the stay is comfortable with two toilets and bathroom in the family room. staff are nice and welcoming.

Lived in women dorm, very clean and there are two bathrooms so that i dont have to wait to take shower. Location is 2 minutes walk from the palace which is really convenient.
The only downside is the washing machine and dryer. There’s only one in the basement which accepts only coins.

The hostel is located at the heart of Sevilla and made the city very walkable and convenient. Staff was conversational in English and was willing to help. However, there was only one set of laundry machines, of which the washing machine was unable to dissolve the cleaning powder (provided by the Hostel). There is also no stove in the common area.

The location is awesome. You can walk to almost everywhere. The room is clean. Overall it’s the best hostel I’ve ever stayed.

Very satisfied, right next to the cathedral, good location, and the room is also satisfactory. The parent-child room has a bunk bed, which the children love very much. I booked a balcony room, and it was great to drink a little wine and coffee on the balcony.

This location is really great! The room facilities are separate, the washbasin, shower and toilet are separate. You can brush your teeth, wash your face and go to the toilet while someone is taking a shower. You don't need to wait, and the service attitude of the front desk is very good!

A very uncomfortable accommodation experience. Because a German roommate insisted on sleeping with two windows open at night and output discriminatory language, I sought mediation from the staff. The staff lacked management skills and favored Europeans, resulting in no room being arranged for one night. and refused to refund

The counter guy was very friendly. I've been to all the facilities and locations except the TOC Granada branch, and it was the best! I think this is the point where I meet good friends and have a special affection for them :)
