Great hotel for a couple of nights. Comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Bath with hot water ❤️. No problem checking in late at night. It is very convenient that the owner provides a transfer to Disneyland and back. Everyone is very responsive and friendly.
Disadvantages: not very good WiFi, and the air conditioning is not strong enough.
But for a couple of nights in cool autumn weather this is normal, not critical.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and near to Shanghai Disneyland. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

📍Location: Metro Line 2 (light green line), direct from the airport. Alight at Tangzhen Station, Exit 2 or 3. The exits lead to a large shopping mall called Sunshine Paradise a large shopping mall with a supermarket, Hey Tea, Family Mart, Hot Max, numerous restaurants, and McDonald's.
Across from the hotel, there are more restaurants, but a bakery, a supermarket, and a Decathlon store.
🛋️The room was spacious and well-laid out, located at a corner, with ample space for 4 large suitcases, a small coffee table, and a work area.
::)There are laundry and drying facilities on the 4th floor (discovered this late in the trip).
::)Breakfast was included for 4 people. The variety of food was impressive (Xiao Long Bao, Chinese noodles with a made-to-order soup station, Western/Eastern breakfast options) and the menu changed daily.
🚐 For the return trip to the airport, a car was booked through Trip.com, which was about the same price as Didi and took approximately 30 minutes.

The room is very unique, with a glass roof, which the children love very much. When you open your eyes in the morning, you can see the beautiful morning glow, and you can see the sunrise while lying on the bed. I had a wonderful stay! The cleanliness was impeccable, and I truly appreciated how well-maintained everything was. The design of the place was unique and special, giving a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. The service was exceptional—whenever I had any questions or needed assistance, they responded quickly and were always eager to help. The hotel’s proximity to the Disney Resort is a huge plus, and the shuttle service made getting there incredibly convenient. I also loved the thoughtful inclusion of breakfast, which made my mornings even better. Highly recommend!

Very nice gentleman picked us up and dropped us off at the Shanghai Pudong airport with clear instructions. Room is very nice, while need to order food via *******. Pool does not seem to be in usable condition.

It was a very pleasant stay in Manli hotel. The location is pretty good with tons of local restaurants nearby. You can simply walk around and have a good meal within 2 minutes. I have to put a very high score for the service. A fruit plate as the welcome gift and very kind consideration of all you can think of, such as the compliment water and soda (cooled in fridge and the room temperature ones), slippers and robes, free airport shuttle scheduled around your needs, kids area, etc. The front desk responds to WeChat message super fast. highly recommended!

Highly recommended! We had a great time here and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has lots of interesting types of designed rooms and the staff are very helpful and friendly. They provide the shuttle bus to and from Disney Land as well as the airports multiple times through the day. The staff helped us to upgrade the room with no charge. You can rent the pram from the hotel which made it very convenient for the parent with kids like us to get through the day at Disneyland. There’s an outdoor pool as well. You can even borrow the foot bath tub and single use plastic bag for free, which is super helpful after walking 30,000 steps in Disneyland.

Perfect for staying to go Disneyland.
Hotel is very much family and children orientated.
Kids breakfast table, special food for kids, panda decorations, large indoor softplay and also kids activity each day.
Free shuttle to train station, airports and also Disneyland.
Overall a good stay, although the rooms could have been bigger and also the location around the hotel there is not much to do.

The boss is responsible for the commercial car transfer to Disney and the subway station, and also provides a free stroller. Although you have to make an appointment to take the car, you don't have to worry about it yourself. The service is superb.
The decoration is also a theme that children like, and the details are full, even the toilet is smartly flushed.

The distance from this 民宿 from Disneyland is only 15mins.
It is great for us who purchased the early entry to catch up he Zootopia ride.
Front desk was very nice and provided us a China number so that we can order food delivery. 美团外卖
We took a bus transportation provided by them after watching the fireworks at Disneyland.
They also gave us 2 zootopia keychains when we checked out.

Apparently only a 1 way either to Disneyland or from disneyland is available per night of stay.
We stayed for 3 nights so we get 3 trips. But we went to Disneyland for 2 days. So we needed 4 trips. The owner was kind enough to give us a free trip back. If not it will be charged at 25 CNY per trip.
Amenities
We booked the romantic long room. There are 3 types of this room with different names. The room floor area is large but almost 50% is outdoor space.
We could not switch off the lights for the first night as we could not find the switches. It was actually hidden behind one of the bed frames.
The visible switches were not in use.
The smart function of the lighting's covered 50% of the lights and 50% of lights were manual
There is NO HEATING even in winter. It is NORMAL for shanghai.
But the toilets were too much. There was no heated lights no heater in the toilet area. No space to hang clothes. The toilet is not opaque/ no curtains. Strictly meant for couples. No privacy.
The toilet bowl was heated and that was nice. It has a bidet function.
No hand soap at the basin but we brought our own soap so we simply switch out the soap to use as hand soap.
We could not figure out the setting but there might be heating? For the overall room. There was a thermostat that was set at 30 degree Celsius but overall still cold
Some inbuilt furniture looks old and worn out but you won't use it so it is fine.
Cupboard
Hanging area was limited but it has a canopy of sorts so we hanged it around there. So no issues with this

2 pillows per person was provided.

Under the bed was clean.
Floor space
Limited as 50% was outdoor
Kudos to cleaning under the bed
I put 50% of my luggage on walking area and 50% under the bed
My fiancé placed his on the side of the bed
Furniture
1 chair 1 table inside the room
2 chairs and 1 table outside the room on the verandah
Too cold to use but the owner did decorate the verandah with nice walkways and sweet walls
There is a nice and long countertop below the TV which was great for putting stuff
The room was airy
Breakfast was hot and filling. No variety. Same for all 3 days that we were there. 7 to 9am only.

GGuest UserThe location is very close to Disney, the boss and his wife are very enthusiastic, you can pick up and drop off Disney once a day, there are a few cats in the lobby on the first floor, of which Xiaobai is very close to relatives, spicy strips are cute, children like it very much, the first thing to get up every morning is to go to the cat, Now we live in the city hotel children have always said that it is not good to live in a homestay.

🙋🏻♀️The housekeeper is very considerate and answers all questions. Shanghai is really hot. When I checked in, I learned that the housekeeper had turned on the air conditioner in the room in advance. I love her so much♥️
💡The B&B really has everything, from band-aids🩹 to washing machines and refrigerators. I can wash all the family’s dirty clothes here! The big swimming pool in the yard makes my children very happy! The whole family had so much fun playing in the swimming pool⸝⸝ ᷇࿀ ᷆⸝⸝There are many beautiful flowers in the yard that I don’t recognize😻
🚌The location of the B&B is very good. It is about ten minutes away from Disney. The store has a free shuttle bus to pick us up from Disney. The B&B provides delicious breakfast. The enthusiastic breakfast aunt and shuttle bus uncle bring a good mood before departure '͜'
This stay was a great experience. It was clean, warm and comfortable. It felt like home. I felt so beautiful🤩I will stay at your place next time I come to Shanghai🏠.

GGuest UserThe hotel room has a large window and you can see the pool downstairs. The little beauty provides great service. The whole homestay is very interesting in the evening. It is convenient to hang clothes, park and take a taxi. Because it is relatively remote, it is more suitable for people with cars. There are many restaurants and supermarkets within a 10-minute walk from the B&B. It’s just remote and the area nearby is a bit desolate. I guess it's better during peak season. There is no elevator, so people with poor mobility may need to consider this. Breakfast is simple.
