衛生：牆上還有桌上都有很大的污跡。但是打掃的滿乾淨的。沒有塵埃。至少我這個超級過敏體質的人沒有流鼻水打噴嚏。不過我住了5個晚上只有頭兩天有人來整理被褥換浴巾丟垃圾。頭一天因為下水道堵了前台白天叫了人來看看。我晚上回去的時候下水道非常通暢不過廁所地板上多了三個黑腳印……還有些許頭髮絲……那天還是有人來打掃的一天。所以之後我也沒費勁叫人來打掃。
位置：非常方便。下樓走幾步就是鐘樓街跟柳巷。超級多美食文創店。走10分鐘就到純陽宮還有文廟。打車也非常方便。
服務：前台非常親切
設施：下水道堵了。不過前台很快找了人來修。

位置非常非常好，是吃貨逛街的首選，黃金位置，而且便宜，出門就是柳巷、鐘樓、美食街，全是吃的，絕對讓你眼花繚亂，有網紅店，也有幾十年的老店，當地人都去吃的那種，比如頭腦、羊肉餡的包子，超級地道，價格便宜到嚇人，衹怪自己衹有一個胃！房間也不錯，乾淨舒適，很方便！

酒店就在鐘樓街附近，下樓就全是吃的，隔壁是百年老字號認一力，還有一家捷信甜品店，也好吃，到店本來訂的大床房，有根柱子，不喜歡，又加錢升級了高級大床房，前台解決問題還是很可以的

房子地理位置很好，屋內設施也很齊全，主要是吃東西太方便了，樓下就是老太原飯店，很火爆，晚上鼓樓街也是相當的熱鬧，很喜歡！

房間比較小，但是很方便，就在步行街口，每天都會打掃衞生，很乾凈，而且我們是一個大人帶了三個孩子，服務員每天都會多給兩雙拖鞋和牙刷等洗漱用品，感覺挺貼心的，前台服務也很好，就是大門口那有些滑，外面下雪，腳沾雪後就滑的不行，建議給大門口電梯口那鋪個墊子，不然很容易造成摔傷事件！

地理位置非常好，交通方便，離鼓樓街特別近，附近好吃的那麼多，愛了愛了！
前台態度好，房間很乾凈，也很暖和。之前擔心在鬧市區會吵，沒想到晚上特別安靜，非常滿意的一次入住體驗。以後再來太原還會選擇住這裏。
