Ocean view room, glass facing the balcony, lots of insects attached, my new kid can crawl, his hands get bugs. Check in at 2 o'clock, deliberately arrived at 2 o'clock, but it turns out the room was not ready and still cleaned, 15 minutes waiting with the child's condition tired and tired Only the location and the view is the advantage of this hotel.

I stayed here for few times when i do business trip to Belitung Island. FO Staff : All staff are very friendly and helpful, check in process was great and fast. Breakfast : Good for 3 stars hotel, enough choice for breakfast and easy. Room : Room are clean and enjoy it. Wi-Fi : Sometime wi-fi connection not stable which is need to disconnect and connect again. Overall : Best 3 stars hotel in Tanjung Pandan area, easy and comfort will maximize your energy booster.

This hotel is a high-quality four-star hotel on the Indonesian island of Belidong, located in the port of Tanjung Bailebas, a tourist gathering area on the island of Belidong. The hotel is fully equipped with meeting rooms, an infinity pool bordering the sea, and the sunset view is also beautiful. The hotel room meets the standards of a four-star hotel, very clean, but the bathroom is a bit small, and the water looks a bit yellow, this should be because of the relationship between the rich minerals of groundwater in Belidong Island, do not drink the water here.

Booked their premiere lagoon room for the direct access to pool. Unfortunately the pool had issue near the date of our stay. However they're kind enough to upgrade us to their best room (Premiere suite) for free! This room is much larger (110m2), has private mini pool & best view to beach. Their private beach is also child safe as it's not deep & no big waves. It's about 10mins drive to the popular kelayang beach (the spot for island hopping tour). Staffs are friendly & helpful. There's also small convenience store right beside the hotel. Breakfast is just average, with limited selection. Downside : - cleanliness is ok for its class, however we found stains in a couple of towels & some part of the curtains. Nothing serious, just ask for replacement. - food is served inconsistently. We ordered fried rice 3 times & got very different versions each time. Pizza & burger are abysmal Overall enjoyable experience for our family. Tip : contact them directly as the room types in other travel websites are somehow limited.

Nice experience staying at Fairfield Belitung. The check-in and check-out process is fast, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the swimming pool is large, the breakfast is varied and delicious.

The scenery in Belitung is very beautiful. Sheraton is the best hotel here. The experience of staying here is very good, the scenery is super beautiful, and the service is very good. Every waiter here exudes a sincere smile, is very attentive, and makes people linger in every way. If I have a chance to come to Belitung again, I will choose this hotel again.

New and very clean hotel, room room is spacious.. receptionis also very friendly and helpful. the back of the hotel is direct to the sea, clean and many boats to rent. there is also a dining place behind the hotel which is delicious with a variety of seafood eating. If you book a boat and a car, you can contact the reception directly. The location of the hotel is very strategic to the ice island, the flying island, the fishing island.. and the snorkeling spot is also very good. The hotel is highly recommended ...

2 days stay at BWinn check in 27 check out January 29, over all the service is good, facilities are good, rooms are good, lobby and restaurant are cool. I stayed with my family in July 2023 for 4 nights in a superior room. Exceptional atmosphere and service. The interiors of the room are fantastic, especially the quality of the bed and pillows are amazing. The food is great if you enjoy experimenting with local cuisine. The staff is super polite and helpful. Has a kids pool and kids club for kids which are also good. Very satisfied with my stay. More

Large room with bathtub l, clean space friendly service made us a long time in this hotel, just because there is no elevator maybe in repair, pretty good on the 3rd floor.. motorbike rental here is also cheap only 50rb for 24 hours
