Love this hotel! 5-star service the moment we arrived, was served a welcome drink. The hotel staff greets us everytime we pass by the lobby, very warm and friendly service. Room is huge and luxurious. Soap is from Diptyque which makes you feel so pampered. Even on our last day, doorman Kevin Zhu helped us check our ferry timings and assisted with loading our luggage’s into the car. That was really nice of him! Highly recommend this lovely hotel and would love to be back someday!

However, the water temperature of the shower is unstable which will suddenly become extremely hot during bathing. Even though I had booked hotel breakfast for 3 days, I had just tried the breakfast on the first day without taking it in the following 2 days. There are rooms for improvement in the quality of the provided breakfast.

Stayed for three days, the room has a good view, the Shenzhen River is underneath, not far from the bridge of Futian Port, and the right side of the river is Hong Kong. The room was cleaned very clean and warm, but it was still killing two Xiaoqiang, and the southern cities were inevitable. Everything is fine, if you have to make some suggestions, the sofa and bed are like wooden boards, too hard. Blessed is you who like to sleep on a hard bed.

Pricing is pretty reasonable and they had free supper everyday. If u like a neighborhood feel to the area then this hotel is suited for you as there are many local food options available. Outside the hotel is the entrance to the metro station so travelling everywhere to shenzhen is very convenient. The staff are also very attentive to your needs. Overall it has been a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it, even for families.

I came to Guangzhou on a business trip. I took off the ”Huanggang Exit” of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway and turned right to get to the store in 5 minutes. The location is easy to find and the view is nice. Futian Port can be seen from the window. It is very convenient for me to go to Hong Kong and I can cross the border on foot.
