The room is very clean, the service is also very good, the breakfast is OK, but there are not many varieties. The robot delivery is very convenient. The location is good and the service is also very good. I will stay here again if I come to Shanghai next time.

The room is very nice, spacious and clean. Coffee, tea and a kettle. There's a small gym and the location was perfect for me. The service desk isn't that friendly though.

The experience was very good. The hotel was full of details. You can see the human touch from every little detail. It's not easy [frown] My girlfriend said that next time she comes to Shanghai, she will choose your hotel [rose] The front desk butler Xiao Zeng is enthusiastic and responsive, and is always available [grin][grin] There is a coffee machine and ice machine at the door. The front desk lady also brewed coffee thoughtfully when I went out in the morning☕️ Taizhou people recommend everyone to come here 🥰🥰🥰

It was a great experience in there, Just if there could be a bit more English present ”(such as the Breakfast Menu) it would be more International traveler friendly. The service was spot on.

The room was quite satisfactory. The front desk staff, Xiao Li, was enthusiastic and issued the tickets in time. The equipment and facilities were in good condition. The stay experience was not bad. It is recommended for business trips. There is an Impression City shopping district around, and there are many places to eat. The environment is not remote. The subway station is at the door of the hotel, and Exit 2 of Hongmei Road is very close. The bench noodles next to it are very good👍

The hotel's location is favorable, situated within the city but away from the main tourist crowds. This suited us well, as we did not intend to use the subway during our trip. The room and facilities were satisfactory and offered good value for the price. We stayed in a family room with two medium-sized beds, which was adequate for our family of two young children. We particularly enjoyed the mall opposite the hotel and the numerous coffee shops nearby. While the staff cannot communicate in english, they were willing to provide assistance when requested; we utilized Google Translate for communication. However, we noticed a persistent smell of smoke in the room and corridor at night. We understand this is common in Shanghai, as we encountered similar odors in taxis, public restrooms, and other locations.

Trust the Atour brand. This stay was a pleasant experience. This is a newly opened hotel in 25 years. The room is very clean, the decoration is simple and generous, the bedding has no peculiar smell, and the sleep is very comfortable. The Atour pillow is really amazing (I also use this pillow at home). When I left the hotel, the front desk also gave me two bottles of cold brew tea, which was thoughtful. The only drawback is that it is a little far from the subway station. Everything else is good. I will book this hotel next time I come to Shanghai.

The rooms and accommodations are quite good, and there are enough types of breakfast. It costs 25 yuan more, and the toiletries can be replenished in time. The twin rooms can sleep several people together, and there is no need to worry about children falling.

A few things to say. This was my second stay this hotel, and this time I am glad I haven’t had my family with me. 1. COLD ROOM The room was so cold, even though I tried to adjust the temperature with the A/C it felt like the big glass closed window isn’t properly sealed and cold air from outside was entering the room. 2. LANGUAGE PROBLEMS. I know I am china, but if you work in hotel, special hotel chains and have a regular number of international guests, you should be able to speak a certain english level. I had issue during my check in, and questions that they couldn’t answer me, and also gave me wrong information. 3. BREAKFAST, ok, but could be better!
