The staff was very friendly the rooms were clean and they were very accommodating I was very fortunate to be able to be helped by Katie at the front desk she was very accommodating when I requested a room with a hot tub because previous night they were not available. And a bonus I was right next to the pool. Definitely will come back!

Very good ～ The front desk attitude is very good. Close to the bus station, you can take the free bus line Earth to the central area and ASU, breakfast is also good, I like bacon 🥓 with potatoes 🥔

We booked this hotel online for a stopover in Phoenix . The website said the hotel was undergoing renovation and that ”some” amenities would not be available. What it didn't say that the hotel would be a filthy mess. When we saw what a horrible state the hotel was in we asked to be rebooked at another hotel. The hotel manager flatly refused to rebook us elsewhere. Even after 3 phone calls from IHG customer service requesting that he book us elsewhere. He said that because we didn't cancel 24 hours prior to our arrival he would not cancel our reservation and rebook us at another IHG hotel. I guess it's our fault that we didn't know 24 hours in advance that the hotel was a pig pen! The entire lobby was covered in dust and dirt. The Seating in the lobby was caked with dirt. All of the carpet in the hallways and rooms is filthy and heavily stained. Avoid this place like the plague!

We stayed at this hotel from February 15-20, 2022, and we once again had a great experience. Easy and efficient check-in and check-out with friendly staff. Our room was upgraded which we very much appreciated. We truly enjoy the ambiance of the entire hotel - the lobby with great lighting, ample seating, plants, books, beverages 24/7; the spacious and well appointed rooms; the warm, clean pool with comfy loungers and beautiful tables and potted plants; the fitness room with all the equipment we needed, the delicious breakfasts. We would like to give a shout out to Joey, the chef at breakfast. We had different types of eggs every morning all of which were delicious. He was efficient, kind, and when busy with orders offered to bring our eggs to our table. Thank you, Joey!!! We also enjoyed the yogurt and fruit/muffin stations. The woman who worked the breakfast area on the weekend, I think her name was Marissa, always had a smile on her face, said hello, moved through the breakfast set-up with incredible efficiency, and continually refurbished the coffee and yogurt/muffin/fruit stands. This place is as crooked as the day is long. I had a $107 charge on my checking account and I do not remember making the reservation nor did I receive any email correspondence warning me that I was being expected there. When I called they advised me to contact Expedia. When Expedia called them, they told them I was out of luck. Thanks for the $107. This is likely why they are a 2 star hotel with terrible reviews. They are more interested in the short term money snatching than with the idea of creating any goodwill with guests.

Our stay was very pleasant. Family vacation for seven days. The staff were friendly, and helpful with information regarding the area. Room was clean and additional supplies and cleaning service provided when requested. Would have preferred variety in breakfast selection. Breakfast was not bad.There was fruit some days and some days not. The entire seven days we stayed they offered bacon only on one day. It would have been nice to offer half bacon and half sausage as daily options. Grateful for hot breakfast none the less. Workout room was enjoyable. Overall good stay.

Room smelled like smoke/cigar smoke. Floors were very dirty. Door needed replacing. One bed was okay but the other needs to be flipped or replaced.
