Having stayed in so many hotels, [Weiting Hotel] really caught my eye! The price-performance ratio is too high! The hotel is brand new, very clean and comfortable but without any smell! As soon as I entered the room, I felt super warm. The bed is moderately soft and hard, and it is super comfortable to sleep. The staff is friendly and can respond to any needs in time. It perfectly integrates smart technology and traditional services, giving me a great stay experience. The takeaway is delivered by a robot, and the smart Xiaodu can help me control the air conditioner and TV, which can be easily done while lying on the bed. The TV screen is super large and it is very cool to watch movies, especially the smart toilet, which can also be a kind of enjoyment to go to the toilet. Its heating function and suitable temperature must be praised, family members, the hair dryer is also super easy to use! I bought the same hair dryer immediately after returning home! High speed and high wind force are combined with intelligent temperature control technology, which can dry hair super fast without damaging hair quality. Love it! It looks very advanced, and the hotel is in a good location. It is very close to scenic spots, urban areas and stations. There are also many shopping malls around, and the Handan campus of Fudan University is also nearby. Next time I have a travel plan, I will consider this one first! The location is very good, about 50 meters from the subway station. The room is quite spacious. The cleanliness is good. The staff is very helpful. I was sick in the hotel for several days and could not go out to find food to eat. The hotel staff helped me order food for delivery. There are many breakfast options. The taste is okay. If I have a chance to come to Xiang Ai next time, this hotel is a good choice.

The hotel is nice, next to the subway entrance, and the transportation is very convenient. The breakfast is luxurious and delicious, and the room has a bidet toilet. The surrounding area is a newly developed area, and there are no 24-hour convenience stores. The heating is not very strong, and the room is a bit cold, so I dare not take off my clothes.

Classic-styled hotel. Clean and spacious room. Some dust on some surface but acceptable, met chinese standard. Got upgraded to higher room type. Cleaning was done everyday. 4 bottle of water provided (family room for 3 people). Body soap and shampoo provided in very small bottle which was not quite enough but they were refilled everyday. King bed was larger than standard and very comfortable. Pillows were too soft, need to put 2 of them together. Shower and toilet area were too dark, not enough light. The refrigerator was not working. View was fantastic (17th floor). Sometimes cigarette smell came from air-condition. Breakfast was good, variety of food and changed everyday. Staffs can speak English and had very good service mind. Lots of shops and restaurants at Raffles city opposite of the Hotel. Metro station was only 7 mins walk. Overall was very good, met 4.5 star standard.

8/10 Prons: 1. Location is great. 2. Great service and very good amenities. 3. The room is spacious and well equipped. 4. Early check out without extra payment (I highly appreciated that). Cons: 1. There was a strong smell in the room at the begging. 2. The windows are facing a busy street, so if you’re a light sleeper, it may be challenging. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

I really love this hotel. I and my friend stay 5 nights all the trip. Staff are very helpful, kindly and good service mind. Breakfast are so delicious. Staff send fruit in my room everyday. The room is enough for 3 person and clean. The hotel is near yuanshen station. It’s very comfortable for travel. If you looking for hotel in shanghai, This is the best choice.

The hotel is good and near to metro station line 9. Very convenient to go anywhere in shanghai. Room is clean and Staffs is very helpfull

- The location is quite good since it is located within walking distance from the metro station. However, there is approx. 5-step stair in front of the hotel which forced you to carry your heavy bag. - The staffs are nice but they, at least those I met, cannot speak English at all. They used a translation gadget but took some time to communicate. However, they are all helpful and are eager to help. - The room is quite nice but the a/c is controlled by the centre, so, I sometimes felt uncomfortable while waking up during the night. Also, I smell the smoking especially in the restroom which made me feel dizzy. There are no toothbrush and toiletries in the room but the staff will give you while checking in or you can ask them. - There are big convenient store near the hotel which made it a plus.

The staff made us feel extremely welcome the hotel is lovely and has charming character - special mention to the lovely Betty from the front desk who’s customer service and attentive nature was a blessing - looking forward to my next stay here - ps my daughter loved the kids toothpaste but she kept saying you were supposed to give us a gift but I don’t recall seeing this anywhere? Perhaps you can make it up to her on our next stay
