This stay exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to our butler, Jason, for his thoughtful and meticulous arrangements. The room type we were assigned was perfect, spacious with great lighting, and the overall layout made us feel comfortable the moment we walked in. The entire room was impeccably clean, with even the smallest corners thoroughly cleaned, leaving it fresh and odorless. As we were traveling with a child, the biggest surprise was the comprehensive kids' amenities – a full range of toys and children's products were available, saving us the trouble of bringing our own. The hotel's overall environment is serene, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed and truly relaxing stay. Throughout our stay, any request to Jason was met with incredibly fast responses, patient and detailed communication, and warm, attentive service, with no delays whatsoever. This stay was truly comforting and refreshing, and I'll definitely be requesting Jason as our butler again next time.

My stay was very pleasant overall. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was quiet and comfortable, and the facilities were complete and in good condition. A special thanks to Linda, Chris, and Winnie for their warm, friendly, and courteous service. Whether it was checking in, asking for directions, or assisting with various requests, all three were patient, meticulous, efficient, and responsible. Their thoughtful and heartwarming service throughout, with attention to detail, greatly enhanced my experience. The excellent environment combined with their dedicated service made my trip relaxing and enjoyable. I'm very satisfied with my overall experience and will definitely choose to stay here again on future trips.

Facilities: InterContinental's hardware never disappoints. It keeps up with the times, constantly upgrading its amenities. Within the hotel, you have everything you need without stepping out: entertainment, a gym, swimming, games, and dining. Hygiene: Despite being an InterContinental hotel by the sea, there was absolutely no musty smell in the room, which was a pleasant surprise. Every corner of the room was spotlessly clean, and the toiletries were neatly arranged. Buffet: Both breakfast and dinner offered a wide array of choices, all delicious. Dinner and photo shoots need to be booked in advance. Service: What truly impressed me this time was the service. I've always felt that InterContinental's resort hotels generally offer better service than their city counterparts. Before check-in, they called to confirm my arrival and asked about any needs, which they tried their best to accommodate. The guest relations manager, in particular, proactively contacted me to inquire about any special requests. Upon learning I was a member, they thoughtfully arranged a room upgrade when available, which I'm incredibly grateful for. I was extremely satisfied. Throughout my stay, they consistently checked in on my needs. The entire experience was very satisfying and complete. Thank you, InterContinental.
