InterContinental Hotels in Shenzhen

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A top-notch choice for families with kids, five stars highly recommended! This is our second stay at the InterContinental Shenzhen OCT, and once again, it brought so much joy and pleasant surprises to our entire family! The hotel's Utopia Wonderland is simply a paradise for children. The diverse handicraft and cooking classes provided an excellent experience for the kids, and the fantastic outdoor water park kept them so entertained they didn't want to leave. They simply couldn't tear themselves away. I especially want to thank our dedicated service butler, Jason, the Guest Relations Officer. He proactively contacted us before our check-in, carefully understanding our needs in advance. His attentive care throughout our stay made us feel incredibly well looked after and warm. Having such professional and personable butler service truly enhanced our trip. Whether it's the facilities, children's entertainment, or the hospitality, this is an excellent choice for a family vacation. We will definitely be back again!

This InterContinental is my top choice when visiting Shenzhen. Its location is absolutely superb, just a short walk to the exhibition center, making getting around incredibly convenient. The lobby is grand and elegant. Alfreda from Guest Relations was polite and thoughtful throughout, and Diana handled check-in efficiently. The room was spacious, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was stocked with Byredo toiletries – attention to detail was exceptional. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the made-to-order noodles were delicious. The indoor heated pool and 24-hour gym are excellent facilities. Overall, it exudes understated luxury with professional and attentive service. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Facilities: InterContinental's hardware never disappoints. It keeps up with the times, constantly upgrading its amenities. Within the hotel, you have everything you need without stepping out: entertainment, a gym, swimming, games, and dining. Hygiene: Despite being an InterContinental hotel by the sea, there was absolutely no musty smell in the room, which was a pleasant surprise. Every corner of the room was spotlessly clean, and the toiletries were neatly arranged. Buffet: Both breakfast and dinner offered a wide array of choices, all delicious. Dinner and photo shoots need to be booked in advance. Service: What truly impressed me this time was the service. I've always felt that InterContinental's resort hotels generally offer better service than their city counterparts. Before check-in, they called to confirm my arrival and asked about any needs, which they tried their best to accommodate. The guest relations manager, in particular, proactively contacted me to inquire about any special requests. Upon learning I was a member, they thoughtfully arranged a room upgrade when available, which I'm incredibly grateful for. I was extremely satisfied. Throughout my stay, they consistently checked in on my needs. The entire experience was very satisfying and complete. Thank you, InterContinental.
