Inflation is very high in Georgia now, and ibis is considered an environmentally friendly and cost-effective local fast hotel. The guy at the front desk of the hotel was very handsome and enthusiastic, and he communicated in English very efficiently. We arrived at the local hotel at around ten in the morning, and the guy offered to let us check in early. It should be noted that you need to scan the QR code on the wall for slippers, toothbrushes and other supplies in the room. Some are free and some require payment. The hotel we booked did not have toothbrushes, so we needed to buy them at a nearby supermarket. Overall, my four-day stay was very comfortable, quiet, clean and orderly.

Breakfast is a separate form of art! Homemade yogurt with Chia seeds - 10 out of 10! The children were delighted with the baking! Well, about cleanliness, very, very clean! An excellent hotel located in the center near the Dynamo stadium and the train station. Next to the hotel there is a lot of transportation to the old city and many places in Tbilisi. In 10 minutes in Harot Square. The hotel itself is new, impressive in its design, very clean, maintained to a high standard. His rooms are comfortable, equipped, very clean and quiet. This is in contrast to many hotels in Tbilisi which are actually residential buildings that have been converted into hotels. The hotel staff is kind, cordial, professional and gives personal attention to every guest. There is no doubt that the hotel staff is the main reason for it being an excellent hotel. The price of the hotel is very cheap in relation to the great value and in relation to the prices of similar hotels nearby. The price is less than half of the prices of less good hotels in the ancient area.

This is a new hotel without many reviews currently. I imagine as it acquires more reviews, it will quickly rise up the hotel rankings. I stayed here for 3 nights in June 2023 and left thoroughly impressed. I was given a corner room on the 4th floor with large windows which made for a pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable with quality bedding. I was also very impressed with the AC system. Being I had just spent 5 days in Germany where the AC was never cool enough, I was very appreciative. I slept very well here. Breakfast is perfectly satisfactory. The hotel is about a 1 KM walk to the popular sections of Tbilisi. However, the neighborhood the hotel is located in is worth spending some time in as well.

Small room but very comfortable bed (I stayed in a standard room with one twin). Friendly staff who were always ready to help (one even made a phone call in Georgian on my behalf). The district of Vake is a nice, trendy place to be located. The hotel is a bit far from the nearest metro, but thankfully, taxis are extremely cheap. Breakfast as far as mid-range hotels in post-Soviet countries go was enjoyable. My only complaint would be that the room cleaning happened at completely unpredictable times (e.g. once in the morning, once in the very late afternoon) with the result that I never knew when to time my excursions. But overall great value for the price.

If I want to explain my and my husbands travel experience in a few words, I have to say that everything was great, the atmosphere was very quiet and the breakfast was reasonable, the staff was very helpful and everywhere was clean. If I travel to this city again, I will definitely stay here. I will stay in a hotel, and another advantage is the proximity of the hotel to the bus station and sightseeing places. thanks Golden Tulip Design...

I and my husband had a very nice stay in this hotel for about 5 nights. The breakfast was amazing, and the kitchen was serviced by great staff, especially Mariam and her colleague (sorry but I forgot his name) who greeted us every morning with a warm smile 😊… However, we had a small problem with the selected room upon arrival (supposed to be our standard room with a terrace). They checked us in in a very small room with a French balcony (which is basically just a window), and it was totally unacceptable for us. When we questioned the room selected for us, they showed us another room with a small balcony and facing the construction area in the back of the hotel. They advised that the superior room with a terrace and city view is occupied and we have to pay extra amount to have one with city view and a decent balcony instead. We had no option but to pay and stay! We are not sure who is playing the game of providing the wrong information about the hotel rooms here, the hotel’s staff or Agoda?! Perhaps both. Other than that, the stay was great. We were able to locate nearby groceries and restaurants to dine in for lunch or dinner (as the hotel provided only breakfast).

Before I left, I checked into this hotel again. It might be the peak season, so the price increased by about 40%. The room was larger than before, which was okay. Breakfast is ok, and the supermarket downstairs is convenient. Not too far from the main attractions of the old town.
