit on the heavier side; he helped us resolve a room issue, saving us the trouble of moving luggage with seniors and children.
Suggestion: Guests have mentioned that the dryer in the laundry room isn't very effective, taking several hours to dry clothes. After hearing this, we only washed our clothes and didn't use the dryer."
