I went to the hotel to spend a night, it was new, it had a modern structure, and a good location.The room was large and spacious, it had a mini-kitchen, table to eat and sofa, in the bathroom the shower is very good, with great water pressure. The hotel has a co-working area in the first floor (no swimming pool). In general, I had a good experience, I liked the stay. The staff, I believe, because they are new, are still learning to take care of and handle reservations, because check-in was a little long and the next day they asked me to pass my information again because I had made a mistake in the system.

The hotel is very good, but I ran into problems when I booked. I booked two people and arrived on time. Besides waiting, I asked me to make up the difference and arranged me in the lower room I booked.

I don't recommend that hotel to anyone. We’ve been to this fancy place, a 5 star very expensive hotel is because we’re expecting to relax and enjoy our family on the long weekend, Fasano is a well renowned chain in Brazil, but to be honest the service provided at this property is horrible, we thought to leave the property on the first day, besides the location and the facilities, everything was really bad, actually not just bad, TERRIBLE, since the service provided at the check in, room service, room clean, service at the pool, restaurant, etc… and on top of that the food was not good, they are also famous for a good food, but even the food was not worth. I wrote to the hotel giving a detailed feedback, because I think If I am the owner/manager I would like to know not only the good experience but the bad as well, to try to be better and avoid situations like that, learn with the mistakes in order to make sure it doesn’t happen again, but it seems they do not care, they did not respond even to say sorry, after such a bad experience. Fasano chain for me is now out of my list, I’ll never go again.

I stayed here with my husband for a few nights while visiting family in Brazil. The room was extremely affordable, which we were very happy with. But as usually is the case, you do get what you pay for. The room was as basic as basic gets - we were a little disappointed in the quality of the bed, sheets, pillows, towels, etc. But I guess we should have expected that. On the other hand, the hotel staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, the food at the restaurant was excellent, the bar tender was wonderful, and I used the gym which was above average. It's also a hop, skip, and a jump across the street to a great mall with plenty of food options. Overall, good for a short stay.

The hotel is very comfortable with a good room, with well-educated and well-performing staff.The location is not so good because it has not much to do, but the hotel is well-served for anyone who wants a good place to stay. Negative points only for the quality of the TV image, the variety of channels and the box that was leaving water out. It has a well-sized swimming pool, academy and a restaurant that serves breakfast every day, lunch and dinner at fixed times.
