Facilities: They have a washing machine with a dryer, which I didn't get to try as I arrived quite late this time. The TV offers live broadcasts with 30 channels, including major networks, which was sufficient. All necessary shower amenities are provided, along with both disposable and bathroom slippers. The showerhead even features multiple spray settings. The WiFi speed wasn't great, which might be related to the high occupancy – I noticed a lot of international guests during my stay. Service: They offer a parcel receiving service, but it seems they handle a lot of deliveries, so it's best to know what your package looks like to help them find it faster. The breakfast provided for airport transfers was sufficient to fill up on, with options like fresh eggs that you can fry yourself, freshly ground coffee, congee, siu mai, and fresh fruit. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was satisfactory. Environment: The area downstairs is packed with small restaurants, so you'll never go hungry, no matter the hour. Pudong Airport Shuttle Service: They offer a scheduled minibus shuttle to Pudong Airport; during regular hours, just contact them in advance, and it generally runs once an hour. The airport drop-off is a shared coach service with other hotels. It departs each hotel at XX:40 and arrives at the terminal on the hour. Make sure to manage your time accordingly. It drops off at Terminal 1 first, then Terminal 2. Disneyland Shuttle: I didn't get to try the Disneyland shuttle this time. My original plan was to arrive by 3 PM and use the free shuttle to scout the area a day beforehand, but my travel schedule was delayed. Maybe next time if the opportunity arises.

We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to Disneyland, which was very convenient for our trip. They picked up us from hotel to Disneyland and also back to hotel after Disneyland. The location is great, and the staff was attentive and helpful. However, the room we were initially assigned had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was a downside. Fortunately, when we reported the issue, the staff quickly offered us an alternative room, which we really appreciated. I would recommend that the hotel take extra care to prevent this from happening to other guests. Overall, we had a good experience, but the hotel could improve in ensuring rooms are always fresh and odor-free.

Highly recommend especially for disneyland! Room is spacious and well equipped, wide breakfast selection. For sustainability, would suggest to have more hooks in well ventilated place to hang towel for re-use. The foot bath provided was highly needed after a whole day in disneyland to relieve the muscles. The shuttlebus service to disneyland and airport left on time. Our room had water leakage, it was attended promptly and recovery service was well managed.

Thank you very much to the owner of the B&B. First, the space is large and the environment is very quiet. The owner will respond to any request. As long as you ask, the owner will arrange it for you. Second, breakfast for 2 days was provided. 5 people. Very satisfied. I went to Disney, and the pick-up and drop-off arranged for the next day was also implemented. Before leaving, my watch was left in the room, and the owner found it for me in time and mailed it to my home by SF Express. I will still book this store next time I go to Shanghai. I forgot to take a photo of the room. It is similar to the one posted on the official website. This price and this service are worth it. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I’d even consider coming back. Airport shuttle service was helpful (from door 27 of departure hall). The staff automatically helps to send take-out to your room when they arrive. We had no issues with receiving our parcels sent to the hotel. The room was nice and spacious, and the bed was extra large - likely 2 super singles joined together. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, though I did not catch everyone's names. Special shoutout to 妮妮 from the front-desk who helped us with our Luckin coffee order on the last day. The only issue we faced during our stay was that the treadmill in the gym does not work, although it could still be turned on.

The room was unique and very cute. The hotel provided us with a free ride to and from Disneyland which was very handy. The staff were nice and friendly and approachable. The breakfast was hearty and home-like, which we liked a lot. The problem we had was it was somewhat difficult to get to the hotel itself, as it was pretty far away from any metro or bus station. You have to get a taxi, if you need to get somewhere. There was a street 700 meters away from the hotel which had some restaurants and a local supermarket (which had a pretty good selection, if you want to get local goods). So no convenience store or fast food chains in near 2 kms.

The BnB was very clean, and the location is perfect for anyone visiting Disneyland. They offer free Disneyland drop-off and pick-up service, as well as airport transfers, which is super convenient. The property is also very family-friendly, making it a great choice for travelers with kids. The team showed great hospitality throughout my stay. There’s also a pool and a breakfast room, and the breakfast was lovely. The lady in the kitchen is very kind, and all the staff were incredibly helpful. It was also very convenient to order food through *******, and the bus stop is just 5 metres from the BnB. I truly enjoyed my entire stay. The room was exactly as described in the pictures. Very good environment, location. The front desk ( Snow and Yao Yao) are very friendly and helpful. They give us advice when we ask them where can we buy a SIM card at the nearest location. The hotel room is clean and big. Location near metro station, and beside have shopping mall, can find food inside. They have shuttle bus go to Disney land, if you want to go Disneyland, you can request with the front desk before one day.

