They are quick and helpful with every request. I recommend this hotel if you wanna rest here without much hassle.

The place is also close to a Subway line. 5 min walk and some convenient stores if you need some quick shoppings.

My parents stayed here while visiting. The location is close to our apartment while being well connected to the rest of the city by the nearby line 10 Yili Station. They had breakfast every morning and enjoyed it each time.

The hotel is really great. The staff is always helpful and of course it's an Accor brand style. I got an upgrade room due to my Ctrip membership rewards, and very spacious room with washing machine and a small kitchen facility. It was like a mini studio room. The place is quite convenient and very quiet. I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast had multiple options, but would request to write down what all was included in the dish or atleast put a sign of vegetarian or non Vegetarian. Overall great hotel room, but it's time to refurbish. I can see quiet oldish and carpet being faded. Thanks Accor, you never disappoint me.

I had a fantastic stay at Citadines Songhong Shanghai and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. One of the standout features for me was the exceptional cleanliness of the entire property—from the lobby to the room, everything was spotless and well-maintained. It gave me real peace of mind and made the stay all the more comfortable.
The location is also super convenient, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shops. Whether you’re in Shanghai for business or leisure, this location puts you in a great spot to get around the city with ease.
Another major plus was the in-room washing machine. It made a huge difference, especially for a longer stay. Being able to do laundry right in the room was so convenient and really elevated the experience—it’s these thoughtful amenities that set Citadines apart.
All in all, Citadines Songhong exceeded my expectations. Clean, convenient, and comfortable—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Always a Pleasure — My Third Stay and Still Loving It!
This was my third time staying at this hotel, and it continues to impress. The location is convenient—just a short walk to the subway station and surrounded by plenty of great local eats. Whether you’re in the mood for street food or something more upscale, it’s all within 15mins walking distance.
🧼 Cleanliness: The cleaning staff are incredibly quick and polite. My room was always spotless, and they were respectful and efficient every single day.
🍽️ Breakfast: The breakfast selection is excellent for the price. The coffee machine serves good americanos and lattes. I also appreciated the daily fruit platters, which added a fresh and thoughtful touch after a long day at work.
💁♀️ Service: Nana (娜娜） and her colleagues’ service was still outstanding. They are attentive, professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Their warm demeanor and helpful attitude made a real difference in my stay.

The room felt abit older and worn out. While it was clean, it felt like quite used, not that well maintained. While the shower worked alright, it leaked alot along the walls. The hairdryer wasn’t quite safe to use, the toggle between the switch was stuck. If you don’t mind an older place that’s quite basic. While the room was big, I prefer better maintained rooms/ facilities - For the price they charged, don’t recommend for families.

The room is spacious and bright, and the bed is comfortable, which allowed me to have a good sleep. The staff's warm service made me feel warm. The price/performance ratio is also high. GGuest UserCitadines Gubei Apartment Hotel is a great place to stay in Shanghai. Convenient location, there are all the necessary shops nearby. The hotel itself is very comfortable, polite staff who always helps. We stayed with the children in a two-storey room and it was just a delight, we were very comfortable. Very comfortable beds. The room has a kitchen area, which was very convenient for us, we even used a washing machine.
We liked the breakfast, the choice is very large. We will definitely return to the Citadines Gubei Apartment Hotel the next time we are in Shanghai.

GGuest UserA very cost-effective youth hostel! Because I quit my job and had nowhere to go, I thought about staying in a youth hostel for a while. I searched online for a long time before choosing this place. It turns out that choice is really important❗️
Location: Convenient transportation, upstairs of Longbai New Village Subway Station on Line 10, a few minutes away. Inside the Love Sea Shopping Mall, there are restaurants, tobacco shops, milk tea shops, fruit shops, and lottery shops downstairs. There is also a KTV teahouse, game room and billiard hall next to the youth hostel! There is also a Wangyu Internet Cafe nearby!
Hygiene: Because it is a newly opened youth hostel, the environment is nothing to say. The rooms, toilets, bathrooms, halls and corridors are all very new and clean, and the public facilities are also well maintained👍🏿
Service: The front desk beauty Xiao Song and her colleagues are very professional. If there is a problem, they will deal with it immediately. The gentle language and smile make me, who is socially anxious, feel very kind~
Shower gel and shampoo are provided free of charge, there is hot water in the 24-hour shower room, and the water dispenser in the lounge is also hot and cold 24 hours, and the microwave oven is also free to use. As soon as I came in, I was given a pair of slippers to change into, and there is a corresponding shoe cabinet in the lobby.
Their bed sheets, quilt covers, and pillowcases are disinfected after each use. If you stay longer, contact the uncle at the front desk and he will replace them immediately, but you need to put them in yourself! The main thing is that the quilt and mattress are very clean because they are new. The hotel is non-smoking, so the air is very fresh and there is no odor. The smoking area is at the door, and there is a special drying area outside for drying clothes.
Most of the people living here are young people. Everyone is very well-mannered and has a sense of boundaries. They will not make noise to disturb others, and they are also very light when entering and leaving. I had a good experience in the 4-person room in the front and the 8-person room in the back. I feel that there is not much difference and they are all very comfortable. Moreover, the door and the wardrobe must be unlocked with a door card, which gives a sense of security and privacy!
So I quietly stayed for another week hahahahahaha

There is a lot of life nearby, many small commodity markets, and the things are cheap. The prices are not high. My family likes it very much.
