I didn’t realize the hotel was so strict about booking information. I was worried because my husband had made the reservation for me, and I thought I might not be able to check in if the guest name didn’t match my ID.
However, I really appreciate the duty manager and staff for their help. They understood my situation, provided helpful suggestions, and ensured a smooth check-in process. 😂
This experience reminded me that we should always follow Disney hotel policies, as they are consistently applied worldwide.
I had a wonderful time at Disneyland with my friend! Staying at the Toy Story Hotel was so convenient, and the service was excellent. I’d love to stay there again on my next visit.

We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to Disneyland, which was very convenient for our trip. They picked up us from hotel to Disneyland and also back to hotel after Disneyland. The location is great, and the staff was attentive and helpful.
However, the room we were initially assigned had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was a downside. Fortunately, when we reported the issue, the staff quickly offered us an alternative room, which we really appreciated. I would recommend that the hotel take extra care to prevent this from happening to other guests.
Overall, we had a good experience, but the hotel could improve in ensuring rooms are always fresh and odor-free.

Perfect for staying to go Disneyland.
Hotel is very much family and children orientated.
Kids breakfast table, special food for kids, panda decorations, large indoor softplay and also kids activity each day.
Free shuttle to train station, airports and also Disneyland.
Overall a good stay, although the rooms could have been bigger and also the location around the hotel there is not much to do.

The hotel staff were attentive to our needs and made sure that our stay was almost magical! We loved every detail in the room and how it feels to be a child again 🥲 will definitely come back coz it’s the best choice u can ever make if you’re going to Disneyland! The hotel buffet was a yum too! Not to mention 1h advance entry and shuttle bus made a world of difference! Thank you Disneyland Hotel 💗

Definetly a clear 5 star recommendation from my side. Living many years in China and doing lots of business trips here. Around Pudong airport until now the best choice - 20 minutes till airport, one side residential area and very silent (Other side rooms also very quite). Very clean rooms (have seen three of them, very nice design, not these typical modern rooms, but more ”lifestyle” and ”journey inviting”, calming design and atmosphere. Breakfast I could not try, no time. Airport shuttle available, free once an hour. The team : extremely helpful, very friendly - I changed my room for personal reasons three times (😂) and have got a very nice upgrade finally.

The hotel staff are truly kind, helpful, friendly and professional. The ambience is spectacular and the rooms are excellent. The breakfast is very good, there’s a variety of options to eat from. I totally enjoyed my stay here and I’ll definitely come back anytime I’m in Shanghai

only 15mintes from sirport and alos close to metro station (just walk in 10mintes) and there are a grocery shop next to hotel and big shopping mall and restraunt too.
room is clean and enough space.
however, it is far from city center (about 1 hour by metro) but for transit tourtist is enough. I wasn't bothered by looking for dinnner.
staff were kind even they don't speak english fluently, they had a lot if hospitality.

The hotel is clean, the room is standard, the breakfast is varied, it is close to the subway, it is convenient to travel, there is an airport shuttle, there is a fitness room, there is a laundry room. All the staff are welcoming, especially Clara, she can solve my problem very well. I am very impressed with her and she speaks good English, which makes communication easy. Next time I will come back to stay here again.

GGuest UserGoing to Disney to play strongly recommend this homestay, everyone can close their eyes, the price is super high.
The boss is responsible for the commercial car transfer to Disney and the subway station, and also provides a free stroller. Although you have to make an appointment to take the car, you don't have to worry about it yourself. The service is superb.
The decoration is also a theme that children like, and the details are full, even the toilet is smartly flushed.

設施：民宿有ktv房、棋牌室，當天下午就跟朋友激情k歌了非常爽啊！今天到了一台新的燒烤架可以燒烤，老闆姐説後面還要買天幕，夏天在民宿游泳户外燒烤小酌肯定超級愜意！
環境：loft房也是特別特別好啊，洗手枱前面有大鏡子，提供的物品也很全，梳子牙刷刮鬍刀針線包都有。入户右手邊有一個大浴缸，左手邊就是榻榻米大床了，玩累了不想上床往榻榻米直接一癱也是很爽，還有一個陽台可以看看周邊風景吹吹風。
服務：今天早餐主食是白粥，老闆煮的很好吃啊，第二天早上起床都快11點了還有燒賣奶黃包白粥吃，很照顧玩累起不來的人了🥺
老闆哥老闆姐人真的特別特別好啊，很熱情。老闆哥昨晚點了一堆燒烤叫幾家客人一起，邊聊天邊吃，我還跟老闆姐一起玩了幾小時switch，毛線小精靈真的好好玩。大家一定要來檸嶼住住看，非常好的一家民宿呢，下次來迪士尼還會來這裏住的！！！❤️❤️❤️

I often stay in the hotel, but this one is very cost-effective, the service is also very good, and the staff service attitude is also very good. The hotel's facilities are quite complete. JJu LeenShuttle to Disney once per hour in the morning n evening (none in the afternoon). Room has a double storey slide and the kids absolutely loved it. However, for parents do note that it will get quite noisy. Another plus point was having 2 projector TVs - one in the room upstairs, and another downstairs.
Food delivery riders bring the food directly to the door which was superb.
Towels are changed daily. Staff will carry bag up if your room is on the 2nd floor, but not down during checkout unless you call I guess
Arcade machine in the lobby was not turned on at all during our stay. Pool was also closed (June), never saw the pony leave its premise, same for the bunnies and cats. Small play area in the lobby but when our kids went, they never did turn on the aircon and it left our kids in a big sweat. Staff attentiveness is not the best.
Laundry room was convenient, detergent provided, do take note there were a lot of mozzies there.
Breakfast was extremely simple and definitely not worth paying extra for.
Overall, the kids really enjoyed the room. This is a great option if you’re headed to Disneyland and it’s surrounding. Otherwise, downtown Shanghai is just a 40min cab ride away.

PPaul JohnGreat location. Convenient to both the air port and other activities including Disney and the Bund. Front desk reception was exceptional. I was greeted by Cindy and had several interactions with her during my stay. Each time she went out of her way to make sure that I was understood and received what I needed. The room was clean, well appointed and extremely comfortable. This is my new go to hotel when arriving we’re leaving from Pudong Airport.

Aamytang111111For some reason, I came to Amu Xiansen B&B by chance. My first impression was that it was clean. The housekeeper Xiao Chen who received me was very friendly and cute. The room I arranged was not bad to live in. The white porridge cooked by my aunt for breakfast was so delicious. The egg siomai, corn, sweet potato, and apple are also crispy and sweet, beyond expectations! Special thanks to the housekeeper Xiao Chen and the breakfast aunt. They take good care of the guests. I will come back again because of you. Thank you👍❤️

AAnonymous UserThere was a young lady at the front desk on the first floor. Her attitude was very good, but maybe it was a pity that the air conditioner was not turned on in the public area. It was extremely hot as soon as I entered the door, and the air conditioner in the room was not turned on for an hour in advance before it was turned down. The curtains of the Starry Sky Room we booked were drawn so that we could not see the sky at all, and there was no view at all outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. Most of the tenants are Disney tourists who leave early and come home late. The rooms are poorly soundproofed and noisy.
