Very nice hotel, good value for money.
Room is exactly as in the promo photos, beautiful decoration, exceptionally clean, most amenities available in the room. Shanghai is doing their best to use less plastic, so it prohibits hotels to mass use disposable toothbrushes and razors. If you need it, you can ask at the reception, but these items are not in the room by default.
Staff is polite, friendly and helpful, they will allow you to check in early, if there are clean rooms your type (I arrived about an hour and a half before official check-in time and had no problem getting a room). They also provide free luggage storage.
Hotel is located in a quiet residential area, not close to main attractions, so the travelers who came to experience nightlife or see “cool Shanghai” might be disappointed. However, the metro station is literally in a 2-minute walk distance from hotel and it will take you about 10-15 minutes to get to The Bund or Nanjing Road.
5-7 minutes walk from hotel is a large shopping mall with various popular brands and a good food court. There’re also few local restaurants, a starbucks and couple of convenience stores at a walking distance from hotel.
Be aware, that the rooms are being cleaned from early morning and if you do not put “do not disturb” sign outside your room door, the cleaning staff start checking on you from about 8 a.m.

Excellent facilities in a very convenient location near to attractions. They are really helpful to accept our online orders and helped us on late checkin and providing necessary snacks as we were really hungry. Chinese traditional breakfast also Excellent. Highly rated and suggested.

This hotel was exceptional. Firstly the lady at check in desk Yulia was very friendly and Jack was very welcoming. The hotel has a very nice lobby with a Lavazza there so convenient to grab a coffee. The room was very spacious and there was a small cake for my wife's birthday by chef. The beds were comfortable and very big which was nice. The location is absolutely outstanding the best thing is the subway station which is literally 5 minute or less walk. Xintiandi is very close by taxi and all other prime locations. I did like a late night delivery of food and the robot bought it to the room which was great to see. Lastly the breakfast was very nice it has many western option from cereals to different pastries and also very nice fruit selection and juices. Thank you to all the staff including Ben who was very friendly. The hotel staff speak English which really helped our trip. Definitely book again.

Absolutely fantastic! I stayed here for a concert, and everything was great. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, even advising on the fastest route to the venue. Amenities were always replenished promptly, and how cool is this – food deliveries were brought up by a little robot! I had such a pleasant experience. The biggest highlight for me was its unbeatable proximity to the stadium – super convenient! I will definitely be staying here again. Oh, and as a lovely gesture, the front desk gave me a complimentary bottle of water when I checked out, which was perfect for my journey.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic – it's within easy walking distance of Wutong District for a leisurely city stroll, and there's an incredible array of dining options nearby. The service is exceptionally friendly and attentive, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the laundry room even thoughtfully provides disinfectant.
The decor is simple yet stylish, avoiding anything overly flashy. The rooms are spacious, and the in-room amenities are all high-quality. Being set back from the main road ensures a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast offers a generous selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. Additionally, just a stone's throw away, the Meike Restaurant serves delicious and affordable local cuisine.

The room was clean, except for some details like under the bed, where it was full of dust. The closet is small for two people to share and the space available for storing clothes/luggage is in general tiny.
Location of the hotel is nice, as it lies in a quite walkable area, and by foot you can reach the Huaihai Road (good for shopping) in 35m. Metro line 9 is a 15m walk.
The service was okay. The staff at the reception did not speak English and they offered no help or guidance about the city: quite essential service. Their attitude was in general detached and seemed quite un-open to communicating. Also, after leaving the room and realizing there were still some clothes left inside, I tried to report it to the reception and they just sent me to the room to check without even communicating to the cleaning service. It ended up that my clothes were not in the room anymore and the staff offered no further help, so I left without these clothes.
Also, i had explicitly booked a room with “City View” and I was placed in room 1402 with one very dirty window - out of 2 windows available to enjoy the view. After asking to clean it, they made an unsuccessful attempt and then just left me with the dirty window without any kind of compensation. I was only offered to switch to another room in a lower floor and with no city view, which made no sense considering I had paid more specifically to have a room with “City View”.
Breakfast is decent and offers a good variety of food.
The staff is understanding if a host is taking few minutes past closing time to finish the food. The staff at the breakfast floor is also very nice and friendly.
The main perk of the hotel for me was the cafè at the hall, where a very friendly girl employee works. She was very nice and gave me and my girlfriend some unique advice on places to visit in the city. She was of course also making extremely good flat white and coffee.
Balancing everything out though, if was to come back to Shanghai, I would probably choose a different hotel.

was able to contact the hotel with trip.com chat. facilitated the stay greatly. Very comfortable bed and pillow. and loved that it had laundry space. didn get to use the exercise equipment cuz walking during the day was bad enough but they looked well maintained
location was a bit far from the lujiabang station, closer to madang station
breakfast was good too, and had a decent spread
overall great stay :)
i'm not sure why the hotel staff kept opening the windows during cleaning though

Very good service staff at counter and esp the staff would escort you to your taxi pick up point.
Hotel room is clean and washing machine plus dryer is really useful. Provides sufficient drinking bottled water . Just one thing to note is that the 2 bedroom apartment only comes with one bathroom. Location is about 7 min walk to subway and malls. Very peaceful & quiet area away from the downtown shopping area but yet not too far since it’s accessible by subway. 24 hours Chinese food stalls available nearby.

The sushi luxury is in an old Ramada hotel and it shows in parts. They renovated the rooms but some wear and tear shows.
This does not change that the bed is really good with 2 pillow choices, the shower height is changeable (believe me you want that in China as a 190cm European) and the cleanliness is perfect.
We enjoyed the stay and would use it again.
The location is good with a subway station 5 -10 minutes away on foot. And lots of food Choices around.
It’s worth to explore the smaller side streets for restaurants and cafes

All the items in the room are very complete, and no matter what is missing, tell the waiter that she will buy things to send, answer all questions, and recommend fun places for us. And the traffic around the room is very developed, very close to the subway station. There are also many places to eat around. I like this homestay very much! I also like this waiter Yuan Jiajia! If you have any questions at night, she will answer them in time. The experience is excellent!

The front desk staff always communicated with a smile. The hotel is located in Huangpu District, close to the World Expo Museum and the Ninth People's Hospital. With shopping malls nearby, dining options are convenient. The Bund, City God Temple, Yu Garden, and Romance Park are all about a 20-minute drive away. Metro Line 13 is directly opposite the hotel, and a bus stop is just 50 meters away. Overall, the transportation links are incredibly convenient!

Although I didn't have much expectations for hotel facilities in the center of Shanghai at this price, after actually entering the room, I found that all the facilities and furniture were not just shabby. The good thing is that the hygiene is quite attentive, the service at the front desk is still good, and the soundproofing of the hotel is better than expected, which is also related to the layout of the room. In addition, the location is very good and it is very convenient to get everywhere.
