對於民宿來説，這樣的設施就算不錯了，小區的環境很好，很美，就是新的樓盤周邊的設施超市啊，飯店呀，還是比較少，

酒店位置很好，就在海洋博物館附近，距離周邊景點都不遠，在比較居中的位置。濱海之行第一天東疆港看海鷗趕海，泰達航母公園，第二天媽祖文化園東提公園，國家海洋博物館。中午吃老潼關肉夾饃哨子麪，晚上愛琴海購物中心的王婆大蝦等等。去之前擔心大冬天的民宿的被子夠不夠用，四個大人入住牙刷夠不夠用，結果是地暖，一點也不冷。拖鞋純凈水一應俱全，竟然還有鍋和碗。完全超出預期。適合開車過來， 路邊按順序停車即可，除了海博和航母公園，停車基本都免費。民宿小清新風格，適合親子。入住直接收到短訊，憑密碼進入房間即可，退房發訊息告知退房即可，強烈推薦！

地點非常好找，臨海很近，我住的這間從放空調室外機的玻璃竟然可以看到日出，房間乾淨整潔，用品一應俱全，也不用像酒店那樣等辦理入住等好久，電話聯繫，入住很快。最貼心的是還有玩具和小童讀物，娃特別喜歡看書，就是屬於那種讓他旅行和看書選其一的話，她會選看書，這點簡直太和她心意了也太驚喜了。

首先非常滿意房間的衞生，房間乾淨整潔，房間設施齊全，酒店位置也是超一流，開窗可以看到海景，日出日落的美景也是盡收眼底，老闆也很熱心哦，幫忙推薦周邊的特色餐飲還有可以趕海的位置，真的是感受到了賓至如歸的服務，下車有機會一定會再次選擇！

房間乾淨整潔，面積夠大，三個大人，兩個孩子沒問題，浴室也挺大的，好用，風景不錯。步行去海博館也挺方便的。吃飯的話去愛琴海也不遠，打車差不多起步價。關鍵小區的小童樂園，孩子很喜歡，贊一下

非常棒的一次民宿，房子的位置非常好，出小區就能看見大海，還能在海邊散步，帶娃去海博館，特別近，樓底下還有小童的遊樂區，房主非常好，人特別有耐心，離媽祖很近還能釣螃蟹，非常完美的體驗
