"The front desk staff were all very polite and incredibly helpful from check-in to check-out. The bedding in the room had a slight musty smell, and the shower design in the bathroom was a bit odd – you couldn't stand to shower without getting water all over the floor. Showering in the bathtub while seated felt a bit cramped. However, it's very convenient for getting to the airport; a Grab ride took less than 15 minutes. It's a great place to stay the night before your return journey, and there are three convenience stores directly opposite and nearby the hotel."

"This is one of those hotels you just want to return to. Over six days, we never once felt like we were missing anything. On the contrary, every day we discovered something new, and we really didn't want to leave. The most striking impression was the level of service. They truly surround you with care from the moment you check in until you check out. It was incredibly convenient that we could communicate with staff via WhatsApp: we ordered room service, used the laundry, booked activities, and any question was resolved quickly. The Kids Club deserves a special mention. We loved the eco-friendly approach: the hotel has its own garden where children can walk around, plant and care for plants, make crafts from natural materials, and participate in various creative activities. The club itself is very clean, well-equipped, and the educators are incredibly kind and attentive. Besides that, there’s a real, small mini-zoo on the premises. Every day we went to see the animals: there are deer, goats, rabbits, birds, an otter, and other inhabitants. The deer impressed the children the most. You can also go fishing. The hotel grounds are incredibly beautiful. The pool with a jungle view is one of the most memorable spots, where we wanted to spend time every day. The food also left an excellent impression. Breakfasts were very diverse. A personal discovery for me was the coconut vegan yogurts – so delicious that I ate them every morning. And when we left in the middle of the night to catch the sunrise at Mount Batur, they thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us to take with us. Over the six days, we still didn't manage to try everything the hotel has to offer. There are so many activities for adults and children that you could easily spend your entire vacation here without hardly leaving the property. The only thing to consider is that the hotel is located not in the center of Ubud, but closer to Kintamani. For us, this was actually an advantage – it's quiet all around, with fresh air and a feeling of complete unity with nature. There's a free shuttle several times a day to the center, so getting there isn't difficult. Due to its elevated location, it's cooler here in the mornings and evenings than in Ubud itself, so I recommend bringing a light sweater."

"I wouldn't recommend staying here. The hotel felt like an escape room – we booked a deluxe room, and it surprisingly had no window, which wasn't stated anywhere. The air quality was terrible with a strong renovation smell. The bathroom had no hairdryer, and while it had a wet/dry separation, the shower door was missing. The toilet and sheets were dirty, and both the air conditioning and fridge were leaking. At 11:30 PM, the music from the bar outside was incredibly loud. I'm catching a 7 AM flight, so I'm feeling awful right now. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were very warm and friendly."

"★★★★★ A hotel I'd love to visit again This was our last accommodation during our trip to Bali. During our stay, there were some unfortunate incidents: cigarette smoke entered our room, and a hair was found in the food at breakfast. However, in both cases, the staff responded very promptly and with genuine care. The room change was handled quickly, and regarding the breakfast issue, they sincerely apologized and showed a strong commitment to improvement. I believe that what truly matters in travel is not whether problems never occur, but rather how they are resolved when they do. In that regard, the service at this hotel was truly impressive. Thanks to the warm smiles and kindness of the staff, the good memories far outweighed the inconveniences. We visit Bali almost every year, and if we come back again, this hotel will be our top choice. Thank you for the excellent service! 😊🌴✨"

"The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. All the staff, especially at the front desk, were always smiling and helpful. A little squirrel even visited our window in the morning! After checking out, I realized I left something in the room and when I inquired, they had kept it safe for me, and I was able to retrieve it without any problems. I'd love to stay at this hotel again. Thank you very much!"

"When we first got to our room, unfortunately the air con was broken with water all over the floor, the staff came and mopped it up and left a bucket to catch the water, as we went to shower we noticed the towels were stained and ripped, 3 hours after we had checked in, we were told we had been complimentary upgraded! Which was amazing, the staff took our stuff to our new room, and we had a huge suite which was 10x better than the room before clean towels, cleaner area,a separate kitchen area to the bedroom and was 50Sqf in all. The Staff were so lovely and kind and really turned the unfortunate vibe of what we had checked into around! Location wise, there was not much within walking distance however the hotel offers bikes to rent for cheap to head into the busier part of seminyak."

"A very nice hotel in a great location. I did not give the full points as unfortunately they did not have the room available that I booked and the one they offered as an alternative was besides the road and very noisy. So we did have to move after one night. But besides this annoying hickup the hotel is pretty and the squirl and fish feeding were really popular with the kids. If you are a bit sensible to noise try to avoid rooms/bungalows close to the main road. (The road along the beach is not busy and no problem) We will actually stay there again at the end of our trip. Hope that everything goes smoothly then!"

"Highly recommend this place, the resort and villas are so cute, so tranquil, every little detail is amazing, the staff are friendly and quick to respond to your request. The location is great if you want to escape the constant traffic noise, there’s some nice boutique shops and restaurants and massage places in walking distance, the beach is a 2 mins walk. Easy to get bike into Canggu about 15-20 mins. There is some construction around so the roads a little rough and dark at night if you are walking but no problem to get a ride there. Food is tasty and well priced. Absolutely loved my stay here!"
