InterContinental Hotels in Shenzhen

Excellent location, right next to the subway station. Xiao Ying helped us with check-in and was very helpful, answering our questions via WeChat. We originally planned to visit the outdoor water park, but it was cloudy and the water was too cold. So, we went to the indoor five-pool area instead. It wasn't crowded, and the water temperature was perfect. The kids had a great time! We went to breakfast early, so there weren't many people, and we could eat at our leisure before heading back to the pools. The hotel's beds and toiletries were also very good.

My stay here was excellent. The room was spacious and airy, with plenty of room to move around, comfortably store luggage, and relax. It was clean and tidy overall, making for a very comfortable stay. Linda at the front desk was thoughtful and attentive, greeting me warmly and efficiently handling the check-in process. She patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, proactively offered helpful advice, and maintained a kind and friendly demeanor throughout. The combination of the spacious, comfortable room and Linda's exceptional service truly helped relieve my travel fatigue. I'm very satisfied with my overall experience and highly recommend this place.

I usually love staying at InterContinental hotels, but this trip was truly the best in terms of both my personal experience and the environment! I was fortunate to participate in a training session thanks to Teacher Daqi's team, and that's how I ended up staying at this hotel. The hotel Teacher Daqi chose has been my favorite among all my travels so far. It was supposed to rain those days, but miraculously, the rain stopped, and the weather was beautiful. In the afternoon, I enjoyed the sea breeze on the beach and spent a long time just relaxing. It was breathtakingly beautiful and I'm so grateful. The hotel also offers yacht experiences and other recreational activities, and the food is delicious – I highly recommend it! I rarely write reviews voluntarily, but I'm truly grateful. If I have another chance to visit Shenzhen, I'll definitely stay here again! In fact, I'm very thankful for this hotel. It's clean and comfortable, and I'm very grateful to Teacher Daqi and everyone at the hotel. Thank you 🙏
