We stayed at this hotel from February 15-20, 2022, and we once again had a great experience. Easy and efficient check-in and check-out with friendly staff. Our room was upgraded which we very much appreciated. We truly enjoy the ambiance of the entire hotel - the lobby with great lighting, ample seating, plants, books, beverages 24/7; the spacious and well appointed rooms; the warm, clean pool with comfy loungers and beautiful tables and potted plants; the fitness room with all the equipment we needed, the delicious breakfasts. We would like to give a shout out to Joey, the chef at breakfast. We had different types of eggs every morning all of which were delicious. He was efficient, kind, and when busy with orders offered to bring our eggs to our table. Thank you, Joey!!! We also enjoyed the yogurt and fruit/muffin stations. The woman who worked the breakfast area on the weekend, I think her name was Marissa, always had a smile on her face, said hello, moved through the breakfast set-up with incredible efficiency, and continually refurbished the coffee and yogurt/muffin/fruit stands. Thank you all! The Lakes from Colorado

The staff was very friendly the rooms were clean and they were very accommodating I was very fortunate to be able to be helped by Katie at the front desk she was very accommodating when I requested a room with a hot tub because previous night they were not available. And a bonus I was right next to the pool. Definitely will come back!

We booked this hotel online for a stopover in Phoenix . The website said the hotel was undergoing renovation and that ”some” amenities would not be available. What it didn't say that the hotel would be a filthy mess. When we saw what a horrible state the hotel was in we asked to be rebooked at another hotel. The hotel manager flatly refused to rebook us elsewhere. Even after 3 phone calls from IHG customer service requesting that he book us elsewhere. He said that because we didn't cancel 24 hours prior to our arrival he would not cancel our reservation and rebook us at another IHG hotel. I guess it's our fault that we didn't know 24 hours in advance that the hotel was a pig pen! The entire lobby was covered in dust and dirt. The Seating in the lobby was caked with dirt. All of the carpet in the hallways and rooms is filthy and heavily stained. Avoid this place like the plague!

Our stay was very pleasant. Family vacation for seven days. The staff were friendly, and helpful with information regarding the area. Room was clean and additional supplies and cleaning service provided when requested. Would have preferred variety in breakfast selection. Breakfast was not bad. There was fruit some days and some days not. The entire seven days we stayed they offered bacon only on one day. It would have been nice to offer half bacon and half sausage as daily options. Grateful for hot breakfast none the less. Workout room was enjoyable. Overall good stay.

We book each 2-Zimmer-Suiten and have always been satisfied so far. This time we experienced that these looks quite different: book a suite with room number 260 or 360, the suites with numbers 234 and 334 have bedrooms with a micro window, so also over the day only with Artificial light is something to see. But we are particularly disappointed by the bar at night: at fairly ordinary prices, one is served a gin tonic and a beer in a small plastic cup. This is really better in this hotel price class. For breakfast we recommend Denny's just next to (yes, they have porcelain wardrobe!).

This holiday turned into a sad disappointment of expectations for our planned holiday to celebrate or 33 years married, all our previous visits over 20 years had been wonderful resulting in a exciting result in always wanting to return. this is not the case now firstly: Our evening arrival the office was closed luckily a maintenance man let us in to discover we were not on the system as being booked. My paperwork showed otherwise he said 'Booking.com don't always let us know of bookings. He then booked us in with the added information we don't supply bedding/ towels anymore. we had travelled from England not expecting to accommodate ourselves with these items. He gave us 3 pillows/ 2 sheets, the room was not clean with toothpaste across the bathroom tiles and mucky toilet seat, no crockery/ utensils complimentary coffees. we bought water from the machine in the grounds. Speaking with the manageress the next morning we were told it had changed ownership and these were not given anymore. she was very sorry that we had not received any update on how the 'hotel' was now run but did arrange clean bedding and towels for that day. We had to buy crockery/utensils along with many microwave meals as no cooking equipment. The next 2 weeks it was clear the 'rules' of the pool were ignored by a family of 5 children aged from 2 upwards who took over the pool area with eating in the pool, diving and the 2 year old had nappies on which were clearly not swim nappies..Dog fouling was seen inside the pool area and by the access stairway stinking the area. Our holiday of a lifetime was ruined, the staff were so apologetic but could not alter the new 'hotel' policy. She was in touch with her regional manager on how the images on the web site show original pictures of the Hospitality suites which misleading holiday makers is certain. Please can we receive some expected replies from the 'Hotel' Bixby as to why we were not informed of the changes as for certain we would have cancelled.