🌟 Our stay at Chuxin Moshe Hotel was amazing! I highly recommend this Hotel, especially if you plan to go to Disneyland. I will describe our whole experience here: None of the hotel staff spoke English, but they use translations apps and they are very helpful. Any questions we had they answered. 🛏 Room: Bed was big and comfy. I am very tall but that wasn't an issue. We also had in our room a Dyson like hair dryer (very good and powerful), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, flip-flops and bottles of water (restocked daily). ”TV” was a cinema like projector to the wall. I could not make it work because I could not find the settings to switch to English language haha 😅 We also had AC and humidifier - much needed in this weather. The walls are thin, and not very good soundproff. The room was clean! 🍜🥮 Food: Breakfast was delicious! There were many options, mostly asian food. Rice, noodles, fried eggs, boiled eggs, fruits, baked pumpkin, moon cake and many more. See attached pictures. ⭐️ Amenities: - 🚌 You need to go to Disneyland ? Just ask the front desk. They provide rides to and from Disneyland for FREE! All you have to do is to drop a message on the WeChat group with the timeslot + number of people and driver Lee will pick you up. - 💆♂️💺 Tired after Disneyland? You can use massage chairs for FREE at the lobby. - 👕🧺 You end up changing 2-3 shirts a day because you did not realize how hot and humid Shanghai is? The hotel provides FREE laundry and drying machines! - ☕️🫖 FREE coffee, tea and ”sour plums soup” (very good, I recommend it) can be found at the hotel lobby too. 📌 Location: The Hotel is located in an not so tourist area. None of the people there speak english, and you will be the only foreigner when walking down the street. We went for jogging in the neighborhood everyday. We felt safe. You can find local restaurants and local markets/shops selling all sort of crazy stuff. It was very interesting to see the local life, not only the tourist side of the city. 🛬🛫Airport: the Hotel offers FREE rides to and from the airport! It goes every 2 hours. You just have to inform the front desk one day in advance. Initially we decided to go by ourself and we took a random taxi from the airport (❌️ this was a mistake, I don't recommend you to do it, unless you speak mandarin). The taxi driver took 3 longer turns and when we arrived he tried to scam us to pay 465 yuan for a 60 yuan ride (I checked the prices before on Amap app). I started arguing with the driver who did not speak english in the hotel parking area. Hotel staff was prompt and immediately came to my help trying to understand the situation. When they realized what was happening, in about 2-3 min around 5-6 hotel staff members were there defending us and arguing with the scamer taxi driver. They picked up our luggage from the back of the car and helped us settle the dispute using translation apps. 🙏Big thanks to them! We felt very welcomed and safe! Other services that were provided by the hotel but we did NOT use: - 👗👢costume rentals (princesses, cowboys, etc), mostly for kids. I guess it is more convenient to rent a costume rather than to buy one for a kid that will outgrow the costume by the next year... -💄 proffesional make-up - 🗣 tour guides - only for mandarin speaking I think ❤️🙏 In the end we want to say a big thank-you to Xiao Ran and all the employees there who helped us a lot during our stay. The hotel is great and the employees attitude and willingness to help is amazing 👏. 💡Other tips: - 🇨🇳 in China: you need Alipay and WeChat apps in order to pay / communicate and Amap to check map and local transportation. - 🏰 in Shanghai Disney Resort: get the Magic Disney Passport (around 80 yuan) and try to complete it in the first day. It is a nice ”tour” like experience of the whole park. - ☀️ weather in October - it's hot, very, very hot 🔥 🥵

For our summer trip, after a week of researching hotels near Disneyland, we ultimately chose this one due to its excellent value. It offers a direct shuttle service to Disneyland. Crucially, for those driving, there's also complimentary parking available. The hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a family room and provided kids' slippers and toiletries. We were also pleasantly surprised to discover they offer a shuttle service to Pudong Airport. For early risers, they even prepared convenient grab-and-go breakfast options. We only later found out that the hotel also features a late-night buffet. (Quick tip for Disneyland: instead of various advance passes, a regular early-bird ticket bought through official channels, usually around 100+ RMB, is often sufficient.)
