This time, I arrived at the Shama Hotel in Shanghai, where the front desk staff, Angel Zhu, provided exceptionally attentive service. Whether it was the arrangement of the room or the introduction to the surrounding environment, she made me feel thoroughly valued. She swiftly completed the check-in process for me and escorted me to my room. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai. The room was spacious and bright, with a decor that elegantly blended modern style with the charm of old Shanghai. The interior was meticulously arranged. Looking out from the window, whether it was the bustling traffic during the day or the dazzling lights at night, I was utterly enchanted. The gym also allowed me to maintain a healthy lifestyle and enjoy relaxation. If you have the chance to visit Shanghai, don’t miss out on this experience. I believe it will offer you a uniquely memorable stay.

The location is excellent, there are many restaurants in the area - a seven minute walk from the nearest metro. It was comfortable, cozy - a large and very comfortable room. The downside - we had to ask several times to bring us towels/clean the room. No sheets were changed.

Location is near to the subway station. I've added a photo. Helpful staff. They spoke English. Breakfast was good. A good choice of Western and Asian food. Our twin room was big and spacious. It's also a quick ride to THE FOUND. I'll definitely stay here again. Thank you 🌹

Citadines Shanghai Changshou Road: A Home Away from Home with Exceptional Hospitality During my recent trip to Shanghai, I had the pleasure of staying at Citadines Shanghai Changshou Road, and it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations, largely thanks to their amazing hospitality team.

The location was in a good place. Plenty of restaurants and convince stores around. The hotel rooms were nice and clean. The staff were also helpful and friendly.

Although the room is small, the layout is reasonable and the dry and wet areas are separated. The transportation is also very convenient. Although parking is not very convenient, the parking fee can be reimbursed. I will stay here again next time.

Had a stay before leaving via Hongqiao Airport. Location-wise it’s in prioximity to 2 malls, which is next to the metro station, but it would be a 20-25 mins walk actually as the hotel and these places are not interlinked. The staff were very nice and welcoming, especially a male staff who wore glasses during night shift. Delivery can be directed to room conveniently by mini-bots. Free washing machines and dryer too. The hotel is new and they even offered drip coffee and tea in room. One drawback was that I saw people smoking at the bar area near lobby but the staff didn’t stop him, probably a norm in the culture. Overall a pleasant stay with the reasonable price.

The room is nice with a view of the city. Over all I like the location which was convenient - a supermarket, the subway station, lots of eateries to choose. The only thing that needs to be improved are the hallways. The hallways should be lighted properly to give idea that it is a very comfortable place to stay.

Excellent location, easy access to subway, shopping center, and local parks. Friendly staff, reasonably priced. It’d be better to have more varieties of breakfast selections and onsite laundry self service. Overall a nice hotel experience, and I highly recommend it for whoever wants to stay in the global harbor area.

Good services and they threw in extra breakfasts. There are no good restaurants and shopping malls nearby. But you can always take DiDi to get to them. DiDi fare is about CNY$15.
