I wasn't expecting much from the facilities, but the location was good so I used it. However, 1,230,000 yen/night is by no means the lowest price in this area, and I was expecting something above a certain standard. However, the security management at the hotel entrance was not good, and anyone could come in and out and ride the elevator. Although the room was clean, the air conditioner was broken and there were mosquitoes in the room, making it difficult to sleep. Amenities are minimal. Is it okay if I just sleep alone? However, I got the impression that the cost performance was not right for that.

It says non-smoking in all rooms. Was it the previous guest smoking, the smell of the neighborhood, or the smell that had already permeated the building? It smells so much like cigarettes! I stayed there for two days and tried to get in as late as possible. The room I stayed in didn't have a fixed shower, so it was difficult to wash. The location in Yeoksam-dong is good.

I am satisfied. It's November and there are still mosquitoes.

The amenities are good. If you stay multiple nights, they will replace the room properly. ❌ For some reason, the air conditioner doesn't work. It was May, so it was still okay, but it would be a no-go in summer. There are mites on the bed. No washlet. The room is a little dim. There must be a gap somewhere, because mosquitoes get in even with the window closed. I caught three in two nights, but they are still flying around, which was a pain. There are no outlets or USBs around the bed. An extension or long cord is required. The entrance is up a slope from the main street, and there is an old man smoking around the hotel. Because it's a love hotel, I was afraid to go out alone at night, so I went home early. It's cheap considering the location, but I'm a little worried about bugs (mosquitoes and mites) and coming home late at night, so I probably won't come back...Japanese is not spoken.

I liked the staff because they were very friendly and took care of any inconveniences, but the entrance was far from the road and the surrounding buildings were office buildings, so there were a lot of people coming out to smoke, so it was a bit intimidating to get in and out. There are only electrical outlets in the room, and there are few actual ones, making it inconvenient to use personal chargers. There are no outlets in the bathroom, so you have to dry your hair in front of the TV, but there are no mirrors where outlets are available.
