Our stay at Aman Yangyun was an unforgettable experience for our family. We arrived at the hotel by taxi from the airport, but we encountered a problem as we couldn’t complete the payment due to issues with our Alipay setup. The hotel staff quickly stepped in, escorting us to the lobby and taking care of the payment on our behalf. Moreover, since the taxi driver had charged us an unreasonably high amount, the staff even negotiated a reduction for us. Their swift and thoughtful actions gave us a great sense of relief. While every aspect of our stay was exceptional, the following experiences left a particularly lasting impression: 1. **Calligraphy Workshop with the Kids** We participated in a calligraphy session as a family, where we learned the techniques of writing and created beautiful pieces under the guidance of the instructor. 2. **Cycling Adventures** We rented bikes and explored the vast forest adjacent to the hotel. The cycling experience was incredibly refreshing and rejuvenating. 3. **New Year’s Fireworks** At midnight on New Year’s Eve, a spectacular fireworks display lit up the sky. The sheer volume of fireworks was astonishing—far beyond what you’d expect from a single hotel. It was a truly satisfying experience, and we could tell that a great deal of effort and expense had gone into the celebration. 4. **Peaceful Landscape with Wildlife** The hotel grounds were home to deer, black swans, and a beautiful river, creating a serene and idyllic landscape that was both calming and delightful. This stay will remain a cherished memory for our family.

Hotel was very nice, located 50 meters from the metro. If you have work in Minhang district this is a great choice. Big clean rooms, nice bathroom, and staff also super, especially Xiao Zhang and Xia Liu, they really assisted me when I needed some help and I will stay again if I have work in Minhang district

The hotel is not far from the subway station, the independent park has a good view, and it is quiet and not noisy. The front desk service is fast and polite. The room is generally clean and odorless, and the facilities are well maintained. The breakfast is rich and clean, and the taste is good. Recommended!

Choosing the Mehao Lizhi Hotel is really the wisest choice for our family on this trip. The meticulous service deeply touched every member of our family. Our family of 8 people booked three standard twin rooms at the Mehao Lizhi Shanghai Zhuanqiao Wanda Store. The front desk girl of the hotel contacted us by phone one day in advance to confirm our arrival time on May 1. When we arrived at the hotel, it was around 16:00 in the afternoon. Although the hotel is not large and not so new, it can be seen that it has been opened for three or four years, but the decoration materials of the hotel are very thick, showing the style of Shanghai's petty bourgeoisie luxury. The service staff in the store are polite and enthusiastic. The front desk prepared cartoon books and small toys for the children in our family. It happened to be the hotel's afternoon tea time. Everyone was hungry after driving all the way. The hotel restaurant has fruits, desserts, snacks, and snacks. The family sat together to fill their hunger and enjoyed it very much. The room was also simple and elegant, spotless, and our family rested very comfortably. What moved our family the most was the day we left the hotel. We booked a train to Nanjing at Hongqiao Railway Station at around 8:30. Originally, I planned to take a taxi from the hotel to the high-speed railway station after breakfast at around 7 o'clock. There was no rush and time was completely sufficient. It rained a lot. The children played very crazy the day before yesterday and slept late at night, so the group was dragging their feet. We didn't have time to eat breakfast and hurriedly completed the check-out procedures. When we called a car on the Didi platform, our family panicked when no car responded during the morning rush hour. Everyone hesitated in the lobby and the store entrance and complained to each other. When the hotel's cleaning lady Cai walked by and learned about this situation, she quickly explained the situation to the front desk, the staff on duty, and the store manager step by step. After receiving the feedback, Manager Zhou appeared in the lobby soon. He comforted us and told us not to worry. Our hotel has a free pick-up service from the subway station. We will send you directly to the high-speed rail station this morning. Considering that the family could not fit in the store's original pick-up car, he borrowed a car from the car dealership next door and asked another engineer in the store to help with the delivery. At the same time, he arranged for the restaurant to pack a lot of breakfast for our family (eggs, bread, milk, and fruit). With their help, we were lucky enough to arrive at the high-speed rail station before the high-speed rail departed. When we arrived at the station, they also helped us carry our luggage. In the wind and rain, I don't know if it was rain or sweat dripping from their foreheads. The work clothes were wet by the rain, but they still stood at the entrance and waved goodbye to us.
